A decent sized shop containing clothing, housewares, collectibles, jewelry, toys, shoes, small appliances, books, dvds/blu-ray and more. Make sure to check the conditions of your purchases. We found books written in cds scratch, clothing/shoes with holes, torn or missing buttons. Many items are overpriced, as if you were paying retail! While we perused the isles, an employee walked through the store, spraying an arisol air freshner around customers! Shortly there after, my husband started coughing, and he was having sinus issues. As he sat at the front of the shop, I paid for my few items.

I LOVE this place so much! All items are in great condition and up to style! It’s really relieving as a college student to find nice things a fair price. It’s very organized and the workers are very kind! The other day I bought my boyfriend a nice golf crewneck and he had people trying to buy it off of him! Definitely coming back again to support this well run non profit.

We stopped at Hope's Closet traveling the area. It's a nice thrift with some items that were reasonably priced. You can tell they use Google to price some items. They have a lil of everything. Lots of clothes. Clean restroom. The employees were not friendly here going in or coming out. Not a hello nor a goodbye so don't take it serious. Would definitely stop again when in the area.

I used to love this location, however since they changed management the prices are ridiculous. I only shop at Longview location now,also be careful when you purchase from this location they are infested with bed bugs. The employees are all really nice and friendly it's just the price changes.Pay attention to the brand's also I've seen dollar tree item's for 5.00 or higher 😫

I have visited this location several times a month for over a year now and have been treated disrespectfully everytime. Consistently I was not greeted or thanked for my purchases unlike others. During one visit the lady at the counter looked me in the eye when I entered, she said nothing and she starred as I got a shopping cart. She wanted to make sure I knew I was not welcomed. She never smiled and just kept starring. The workers at this location are not pleasant and have a sense of self entitlement. Once I purchased a breakable item and I had to beg the clerk to wrap it and put it in a large bag. She rolled her eyes and of course didnt thank me for my purchases. The Longview location offers superior customer service and I'm always greeted by a friendly associate. I once purchased some furniture at the Longview location and the guys loaded it with such care and professionalism. They were hardworking and engaging. I was so impressed by the skill and efficient way they loaded the furniture. One of the young men shared with me that he used to work for a moving company. The workers in the Longview location are always busy stocking items and helping customers. They are pleasant, friendly and engaging in Longview. I always have had an enjoyable shopping experience at the Longview location. The employees in Longview are hardworking, polite, they make eye contact, they greet customers, they are willing to answer questions and they take care wrapping my merchandise. The workers in Marshall are always just standing around having inappropriate conversations. The Marshall location seems to be unaware of the company's mission .Where's the hope in Marshall.. I don't understand why the employees in Marshall are so disrespectful to customers while working for an organization that has given hope to so many.

I don’t recommend going!! We went in just to see what they had and my little brother(8 years old) saw a scooter he wanted so he was going to buy it he went to take it to the register and the lady working up there said he couldn’t move the scooter!! How is he going to buy it if he can’t move the scooter????( he is upset because he really wanted it)It felt like she was being racist towards us My grandfather said something about it and she got upset and told us we weren’t allowed to come back!!!I would give them no stars ⭐️ but that not possible so I give them one ☝️ they don’t even deserve it!!! ( we called no answer so what’s the point of calling when they don’t follow thew???)

I love this place. They usually have something I either need or want. And it's always at a sensible price Not like the Goodwill store here in Marshall. Their prices on anything electronic is out of control and they are out of their minds. I told them but they don't care. However, this store understands that their prices are reasonable.

Very rude staff. I reached out and called but you never returned my call. That’s why your staff is rude because nothing is followed threw with. They know they can treat people anyway they want.

Anytime I’ve ever shopped there I get greeted as soon as I walk in the door, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Not to mention they have some of the cutest clothes - brand names and are in great condition. I love what Hope’s Closet stands for and I’m a faithful shopper! Would recommend...
