I had an opportunity recently. To talk to one of the head people for Super One in the store. I was telling him in particular. That part of the reason the I shop there is because of the prices and cleanliness of the store.Then I proceeded to tell him that I appreciate and I am grateful for the help, kindlyness, and the friendliness of the employees. This man then proceeded to cut me off with they are not the issue.Well for me as a loyal customer that is an issue. Because if I don't feel valued I don't spend my money. It makes me feel unwelcome. Therefore they should be appreciated more than it seems that they are. If it were not for them, that's one of the factors that I spend as much money there as I do.I can see both sides of the issue. I have worked both sides of this issue employer and employee. As an employer I treated people that work with me the way I wanted to be treated. As an employee if I wasn't treated as though I was appreciated I would find another job. This happened more than once over the years.

A great place to shop for deals on groceries. My favorite part of the store is the self checkout. Easy to use and staffed with helpful attendants such as Natalie. She has a warm and receptive personality. Eager to help and patience with customers. Best feature on kiosk is the coin slot. Multiple coins can be poured in to machine.

This Super 1 always have what you need&the sales are great......Customer service definitely could use some help, because some cashiers are down right rude, will look you in your face and won't speak, I hate that, because it doesn't cost you anything to speak.

The super 1 store, on eastend blvard street in Marshall tx, right across that street from krogers and that pathetic, dumb terrible place hope closet!! This super 1 store actually has a stupid ugly bald headed black dude that makes trouble for certain black women that go to that store!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬👹👹👹👹 that 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 take this real serious!! Plus super 1 management doesn't even care !!! So many stores loves to hire trouble makers.This is a damn shame that 2 of these major reviews for this super1 store on eastend blvard street is not read enough !!!👿👿👿🤬👿👿🤬👿

Super one foods is my favorite grocery store , but today I drove my girlfriend to the pharmacy and there were not a single car in line , I decided to drive the opposite way , because the pharmacist need it to explain her what to take the medicine, the woman name obdulia had a terrible attitude,like she hated her job and the pharmacist was worried about me park opposite way instead of explaining how to take the medicine, she just told us next time drive the other way and walk out ,and all this time it wasn't a single car in line ( grocery store still have 5 stars )

The manager is very rude and does not care about the people. During the power outage I came I. To buy ice not only for my family but my elderly neighbors who can't drive and are on fixed income I was told I could only buy 2 bags of ice and I explained to the manager that it was for multiple families and some elderly who can drive with roads still block off and he told me that that was their problem so I bought 2 bags and drove around marshall looking for more for my friends and family with no luck. I went back to super 1 and proceeded to purchase only 2 more bags and he followed me through the store I went to pay for then and he told the cashier not to sell them to me and I again explained the situation and I told him that I was going to leave the money on the register and I was going to take the ice to the people who needed it. I left a $20 for 2 20lb bags and proceeded to walk out he went outside took pictures of my truck and called the police for stealing. God says help thy neighbors and that's what I'm trying to do.

Good store setup (i like the one way entry especially). Decent prices and good selection. I shop here about 3 times a month.There still aren't very many employees in the main store to ask questions. On the flip side, everything is categorized appropriately, so there's not a lot of need to ask.

Everything was good in the store. They have self checkout now. I don't like the practice with the gas. If you use card at the pump they put a large hold on your card so I have to go to the cashier and pay for gas.

I went to Super 1 to buy my favorite drink, Sparkling Ice. S1 has the BEST selection! My hubby and I rarely find the one's we like at Walmart. Thank you Super 1!!Big shout out to Mica as well (I apologize, not sure of the spelling). She helped me in the self- checkout. Mica was super kind, helpful and smiling, without making me feel intruded upon. Thank you Mica!!!

It was s pleasant experience. I wished the app had more detail about the exception in purchasing, i.e. $25 additional purchase to get the ad price. I don't live close enough to a store to receive the paper ad so I depend on the app. Had great prices on other things so I was able to meet the additional $25.

I like going here, they usually have some good deals. But you do have to pay attention to how they word their ads to get some of the sales prices..

Super 1 was clean and easy to move and look around. Prices are comparable to other major grocery stores. There produce area had fresh items and a sweet price. Give them a try for a change. You might just find somewhere to shop.

Rude cashier. Kept one package of meat on conveyor (to stop the items from moving). I asked her if she would please make sure that the package of meat would be put in the bag with the rest of my meats, she kinda got a little salty with me and said”Sure if HE (pointed at the hubby) hasn’t already removed the bag from the carousel. Then went on to complain about how long she had been checking since she’s not a cashier. I tried to see her name tag but her hair covered most of it. I could read Deborah Wes— something. She was visibly annoyed when I asked for the senior discount. Such a disappointing experience

Very competitive place to get groceries and other such stuff! They also sell fuel here at a convenient station. Wasn't happy there today... The Caahier claims Super 1 DOES NOT honor the Brookshire's Thank You card for discounts in store, or even at the pump anymore!
