Well laid out with labeled isles to help you find what you need quickly. Nice and clean too! With friendly and helpful staff. You can’t beat their prices and you can get extended warranties for items you purchase just in case. The best thing about them is they have various items in different price ranges for what you are needing to buy. My son loves going here and has since he was a little boy. He has spent numerous Christmas and birthday money gifts here. He is rough on anything he buys and almost every he has purchased has withstood his use age of it! My last purchase was a sump pump and although the prices have gone up from them they still beat Lowes and Home Depot for price!

It's very affordable and it's a lot more convenient to go here and get whatever u need to finish up the job at hand. They have such a large variety of tools.

You can find the tools you need at a price you can afford... As for Tarps, they have the sizes and colors for every kind of need, at reasonable prices!Check their website for great deals!

I went to switch out a tool box on 03/15 in Marshall, TX. The manager at the store used a fork lift to load the new tool box into my new trailer. He set the forks down on the ramp and poked to large holes in it. An incident report was filed. To this date nobody from Harbor Freight has contacted me about this. The store manager told me the day that it happened that I would hear from the corporate office, not the local store. I called multiple times and was told the same thing. When you call the corporate office you can not speak to a person, you have to leave a message. I have left several messages. Still no contact.

Everyone was so helpful on our visit. Had everything we were looking for. When we had a power outage they were doing all the old fashioned way.. handwriting receipts. They went above.

Well lit, stocked, and clean. They were working on the truck that had come but the staff was cordial and very helpful. I noticed that even the store manager was helping put up merchandise. But even he stopped an asked if I was finding what I needed.

This store is very well stocked. It is neat and clean and most employees are very helpful. There are a few noticeable exceptions.I did see one cashier that was helpful until his friends came in. I saw him open a register to serve them without their having to wait in line. He then closed the register and stood at the front talking to his friends while everyone else waited for the cashier in training.That 1 employee gets zero stars but the store still gets 5 stars.

Great place for tools, very happy they are starting to carry a higher quality tool option. So far the icon brand tools I have used are very good quality. And I go thru a lot of their shrink wrap and zip ties.

Went online to look at their 5 gallon buckets. ( I needed 4 ) online it said they were $4 apiece. When I got to the store they were $5 apiece. I showed the online info to the supervisor and he said they could give me 20%($1) off one bucket. The store was clean and the staff was courteous.

I cannot begin to say how happy I along with many others are to have this addition to Marshall. Knowing now I know longer have to drive to Shreveport or Longview to get what I’m looking for, or to just go and see what they have in person is very nice since I cannot count the amount of times I’ve needed something but it would require me to drive all the way to one of those two places just to get it.As for the customer service, hands-down very nice people and very helpful, rather than some stores I’ve been to where the employees seemingly do what they can to avoid helping somebody.Overall the store is not as big as others, however I will say that they utilized the space that they where given extremely well and did not have random stuff laying all over the place. Shelves were stocked and products were out on display, open and close times are great so couldn’t ask for much more lol!

First time there, nice store, new apparently, product displayed very well, picked out three things, red tool box $299.00, 10" drill press $169.00 and a simple socket organizer. Requested help which was prompt and upon telling the employee what I wanted I was informed that they did not have the tool box nor the drill press in stock. While informing me they did not have the two major items I needed the employee assisting me overheard another customer ask for an item an aisle over. The employee helping me yelled to the employee and aisle over "we're out of those! Don't have any in stock!". How disappointed was I! 45 mile round trip for nil. Oh well, they did have the socket organizer, $14.99 which without the toolbox.......I out it back and left. Sorry Harbor freight.

I like the store, always have, but I know that their tools are not that good or reliable. Now their prices are are a little too high also. Very nice selection of home hardware though and I love their sales. That's the time to get stuff!!!

LOVE Harbor Freight. But, these employees need to learn about what they sell. Its a new store with new people so maybe with some time they will get better. The cashiers didn't know where anything was or really what I was asking for, and it was just a hitch lock for my trailer.

I’m from Longview but after visiting the new location in Marshall, I’ll travel the 20 miles to visit again. The store is clean and the associates, while still new, are very courteous. There was a decent stock, so much so that I managed to spend nearly $4 hundo on my first trip there. There are bathrooms and they are located in the front of the store. Plenty of parking as well.

So.. I walked into Harbor Freight on Christmas Eve. I did not pay attention to the signage stating they would be closing early, that is my fault. I made it inside probably four minutes before they closed and had a few things in my basket when the manager walks up to me and informs me they are closed. Not please Sir finish up as we are going to close now. Not please Sir take what you have to the checkout. We are closed. Nothing more or less. This is a good store and I am proud they put one in Marshall, but this manager needs to learn some customer service skills.

Unfortunately, they have nearly everything I need/want. Lol. I go there once a week for one or two items and leave there with several items. Someone is always watching the door and always verbally greets you as you enter.
