As I walk in, i hear the "manager" Stephanie, talking to the employees about how jacked up their store is and she doesn't know how they'll ever get it straightened out, I proceed to search through the racks of unorganized clothing until I find 4 or 5 pairs of shorts that actually fit. Get to the register and the ONE pair of denim shorts that fit, doesn't have a tag. So she proceeds to tell me that she can't ring them up and they have to go to the back and come back out later. I practically beg to buy them. She refuses. So long story short, if you do happen to find something in this effed up store that you want, don't count on walking out of the store with it. Worst store and employees ever. It's been bad for awhile. But now, it's really bad. Won't be back. I'll drive 30 miles to Shreveport goodwill first. Shame on you Stephanie, the "manager". Goodwill should be a better experience. 😡

Hard goods and electronics are ridiculously priced, it’s a whole other level of rip off. As someone going in for online retail I’m cross referencing prices with eBay and Amazon. 17/20 items I cross referenced were higher cost in this goodwill than online (even including the shipping cost). Clothing seemed reasonable, at least the brief look I took at a few sections.Don’t recommend for anything other than clothes. Clothing return policy was decent is the only reason why it’s getting 2/5 instead of 1/5.

I have been here numerous times and have always had a positive experience until today. I understand people who believe in the mask thing, but I've had my nose crushed with multiple surgeries to correct and still can't breathe normally.The young man said I needed a mask and I replied that I had a legal medical exemption. He said it didn't matter and I needed a mask. I told him it was against the law and we turned to leave. We had a courteous parting with pleasantries and I can't fault him for following orders.Downside is that I was denied service with a legally allowed medical condition. Of all businesses of public accommodation that discriminate against disabilities, I would never have expected this from Goodwill.Those following the law should follow the law, rather than use it to pick and choose who you discriminate against. A smart class action lawyer should be correcting these discriminatory practices.

Found shirt on mannequin guy was rude said wasn't for sale won't be back!! Any store that sales clothing and won't sell you a used shirt is a loser of a store do not shop here!!!!

I haven’t been in this particular Goodwill in a couple of years.I give two stars for organization and the female employee at the register was friendly. She greeted us when we came in and left. Others walked past us like they were better than us; I do keep in mind that some have mental disabilities but I’ve never been in a Goodwill with unfriendly employees.The pricing! Who prices the donated items? A wore out office chair (new at Big Lots for $20-25) was marked $15. Maybe Goodwill pricing has changed but my husband and I went in looking for a bulletin board for our shop. The only one they had was marked $5.99 (about an 8X10 size with 2”x10” being used as a cork-board). We left without buying anything and went to Walmart (the last place I wanted to spend money on a bulletin board) and found a large full bulletin board for less than $9.Someone in Goodwill management/supervision needs to do price comparison; of course this is just my opinion but it’s also my review.As a shopper, I go to a resale shop looking for a bargain not to find stuff for just a buck priced $1.50-2.00..

The workers at this particular store in Marshall, Tx does not realize that it is a 2nd hand store. I took a full size bed that was in great shape and they refused to take it. I also tried to donate a nice fabric chair and they refused to take it as well. If you are trying to donate any items in the Marshall area Hopes Closet and the Thrift store are excellent alternatives to Goodwill. 👍🏾💯 The 1 ⭐ is only due to the fact I had to give it to publicly post this.

Nice place to visit, but Aisles are short, and with a bunch of kids inside, it makes it hard to move around! Plenty of selections, but some prices are close to RETAIL...On my last visit, yesterday, they seemed to have straightened up a bit, making it easier to move around!

Went to apply for a position and the assistant manager told me I was too scrawny to do the work. Never been called scrawny a day in my life. Also she said who sent you ?? and I said that there is a sign on the door literally advertising help wanted. 🙄

Prices are a bit high. 3.99 a shirt. But I had great experience there today. Lady that worked there went out of her way to help me find my size. Got two cool shirts.

2 stars because it is clean, but is it weird I prefer the more hole in the wall thrift stores? I’m in my early 20s and didn’t find anything. Only older women’s clothing, not youthful. The guy taking my donation was kinda rude too

The assistant manager was incredibly rude and when I asked about an item without a tag, they literally took the item from my hands and said, well this item will have to go to the back to be tagged and there isn't anyone who can price it (When there was a similar item with a tag a price could have been used)... Will not be back

Great place to buy computers or donate things for tax write off. They sell deer whistles which are a must if going out to Lake O' Pines. The GoodWill in Houston on Westhiemer sells all laptops.

The employees here are not very helpful. Some of them can be extremely rude. They don't care about the customers. You ask for help and they'll tell if you if it's not out on the floor they don't have it in the back without even checking for it. And their displays are just an absolute mess.

Friendly staff. Clean store. They ask that you please wear a mask while you are in the store, I appreciate this and don't mind wearing ppe while shopping.

Love to shop for books at Goodwill stores. Usually are hardback books at low discount prices. Nice clothes for cheap too.

I like goodwill. My only problem is EVERYTHING is donated to them so therefore everything they sell is profit. They won't lower their prices at all... don't bother asking. I think that's pretty crappy.

They have some of a lot of things. And you have to go back every day to check out what came in. It's well worth the time to drop in and check.
