The posted prices of items in produce are different from the price that is entered on checkout. Example: large sign on potatoes $3.99-charged at check out is $7.99. Or blueberries: large sign $1.68-rang up at $3.99. I can accept this once or twice but consistently charging more for items that are clearly marked is unacceptable.

If you feel like standing in line for 15 minutes and then have to check yourself out. This is the place for you . Never is there not a wait here! This poor review does not reflect on the hourly employees. This place is poorly managed.

Bummer! I went out of my way because it said it carried Boars Head meats and it doesn't!!! Next store to carry it is over 20 miles away! Maybe on the next trip I'll head over to Longview TX

This Kroger location always looks dirty and the floors could use a deep clean. Employees pulling online orders and new stock in the aisles makes it hard to navigate easily in the store.

Was in there Sunday.One live cashier with a line backed up blocking the main front isle.Self check-out, also a nightmare, had no organized line...register questioned every purchase, attendant made 5 trips...This is nonsense.No thank you, Kroger..

Wouldn’t even give one STAR! Bad morals and compassion all the way around!!!! The so called manager at this store Wouldn’t even let someone offer to buy groceries for someone that was in need of them, while off the property!!!I know this isn’t the customer care KROGER WOULD WANT!! Ridiculous treatment of customers. Wouldn’t allow a customer to buy groceries for a homeless person? Seriously? Then (female) management talks to said person and flat out denies it happening and accuses customer of lying?Glad she’s getting blasted all over fb.

Kroger will always be one of my favorite grocery stores. The staff and selections are awesome and the online coupons offered are tailored to items I actually purchase.

Always easy to shop off hrs. I prefer to ck activity before I shop. Isles are set up so you can find what you need easily. Always a good experience lately.

Normally hsve pretty good experiences: they rotate the sales so you always have something to look forward to, etc. Shelves were not well stocked last time i was here. Unsure if because of trucker protest or panic buying (its not nirmally like this).

Can I get a discount for ringing up and bagging my own stuff? Because I don’t work here. why is there never any registers open? And why would they only have one open, More than one person shops here open up multiple registers. Hello. Why are we working for Kroger when we aren’t getting paid or getting a discount

The staff is always friendly! I love being able to go get groceries and have the employees welcome me and recognize me. There is always some handy to help me if I need it. I also really love the clearance and sales that Kroger gives weekly. I feel that their prices are on par, if not better, than its competitors, and I feel that their meat and produce are definitely better than its conpetitors. I rarely shop anywhere else!

Nice store the set up is a little odd. If you like Sushi there's an amazing. They also have a nice wine rack. They would have five stars, but it us like any other American store the people are rude.

New to shopping at the Marshall TX location. Everyone was friendly and very helpful in every department. The customers were friendly too..clean well stocked location. Will ho back again. All this was at 645am

This is a happy place. I don't know why but you feel happy about being here and are happy with what you bought there. It's the strangest thing. I can't explain it. You just have to experience it. Their prices are good too. Not too high and you don't feel like you could have done better some where else. Strange huh?

Great produce selection, fast and friendly checkers. Super nice folks in the floral department. They made a last minute corsage out of stuff they had lying around and it looked great. Always willing to go the extra mile for customers.

Good prices, great employees. This recently went through a reorganization, so some things are still hard to find. Some of the placement seems odd, and that's why I didnt give 5 stars. Ask an employee for help, they seem to genuinely want to assist.
