I work for Spark most things are in order inside the store. Very helpful staff. At curbside these folks have it together. They usually have your order in the car within five minutes of arrival they are one of the best curbside’s I have been to.

We were really impressed that there were so many cashiers available! It made it so much easier to check out and our cashier was singing while she worked! So pleasant. I wish our Georgia Walmarts were more like this one in Marshall, Texas.

Walmart is always a go to place to get anyone settled in a new environment or if you want a quick outfit change 😃. The customer service- I love the “welcome to Walmart” phase! Most of the welcome people says it with a smile. I believe a smile is what this world needs. Keep smiling WALMART, we need it still.

Never thought I would be an online shopper for groceries Covid changed things. Now the convenience of shopping online, pulling into a parking spot and having groceries loaded is awesome. Shoppers do an awesome job and it is very rare that they make a mistake. Thank you Wal-Mart!!!

It's a Walmart. Produce is fresh, prices cheapish. Lots of clothing for the teen girls, not so much women. Generally *clean enough* for the avg Walmart shopper.Last visit I saw a guy urinating in the parking lot, so that was a treat.You can often find puppies or gulf shrimp for sale in the lot as well.

Had a prescription sent to this store got there and waited a few minutes and they had it ready was a wonderful experience professional and very friendly service. My hat off to the staff thanks.

I was told few minutes ago that Wal Mart Super center in Marshall Texas that my granddaughter could NOT try on a bra because they stopped it and she doesn't know why. Now why would I buy a bra if I don't know that it fits. Wal Mart is getting worse everyday, Sam Walton is probably rolling over in his grave.

This year Walmart changed its Layaway service. You can no longer put down a deposit, then make payments to get your item(s) for Christmas. They now offer a credit system that you apply for, if approved, take the item(s) home right then and make monthly payments to a loan provided with Affirm. It may affect your credit if you sign up and complete a loan through Affirm.Christmas sales may be a bit less this year.

Very clean. Had more than what I imagined they would for the towns size. Only issue I had was that our cashier was literally slower than molasses. I'm not exaggerating when I say that he took about 30 minutes to scan all of our items. 1 cart full. Mostly bigger items (like laundry detergent). He wiped down his register 3 times with spray and paper towels, that he had to get from other registers. He wasn't an older man either.... just unnaturally slow.

Costs continue to rise making it harder to get everything a family needs. I was fortunate to find an open register, I sometimes go thru the self checkout but when I buy a lot, I go to a line where I can place all my items on the belt, u can't do that at a self checkout. Have to admit prices still are better than Brookshires.

I would really like to see this company go back to providing items by what we use and ask for. Not just ship whatever and hope it sells. Plus they don't have proper amount of stock. This started way before COVID and what is up with the ugly clothes? They use to have way cuter selection no matter your size. So now I am adding to post 2 yrs later. It is even worse. They advertise items as being available in and on the shelves of local Walmart only to get there and find that it is not true. No Slim fast powder, no roller skates, etc and not because they sold out, they don't have any available in the store. Isn't that bate and switch to advertise items that aren't available, then try to sell something else to your customers? Every Manager, if you are lucky to find one, says they never had the item and don't know what I am talking about. Really 😲. Also what's up with the self checkout we are forced to use, with staff that would rather be talking to each other than helping customers? Can we please fix this store? Put people back to work. Get good stock back in the store and pay to work, or give us discount to do their job. This use to be the place to shop when we moved back here from LA 2010. HELP 😲😲😲

For the past month I have had to wait 1 hour plus to pick up my groceries. This is not good service. My family is hungry in the evening so when I get off work and go to pick up groceries I need them to be ready when they say they will be. This is bull. I left today because there were 10-15 cars waiting to pick up and 2 workers. Do better Walmart. I’m about to quit you!!!!

I know Walmart has it's share of issues, but we experienced the best customer service today. Every single person we interacted with while returning a grill was pleasant, helpful and most of all caring. Wonderful people at this location!
