Well went into tractor supply in Marshall just now, cooperate told management to take the disinfect wipes and liquid that has been at the door since covid and do away with it. I was going to buy some feed but I will spend my money somewhere more customers friendly. I always clean my buggy handle.

Devon rocks! He helped me pick out the perfect potting soil for my giant potted plants, and he carried the giant heavy bag out to my car in 101° heat...all with a smile on his face. What a lovely experience!

Everyone greeted us as we entered the store. They had recently remodeled & it was looking nice. The employees were very helpful.The only thing was, I husband is a veteran & they only give discounts on "certain days" why not every day because our veterans fought for this country & for Tractor Supply to be able to have this store.

I was unhappy with a coop I purchased. I realize it's third party but TS has made up for the product problem. Drake the manager was very nice & made me happy. I highly recommend this TS. Thank you Drake.

Everyone here appears friendly. (The reason for 2 stars and not 1) I was talked into applying for a job here but was hesitant after reading work reviews on Indeed etc. about management problems.It seems it is a common trend throughout Tractor Supply's across America, including this one, who have unprofessional management.I was told, and strung-along for two weeks about the hiring process.The manager told me during the interview, and on the phone that they were unhappy with early morning unloaders on Sunday-Monday, and some night shift workers. (First sign of unprofessionalism talking bad about workers to an outsider)I was told I would be called in 2 days 3 times, which never happened. I had to follow up again, and then was told that they had no problems with the workers there and staff was full.Unprofessional. Really as simple as that. Would not suggest working here unless you know someone in the family etc. Management made it very clear they did not care about "retail workers" time and portrayed that to me with his inability to follow up with a simple phone call.Also needs to be noted I applied for full time, which was the only option and openings they had, and was told at the interview that retail workers can't be full-time even though that's what I applied for.*I am overqualified by a mile for this job (Paralegal for 4 years) and just needed work transitioning here from Indiana*

I love tractor supply! Competitive pricing. Sometimes the inventory on the ap doesn't match what is available. I like that they have both name brand and more affordable options in clothing.

Website says there is a shepherd hook with a weathervane on top available in the store. So I called. The guy that answered said they got a delivery today but that the girl that takes in deliveries was not there today, to try back tomorrow. And at this point, the issue trying to find this particular shepherd hook is across the board, because several stores have it in stock according to the website but when you call they don’t have it. Do better, Tractor Supply!

Can't go wrong with Tractor Supply. We buy all our chicken feed and supplies there. Plus, anything else we think we might need that they sell. That's the first store we go to and trust. And I enjoy looking to see what kind of home and yard decor they get in all the time

Usually get great service but today there was a girl by the name of Kendall, super rude! Doesn't even greet you and just has an ugh face. There was an older lady in front of us and she asked for something that was outside and she said I need two and told her the price and the employee was like ugh well I gotta go check while tapping her damn shoe. Annoyed!

I started with them looking for the 7 in 1 shots for my dog. Sure enough they had them along with the wormer medicine. That leaves me with a cheap Vet bill for just the rabies vaccination. They even had a great sale on Wranglers jeans.

Tractor Supply in Marshall always has a cashier greet you as you come in. The one thing that gets me is the fact that there is rarely anyone available to help you load big items. I am lucky enough to be able to load my 50+ lbs of dog and cat food by myself but I know from experience how hard it is to get help around there. Maybe there are not enough employees to keep up with how many people shop there. Either way, it is easier for me to just do it myself.

Well my husband and I went in on the 17th of March 2021 to buy a lawnmower. But not just any lawnmower a 6,ooo dollar one. We where told they had to order the one he wanted and I would be in Wednesday the 24th and would be ready for pick up. We'll nedless to say it wasn't ready. We'll here it is Saturday the 27th at 2 pm and we a have still yet to see out lawnmower. This is ridiculous. When u spend that much money in a store and they don't take pride in customer service. No phone call to even tell us it was late my husband had to go up there to find out.. Then they tell him it is not here and they will have to get from the Tyler store. So we r sitting here still waiting for it. I guess the grass won't get cut before it rains. Thanks tractor supply!

Can almost always find what I'm looking for here and if can't find it they'll hunt it down. If something they don't carry can usually tell me where I can find it. Had a question on how to hook something up and employee took the time to explain it so even I didn't have any trouble.

I usually do not like coming here because they are the least farm equipped and friendly for ag products we need. Square bales at least are usually good but always need to be inspected. At least some of the help is as helpful as possible.

I need a fire ring for out the back yard but they were out so they ordered me one and then called me when it was ready and I went out there and picked it up. It's a nice place to shop very clean and Excellent customer service.

Staff are not always very helpful and often times they are out of stock of the items we use. This is the most convenient feed and supply store in Marshall and has a good variety of equipment and supplies for pets and farm animals.

My girls are picky eaters!! Everything I need for them is at Tractor Supply. They maintain healthy body weights on 4Health, love the treats by Retriever and enjoy going in the store too.

I dont shop at tractor supply in Marshall unless I have to I dont like the manager he is a smart ellic and does not treat his employees like people I can't believe the company keeps him around .I know a few employees that left the store for better paying jobs he.will not let them even shop at the store.thats a fact I couldn't believe it one of them went in with me to buy a sack of feed they told him he had to leave the store for no reason. I would like to know what's up with that..it's bunch of bull in my book..if you dont believe me ask someone that is to work for them..

Always out of propane or nobody there that knows how to fill it, and if someone is there that can fill it prepare to walk back inside and tell them you need propane filled at least another time or two or you will sit out by their gate all day waiting. Been to many other locations and had good luck but this one is horrible.
