I would say everything was good until an unpleasant act by one of the workers behind checkout did something that didn't sit right with me. I was behind a family next up in line and she walked from behind the counter and didn't even look or acknowledge me and went straight to the family in line behind me which was white and asked them what were they ordering today and went back and submitted their order and gave it to them while I still was waiting in line.

I have eaten that many fast food restaurants. At all places this is the one place at my food is always hot and good. It is my go to place when I’m working in Marshall Texas.Cashier Rosemary was very friendly. Owners Were there several times when I’ve gone, and they are very Good with public relations.Thanks

Went to the drive thru, got tacos and an 8pc steak finger basket. The lady at the window was so nice an had a great attitude. The food was great, fresh n hot! It was my first visit there, but it won't be my last I promise you!Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access no problem

A staff member greeted us at the door and opened it for us. The cashier was super sweet and made conversation with my kids. My daughter and I had to use the restroom and we saw the Bible verse hanging over the sink which we were overjoyed to see. My 13 year old son said these were the nicest people he had ever met at a fast food place. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I came by Wednesday, July 7, 2021 around 8pm. No good customer service at all. I was handed a melted blizzard. Obviously the cashier did not do the "flip" and I think it was because of how melted it was. Stop hiring kids. They don't know what they are doing. They always have attitudes and park you. Only to wait 20 plus minutes because they forget about you.

Ice cream was amazing. Service was great. Restaurant must have JUST had a rush before we came in because our table was dirty and we had to clean it.....the side table where napkins/utensils etc are kept was a jumbllike array of things. Backstock left overflowing. There was a young man trying to clean tables but I think he was struggling to keep up with the amount of people coming in. We will be back though!

I ordered the chicken strip basket and it was great! The chicken strips were crunchy on the outside and tender in the inside. Also the service was great. The man taking our order greeted us and told us “take your time”. We received our food after only 5-10 min after ordering. So to sum it up great place to go for a quick bite.👍🏻

If you're looking for fast, friendly and courteous fast food joint. Go no further, come see Yankee at this very clean Dairy Queen. He will recommend something to fill you right up, like this delicious Chicken Quesadilla!!.... Thanks Yankee!! Will definitely be coming back from Houston to see yall again!! This evening we stopped in to DQ be the 2nd couple there inside, we placed our order and through the whole dining room could not find one table that was clean (without food remains) or seat! Having noticed six or more employees available to do the job and several not wearing masks or wearing them correctly made me question the management of this establishment.

I had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich combo, the chicken was more steamed than grilled and the fries were soggy. However the sweet tea was spot on.Christian radio is played for our listening pleasure while several flat screens offer various news channels.

I've added to my original review to lament a frustration,Why can't they have lids for the blizzard? Ones that are domed? It's a blooming mess! Putting soda lids that are flat over a mound of ice cream is just amazingly wrong.I've only ever been through the drive through. I love the ice cream blizzard! Sometimes they have really good seasonal blizzards. At this location, they are not so good with the signage. They advertise blasts that they don't have on outside window.I liked their tacos over juicy Taco. And the chicken fried meats baskets are always a change from your burger fast food places.

When I order a mocha moo latte, do not make a shake with coffee in it and then tell me your machine is not working.You need to say this upfront... do not expect people to take it anyway eventhough they ordered something else. That's not good business.

Great staff!! That's sums it up. Had a great experience passing through again and the one consistent is the staff is always friendly, upbeat and my orders are always accurate.Not the easiest location to get in or out of, but well worth it. Forget to grab photos, but will next trip. It is always consistently clean so I'm sure it will be again.

Love this establishment! Mrs. Deloris is the best! She is always so pleasant to be around and chit chat with while she gets our order. Food comes out quick and made right.Parking: Very big parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Lots of ice cream options for any kids or grown ups for that matter lol.

What happened?!? This used to be one of the best DQs I've ever ate at. Staff was always friendly, food fresh, dinning room clean, etc. But my last few visits have been different. Dirty dinner room, staff is not friendly like it used to be. Ketchup always empty. I noticed some of the managers and workers I used to see I all the time I haven't seen in awhile, and it's definitely showing. Hopefully they get it turned back around so I can update this review.

I ordered two meals of tacos off of DoorDash. I made sure before submitting that it was correct. After the DoorDash brought us our food I realized that there was only two tacos instead of two meals. I’ve worked a Dairy Queen in the past and I understand that it’s kind of hard to put in orders from DoorDash so it was all good so I called up there and asked if I can drive and get my order fixed. The manager said yes so I drove up there. When I got there the girl at the front (lovelea) was really nice when I told them I came for my mess up order of tacos. After given the tacos lovelea gave me no sauce what so ever. So I asked the lady next to her for some sauce and extra sauce. That is when the sweet girl than rolled her eyes at me and changed to a completely different person. I was really nice about the mess up because I understand it happens but to be rude after I said it’s fine is completely disrespectful and uncalled for.
