The manager there is actually very selfless and loves her customers. She has spent more time in that building working towards making things better for her employees and the community she serves. There is nothing she wouldn't do for anyone. I've seen her stand out in the rain and the cold next to a vehicle where a mother didn't want to get her small children out of the vehicle but didn't want to leave them alone. That's the store manager. She has a great team of people and they have a great atmosphere. For those people that want to leave a rude review or speak ill of her is laughable. 2 of these comments were from people that are Family of employees that she terminated for theft or violating theircompany policy. If the homeless need to eat, they know she will come out of her own pocket to make sure they are taken care of. That's who the manager is.

That manager christy is not there any more on pc but she is in Jefferson doing the same thing over they really need to get ride of her she ack like she love black people and older people and she treat them like ? Y’all need to listen at the customer when they say things

Never before as a customer have I felt so Insignificant. The Pinecrest Dr location in Marshall Tx left a line of customers waiting with one cashier working and another cashier attempting to count her drawer for 20 minutes so she could wait on customers. It is obvious she couldn’t do her job. I was so annoyed that I left and went somewhere else. Are the days of the customer always come first, gone? I work in customer service and we do everything in our power so our customers don’t have to wait. I learned my lesson. Don’t go to Family Dollar if you don’t have time to waste.

I’ve personally always loved family dollar and how they help out the community. But I walked into this one with my husband and immediately got yelled at and cussed out by the store manager. I will NEVER go back to this family dollar ever again and I believe a manager should never cuss or yell at a customer. Ever.

The rudest manager. My little girl had to use the bathroom. No sign saying no public bathroom. Came out of the restroom and the lady was yelling what are you doing in here and pushed up out of the bathroom area. We left and won't go back to that store.

Staff is always polite and friendly. The shelves could be better stocked. Merchandise is often left on unattended carts and the carts are blocking the isles making it difficult to push the shopping cart from one end to the other. This must be routine in most of the dollar stores.

I went on their Grand re-opening. The store was organized where there was more room down the aisles. It was clean and everyone was helpful. The sale items were priced at a good discount, plus the digital coupons make it a very good place to shop.

Prices often different at register than marked on aisle. Consequently half the time you get a smart alec sales clerk that then talks condescendingly to you, I guess to intimidate you. Never had this trouble at other Dollar Stores. This is the one on Pinecrest next to the Valero.

The storm Pinecrest is a good place to go and just get a few knick-knacks in and out the staff is always kind helpful says hello and you can usually find what you want in a matter of minutes I highly recommend you stop in if you just need a few things real quick or maybe just some interesting things it's a nice store

Best family dollar in town! The manager and her assistant manager Sam are professional, polite, and super courteous. The whole team of employees are great! :P

I did a purchase and was using my card. But because they had some kind of theft they were not allowing any customers to get cash back. I believe that is poor service. They have insurance to cover that and it was not all their customers that did the wrong, just one.

A good selection of items to shop from for great prices. Joey is very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He even showed me the app so I can clip coupons and save money. Thank you for the good service.
