Limited selection of items on shelves versus what I am used to. But staff was very friendly. Was shopping with mom. She wanted a specific type of eye round roast and wasn't on the shelf, so she poked her head in back, butcher Zachariah came out and offered to show her what he had, remembered her from last year and was going to have it ready by our date. Cashier was a friendly lady always making sure to give the older clientele the 5% discount and was very helpful with a gentleman in front of us having issues with his card. Small town stores--great, friendly service but don't expect the biggest/largest selection of items.

Staff was friendly, produce was fresh and the deli was cooking fresh food! The aroma was so enticing that it made me purchase some. The self check out process was a little difficult because it didn't recognize any of the bar codes, so we had to have an associate verify each item.

I've lived here for 3 years now. I even worked here for about 6 months a couple years ago. This is still my favorite grocery store. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The store is clean. Prices aren't outrageous.

Just an "okay" Super One, at best. I absolutely depise how it is set up! It makes absolutely NO sense. The employees are not usually not very friendly at all. The Super One across town is much bigger, set up way better & the employees are muchhh more friendly. But, if you are on this side of town, this Super One is more convenient. I'm still sad they took the only Brookshires in town away, big mistake in my opinion.

The shelves are always perfectly stocked. I’ve never had to worry about not being able to get the fruits there. Great employees, as well, like Nathan, who always is working hard. He is also kind when I say hello to him. Maybe a promotion?

I love going to this super one because the shelves are always stocked and great service. One day I went there to shop and I met this employee his name was Nathan he was so kind and he showed me where the pasta was. I would love to see him get rewarded for his kindness.

The Pinecrest store is my favorite they may be a chain store but they know, recognize, and make their customers feel appreciated from Mrs Dorothy, Corey, Journei, Arissa, Vazmine, Sheena, Destiny, Glory, The lovely ladies that fry my chicken extra crispy just the way I like and always take the time to speak to me personally and all the cashier's who inform me of key items on sale they know I frequently buy I just love this store I told my husband if we move I am still going to drive to this one because I love their customer service and they love their customers...Journei is the sweetest and funniest so helpful takes her job seriously even when customers are rude that is exemplary behavior she always manages to laugh and makes me laugh despite how her shift may be going so personable and Mrs. Dorothy always asks about my beautiful children that look just like me.. Sheena too! These ladies are beautiful inside and out if I was still in management I would try to hire them all they give that store a small town personable feel. Produce is always so fresh. Even the butchers are great and the buggy boys are so nice. Management please take heed these are some real jewels...rare and hard to find.

Updated. I originally I gave a 5 star review. But it dawned on me what is a professional? The store is clean, and staff are friendly, but it came to me (and have asked other elderly, and Veterans) this store brand has a discount on Tuesday and Thursday for Elderly and Veterans... I have gray hair, and usually wearing a veteran hat and/or shirt. Been going to this store over 6 months and NEVER been asked by any cashier if I am Elderly or a Veteran? This tells me are taught not to ask. Update 18 aug 2022 As of this week a cashier did give elderly discount before I asked. If continue to happen (I keep forgetting to ask) then will rewrite and do 5 star.

Wonderful grocery selection, the staff here is extremely hospitable and friendly, actively serving and ready to help at any moment's notice upon customer request. Everyone here is kind and courteous. Their produce is fresh and welll stocked, the store products are well taken care of and easy to find. The process are also quite affordable. I will definitely be coming here whenever I need to go to the store.

I am new in town from the desert las vegas nevada. I walked in and shopped it was a cloudless day and when it was time to leave it suddenly started raining cats and dogs. On que I see other customers take out umbrellas. The manager figured out my problem and took out his umbrella and walked me to my car next, I drove to the entrance and two other employees helped me get my groceries into my car. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌. I'll never forget that . I was so grateful. This is my store!

I really liked this Super 1. I remember when it was a Brookshires & was so surprised when they changed it over they did a good job. The only thing I do not like is your new app to do my shopping, it SUCKS!

