Good service and good deals as always ! The lawn and garden usually never disappoints; I also appreciate Lowe’s for being one of the only stores still carrying seeds in April / May. Almost every store stopped selling seeds in march / early April !!! So upsetting but thankfully Lowe’s still has a seed selection past indoor seeding time.

I usually enjoy my shopping experience at Lowes. Today I was looking to purchase a new ceiling fan and also purchase the installation service. About 7 workers met on that aisle and not one of them offered any assistance at all. Three more gathered with them without any idea of why the larger group was hanging out in that area. Very disappointed.

Employees were nice and helpful. They didn't stock as much as bigger stores. Also had issues with purchasing a washer dryer: 3 days after purchase we were told they just don't stock it?!? We got a refund. I was glad we went to Roden's for washer /dryer.

Scrambling for salt and sand due to the winter storm we got in just prior to closing. All the inexpensive play sand was gone, and trying to get someone to get an overhead pallet of new stock down was not happening. So we grabbed the next sand priced a bit higher. Now for salt! Thanks to the gentleman employee who directed us exactly where we needed to be. Options are water filter, pool salt, or ? We hit the water filters first, all the way to the rear of the store on the back wall. Don't make the mistake of grabbing the wavy salt blocks up front! You want the crystals (use caution with animals)or pellets as last resort. There were two bags of crystals when we left at just before closing. If you are in a serious need, pool salt will work.

Inventory is out of wack. All 3 of my online orders were canceled without notice. The store seems slopy, distant employees just waiting to get off. (Except for a few that need recognition)Worst of all, they charge more for the same products from different Lowes' stores. They must have a monopoly on the market, because no HD around for miles.

The staff are friendly and they have a great selection of home improvement items. They offer a Veterans discount, however they are limiting the products they allow it on.

My first visit there, looking for packing supplies, the staff member that “helped” me was most unfriendly. (And not just to me. She was rude to a gentleman after “helping” me.)I I lived there & shopped at that location regularly, I would report her to management. The packing items seem over-priced.

Just ran in to grab a couple of things that I really needed. It was busy at the time. I made my way to checkout and the only registers open were self checkouts. This is the second time this has happened. I do not use those. I like the human interaction with the cashier. If you want self checkouts that's fine, nothing against them. But we should not be forced to use them to get the items we need. I don't mind waiting in line for an actual person.

Worst Lowe’s ever my son pre purchased an appliance on line for pick up later we showed up no one at the pick up desk the return desk had 5 people waiting we went to appliance department no one there finally found somebody in carpet to page somebody the guy who showed up was from lumber didn’t really want to help but did very short staffing

I bought craftsman hand tools, one of the ratchets broke I brought the receipt ad defective ratchet back to lowes to exchange and was told that craftsman does not have life time warranty any more, I would have to contact craftsman. I took it to Ace and explained what happened exchanged no problem craftsman backs thier tool just not lowes.

I was on my way from Houston to Arkansas to enjoy Father's Day with my son. We stopped by at this Lowe's in Marshall, just to use the restroom. As soon as we walked in around 6:30am, we saw a long line of customers, all buying generators. I figured the storm that came through had knocked out the power, and the store's AC was not running either.We walked around the store and checked on some products to buy for the trip. A lady approached from behind and started conversating in a pleasant voice with a big smile! That was Ms. Billye. I've been teaching my son to talk to adults, which has been a problem for many 12 year olds, as they faced the COVID era of isolation. Stranger danger is also a big factor in big cities. I love how people care in this small town!Thank you, Ms. Billye, for your big smile, nice chat, and making my son feel handsome, even in the midst of a disaster in your area! The world is always beautiful and calm with people like you! May God bless you, your family , and your workplace!!🙏🏼

They constantly sell my company thousands in materials they don’t have. The pro deal is expected to handle all commercial clients, and check inventory, and have it loaded and pulled . The loaders have obviously never been trained as my crew often ( as MANNNNY others ) have to load 1,000s of lbs themselves. The management hides from all customers ( Erik and Victor) , are rude and unhelpful. They have lost their top 3 highest purchasing commercial clients and have now lost us. We were the first Diamond MVPs. We have had an amazing relationship with this store and spent upwards of 200g regularly. Since erik was put in charge in April-May he has NEVER greeted us or even met us until they royally screwed up yesterday. Him calling personally to apologize was a joke of excuses attempting to blame others. They have fired or made quit anyone who was good and had been there MANY years ( one as high as 15 years). I will NEVER shop at this store again, personally or professionally.

It's sad when they are trying to force us to use the self check out when you have employees that can work the regular check oh it's not right for 1 person to be responsible for 4 in the self check out

Didn’t find what I was looking for yet the assistants (several guys) tried to locate it even looked on their devices, but they don’t find it and found out that they don’t carry the item. 😔 everyone was friendly and helpful.

We just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU!! To all of the employees that helped us last week at your store. We came over from Louisiana, 40 mins away, due to our 3 stores not having anything stocked that we needed. I sent a stupid amount of money that day, because I was overly impressed by all 6 employees that helped us that day. Everyone from the young lady in customer service, the ones that found the rocking chair kits and retrieved them from storage, the guys in the garden center, and the cheerful lady in the garden center that made to total everything up.This whole store is the cleanest Lowe's I've Eve been in. Thanks again, everyone and we will come there time to time to shop. The drive is no issue when you can buy the items you want and get better service then where you live.I finished building them the same day!

Was sold a fridge they said would fit, they delivered fridge did not fit so delivery guys took it back. I went to get another fridge and they would not refund my moñey because the fridge was not in their store.. also was suppose to have a lawn mower delivered, they were a no show. After 45 minutes on hold I find out they were not delivering this... This Lowe's sucks they got the last 10K out of me,, I will drive to @Home Dept before ever stepping back in this sorry place! I would recommend shopping at Home Depot before ever going to Lowe's!

Props to Harley in the Garden center Checkout!She handled many guests with marked down plants, wrong ring ups, computer failures, and manager overrides. (Which after about 45mins, NO MANAGERS Ever showed. Guess they were busy in a meeting.) She did an outstanding job redirecting guests and problem solving. You made the chaos a pleasant experience Harley. Great Work.

I prefer lowes to home depot. This store tends to be cleaner and better organized as opposed to the orange store next door. The only complaint I have is open more lines, I don't want to check myself out. Especially since most of my transactions are tax free. I don't have all day to wait in line to check out.

Usually I'm very happy with Lowe's, but this particular visit was unsatisfactory because the item I bought (along with about eight more just like it in the bin) were marked $17.97, but rang up $24.97. I took it back to the returns desk to get my $7 refunded, but the lady wasn't budging. Instead, she had the guy that works that aisle go back to prove me wrong. She said this same problem existed last week, but wasn't about to admit fault on Lowe's behalf. Honestly, I feel like Lowe's could have comped me the $7 just to make the customer happy. By the time she had scanned it repeatedly to prove to me it was a different item number, I was so pissed, I just took it.
