The store and employees are great. No problems there. The problem is with the pharmacy. They are either understaffed or overwhelmed. They cannot keep up with prescriptions and frequently give misleading wait times. I went in to pickup a script that should've already been filled 30 minutes prior. It wasn't and was told it'd take 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I was told it'd take another 20 minutes. You get the idea. My suggestion, use CVS across the street.

This CVS location has been our pharmacy for several years and we have received consistently good service. They have the prescriptions we need when we need them, and that quality is my highest priority. The staff has been friendly and helpful.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They don't care about their customers and it shows.About a month ago, we were trying to process our insurance with them, and the gentleman asked us to go down to the pick up window to get the prescription, so we did. Once down at the pick up window, the woman there was very ugly to us, telling us before we even had a chance to speak that they would yell when they were ready. We were just instructed to go down to her window to pick it up, and she was incredibly rude. Another lady seemed extremely dismayed by her actions and tried to come and remedy the actions of the other associate. Now, we come to today where I call to check on a other prescription for my daughter as it has been about 3 days since the prescription should have been filled and I still have not received a call saying it's ready. So, I call them, just to inform me that it has been transferred to another store. I received no call, no sympathy, no apology - nothing. Just aggravation.I would give 0 stars if I could.

I came to CVS to pick up a prescription. I was nice and friendly from the start. The pharmacist seemed irritated from the moment I walked up to the counter and acted like I was a burden for coming to get my prescription. I wanted to use my discount card but he said it already had a discount on it...my discount would have been $5 cheaper than whatever discount they'd put on there. But, because he seemed to be in such a bad mood, I didn't even bother trying to make him change it to my card and just let it go. Apparently when checking out I took too long, because he yelled at me very sharply to "PUSH THE BUTTON". Very unprofessional, and honestly a little frightening to be yelled at in that manner, especially so unexpectedly. After I finished paying, he handed me the bag and walked off without a word. Highly unprofessional to be yelling at customers and treating them like they're a burden for picking up a prescription, which is literally his job to handle. I won't be back.

Will not be using this pharmacy again, I believe we are treated this way because of the medication that my husband is Prescribed no it is not an opiate. The pharmacist refused to use the savings card and we paid double the amount that we paid last month. We were treated rudely. Also he would not allow us to only pick up half of the prescription. This medication Is a schedule 5 which is the lowest that a narcotic can be. On top of that would not allow me to use they CVS card that is associated with my mother's phone number. Basically I could have downloaded the app and done it with my number but he told me it was not allowed to use the one with my mother's number ..... again the CVS card is no different than the Kroeber's card or any other savings card. We will not be returning, My husband has never tried to pick up the medication early, Not everyone who is prescribe certain medications abuse them. It's not worth it. Go somewhere else use your RX savings card and be treated better..

Scheduled for COVID test. Drove 1/2 an hour to the appointment. Surprise! Equipment has been down all day. Didn't bother to notify me... Thanks for wasting my time. I won't be back...

I just moved back to Texas from Pennsylvania, and I remember and understand that things move at a slower pace (which I do appreciate, do not get me wrong) but everything else down south does move faster than dead, except for CVS in Marshall. And Heaven help you if you call to speak to someone in pharmacy - you’ll be left on hold forever, and while initially the music that plays on the phone is real pretty, it repeats over and over and over, to the point that after a half hour on hold (yes, it happened a couple of minutes ago, literally 30 minutes and 38 seconds on hold) you can foresee a situation only comparable to The Shining about to take place if you have to listen to that hold music any longer. From now on, my family will be getting their medications elsewhere.

Working with pharmacy staff via drive thru window is disastrous. I worked with a woman today that did not know how to work the records system and instead of asking for help from another member of the pharmacy team, she said she couldn't help me.I had to call another CVS so they could walk a member of the Marshall pharmacy team through the record system.Attempted to submit a complaint to the pharmacy manager. She is unconcerned and unable to effectively communicate because of the archaic speaker system.Worst CVS experience. There is a Walgreens across the street. Recommend transferring there.

The service is really bad. They really need better people to wait on people. I had a prescription there since Thursday and just today am able to get it . I grant you part of the wait was doctor's office but today the Hispanic girls was just not caring.

My daughter goes to school in Marshall, and I live in Houston. The pharmacist and staff have been incredibly accommodating in transferring prescriptions, contacting physicians, etc. They have expedited filling prescriptions, walked us through confusing insurance matters, and taken all around good care of my daughter. I am truly grateful, both to them and for them.

I have been using this location now for over 6 months, every month there has been a complication with my scripts, the staff display an unwillingness to help while being rude when you question anything. They are always right, it's always someone else's fault or error and heaven forbid should they go out of their way to help a customer out!I do not recommend this location for prescription needs!

Hey boys and girls did you get that Text message too!! I know I did, oh my what does it say you ask? It says my prescription is ready. Oh boy oh boy, well let's go get it!!! Oh but wait, what happens when you arrive you ask, guess what isn't ready, or even close to ready, or hell not even close to being counted out and out in a bag. Hey O bet if you like waiting another 30 minutes in store after you get a nessage saying it is ready, O also bet you would like to have them have to run your insurance every single time you go to pay, because hey running that is almost as difficult as finishing your order in the first place. I know being a pharmacist or pharmacy tech takes years of schooling, but it shouldn't take the same amount of time to process an order and make sure it is ready and billed correctly before you inform someone that it is ready. Get with the program.

Slowest pharmacy ever. The lady working the window said 35min wait. We decided to wait. Then another 30min turned into another hour. I finally spoke to the pharmacist who pulled the order immediately and filled. I’ll try another pharmacy.

Said they couldn’t take my insurance, never had a issue with this before. After complaining and then trying a bunch of different things they finally found it. Then waited much longer then 15 minutes.