Store management at this location needs trained on how to approach people with service animals. My mother is in poor health and visibly hunches over the walker she needs to use, putting all her weight on it as she limps through stores. On her walker in a carry bag is her service dog, with a bright blue leash indicating her as such. A service dog that detects when she's about to have a seizure.We went to over half a dozen stores today without issue aside from this location. We were in the store for less than 5 minutes, only grabbing 2 pumpkins and a bag of mini-pumpkins. On our way to the register, what appeared to be a manager flanked by several other employees for no other reason than to intimidate tried to force us to leave because we had a service dog with us.When we refused due to such a request being highly illegal and discriminatory against the disabled, he tried to make us take her service dog out of her carry bag and put her on the floor. Yet another unreasonable request since she was under control, but even moreso since she's missed a seizure in the past just by being a few feet away. The entire point of bringing her, to prevent my mother from collapsing in the store without warning, would have been rendered moot.After we refused that request he relented and let us check out. But you cannot attempt to intimidate a disabled woman to leave by accosting her with your cronies because she brought in the service dog she sorely needs. You can only ask if it's a service dog and what service it provides. The harassment and intimidation tactics management at this location jumped to are unacceptable.

Always great experience. This location was exceptional in the way they handled the changes during the pandemic. The efficient way they quickly adjusted business operations to ensure customer and employee safety was mind blowing. They were the first to implement social monitors, cleaning buggies and register shields. At the beginning of the pandemic the checkers wiped down the registers with wipes. From the beginning of the pandemic the workers wore mask and they never ran out of buggie wipes. The associates have maintained superior customer service throughout the pandemic. I'm always greeted and offered assistance. You don't have to search or find someone to help because the associates are always visible and eager to help. For example Jennifer in the meat market. She is knowledgeable about the merchandise and always pleasant. At one time there was a limit on the ground meat and she professionally and calmly explained the policy. The leadership team did a great job keeping a calm/safe atmosphere during this pandemic. Great job Mr. Kyle, Cedric, and Corey. Thank you for your leadership.

The store was clean and neat. Everyone was very friendly. I was looking for an item I couldn't find. I asked an employee which aisle it was on and he was going to stop what he was doing and take me there. I told him that I could find it but it was very nice that he was willing to take me to the item instead of just telling me where it was.When I got to the check out there was a basket in front of me but no customer. The cashier said the customer ran to get one item she had forgotten and offered to have someone open another register.

I’m an employee at Brookshires in a different town but live in Marshall. Made the mistake of going here. Bought almost $200 in groceries planned on using my Brookshires discount but the cashier said she couldn’t put my number in that I had to have my card. Wanted to use my employee discount but she said that there wasn’t one. Will not shop here again!

This store is always organized. I even had to go to the restroom, it was clean. And the area where they store extra back stock was organized and clean. All the Managers speak to the customers. This store is one of the best stores that I have visited. And I do mean the best store. Not just grocery, But best store.

The super one in Marshall on pinecrest has the most ridiculous people working the register that I have ever seen in all of my 58 years of life. She couldn’t even give an employee their discount at the register. I’ll be very happy to find someone else to shop if I have to deal with people like that. Crying shame that a store can’t supply their employees with training of any kind.

I go to the Super one on Pincrest....which was a Brookshires. Didn't know if I would like it but it is a great neighborhood grocery store, and I like getting my groceries here. People are friendly and very helpful and it is a clean and neat place. I find everything on my list here . It's our store now !!! We enjoy going here and seeing friendly faces. No better store in Marshall !

I cannot say enough good about this store which someone told me they called SuperTwo. Convient location between my home and work so I've always gone there quite a bit. I now almost always recognize the cashiers. We chit chat. During this whole COVID crazy, they're the only store I dont stress about going to. No matter what was going on they are happy, helpful, and compassionate. Employees offering to go down aisles for you, no one looks annoyed that you're there. These guys are amazing.
