I stopped in for information on a dog that was posted on their FB page. I was greeted by a happy labor🐩doodle with the owner seated having been visiting! The place was bright, smelled fresh, and filled with the expected sounds of dogs🐕barking and an occasional cat🐈‍⬛ serenade.

OMG! My husband and I loved our visit to Pup Town! They're very clean and the animals seemed happy and well taken care of. They ensure that the animals are going to good homes that would fit them. We adopted a puppy yesterday, and are happy that we have a new member of our family.

Any organization that helps the animals in this area are on my list of heros. I do not agree with them taking the prettiest of animals from the animal shelter in town to adopt or at top dollar though.They do not actually save dogs in the woods and if you call them they are not helpful. They will take regular trips to the animal shelter and pick out the cutter animals and try to adopt them out and 5o% more than the animal shelter. With that I do not think they offer more veterinary support than the animal shelter. Bless their hearts. They do let Longview animals League come in on Thursdays. I don't know if they charge them rentUltimately I'm disappointed in the politics this place takes part in

Found an abandoned puppy. My friend & I because of great experiences, brought the puppy to the pet place. They have wonderful items to purchase. The proceeds go as donations.

Amazing adoption experience-- I went here around my birthday to get a cat. I have had him for several months now and I love him so much!The staff said he was very playful and preferred to run around, but it turns out he is a MAJOR cuddlebug, and anytime you sit or lay down he will want to curl up in your lap or on your chest. He's the sweetest cat I ever met.

Really terrible customer service. I called about some stray puppies and they tried to send me somewhere else that I told them was already fully booked. They told me to take them there anyway and pretty much make that place take them even though they had zero room left.

Unfortunately I can not have a dog right now. My work schedule is insane and completely unfair for a furr baby. So I go to random shelters to donate and love on the pups. I was warmly welcomed here. Clean facility and caring staff

We did not want to part with Nibbles. Two puppies was too much. She was welcomed with open arms and warm hearts. My grand daughter made her a valentine which was put on her kennel. She took her own bed and collar.Nibbles was introduced into a nursery of like puppies. They were all similar in age and size. They had toys and food and playmates.The place is immaculate. The care is personal and professional. The best part is NO KILL. Very high standards. Give them a call. Get involved.

I went by the pound and was directed to the Humane Society for the smaller type of dog I was looking for. Everyone was friendly when I walked in and the facility was clean. They didn't have the type of dog I had in mind but my name, number and preferences were written down. They called me last week and let me know about a dog that came in fitting the description. She's home with us now!

They took in a sweet puppy I rescued on the highway. She has signs of neglect and will need some TLC before she’s adopted out, but they were optimistic and very friendly! I’d definitely recommend people to adopt from here!

Really nice people, no-kill shelter. Takes recycle cans as donation. Lets visitors use the exercise field, and had even brought out shelter dogs to play with us. ("Tiger" is great!)

My favorite place to do community service for ETBU. I love coming here to love on the puppies and cats. The staff is so friendly and make customers feel welcomed to love on the animals.

Very disappointing experience. I was told I would be contacted regarding their decision on the little one I wanted to adopt. I had to call to find out she had been given to someone else. I hope their experience makes up for their lack of compassion. If I could rate as 0 stars I would.
