It was a DG. Products are mostly Walmart rejects because of small cosmetic defects, but the stuff inside the package is fine.

Employees seemed nice but several people stood in line at the register for several minutes until a couple of us went looking for the cashier. Maybe they're very short handed; it was also hard to get down the isles because of the boxes. Which would also be explained if they're short staffed.

It would be much better if they would just hire enough staff to keep everything neat and in order. The cashier can't stock and work the cash registers at the same time. This particular store in DeBerry Texas has plenty of faithful customers because of the location. They have enough revenue to hire stickers. Someone is going to trip over the clutter in the isle and break a leg.

Very dirty store. Stuff all over the floor, aisles are blocked because of those stocking uboats but no one is stocking them. The only good thing about this store are the cashiers. Maybe new management will be helpful.

The worlds dirtiest dollar general I have ever been in. The floor is absolutely disgusting. If I could rate it a zero I would. There’s clutter throughout the store it appears like someone has ram-shacked the store. If there’s managers there it shouldn’t be because how can you manage the workers and be in such filth.

One of the worst Dollar Generals I have been to. It is always in disarray and the last time I happened to go to this store I swore it would be the last. Why is your cashiers talking me out of buying things? Why is your cashier so rude? I walked out without a single purchase and I do not think I will ever go back. Please clean up this store, please hire some friendly cashiers (or do something to encourage them to be more kind), and please tell your cashiers that the customer is always right and you should NEVER talk them out of a purchase they were intending to purchase.

Regina is the best customer service representative in north east Texas. She greets and thanks every customer. She is always on the move helping customers. She is such a hard worker and always has a smile. Regina makes me feel like a valued customer every visit. Thanks Regina for all you do.

what can I say about it I went in to get some ice that's all I wanted to do lady was really helpful she had a few she had a few other customers want in front of me when she took care of rather rapidly even though she was shopping for like looked like the week and then I told her to go ahead and check out the person behind me instead of running out and going and get my eyes I wasn't in any sort of hurry good employee though

Amazing deals!! I win the lottery this would still be "my store"!! Stores are bringing more products and better deals, so I need not go to the big discount store! The BEST part...I do NOT have to contend with long checkout line!!!

By far the absolute worst Dollar General store I have ever been too!!! It was nasty, there was stuff all over the place and you couldn't barley get down the isles without running over or into something!!! This was the most unorganized, completely dysfunctional store I've ever seen. ( Plus side... cashier was very friendly!!!)

Does anyone know if this store is in the process of a remodel? I was there last Monday they had signs up we went back yesterday to grab a few things and the signs was gone so my husband asked they told him no that wasn’t them...lol then I over heard them saying something about Postponing it because of this stupid virus everyone is freaking out over???

Store was kinda like a hole in the wall. You will pass it up if not looking. Not the cleanest dollar general I have been in.. but a dollar store all the same. I don't shop thees stores nor do I go to Marshall hate it.. but I was with family who shop there and happen to be along for the ride

The store has alot of good choices brand names and private label.Lee the manager was very helpful not just go me but other customers actually walking them to the products ,they where looking for.
