Pharmacist is rude. I walked in for a vaccine, and was told they only accepted appointments. So I called a few days later to make an appointment, and they said they weren't taking appointments anymore, only walk ins. I went back as a walk in and the pharmacist scolded me and told me to make an appointment, so I went to Walgreens without any problem.

This pharmacist is a real jerk. He treats you like you are dirt. If you ask him a a question he is rude. If you call him and ask him to look up a medication and tell you the price he hangs up on you. I have been a CVS customer for years but I am changing to Walgreen. I wish I could give this CVS -1 Star.

Needed to pickup a prescription for my daughter, usually go to Longview but happened to be in Marshall so I thought I would get it transfered over. After speaking with them on the phone and in person, they were unable to find her in their system, I called over to Longview and had them transfer it. When I went to pick it up later, they still couldn't find a record of it and told us we were wrong, that they had to ask for the transfer even though Marshall had told us we had to get Longview to transfer it because they couldnt find it. Sounds confusing right? Wish that was the end. 2 hours later and wishing I had driven out to Longview, we are still without the prescription and found this pharmacy to be very rude and disorganized. Will not be back, learned my lesson.

Ladies at the window areRude about 99% of the time. Any question you have is met with a defensive “it’s not our fault”. I used their system to put in a refill request and about ten hours later hadn’t heard anything so I drove up there. Apparently you can ask for a refill before it is able to be re-filled which would be the fault of the website and not the consumer. When I spoke to the main pharmacist about the confusion the lady working the window said “he’s just trying to get his refill as early as possible.” Basically calling me an addict to my face. The refill request was also only one day early. I would leave a zero if I could

My wife was hospitalized from Thursday the 11th until Sunday the 14th. Her prescriptions were sent and filled at 10:43am Sunday morning. She was okayed to discharge at 5:50 pm. I called the pharmacy and asked if I left right then and drove directly there if I was a minute late could they please wait being as the prescriptions had already been filled for me to pick up. The hospital is maybe 1.5 to 2 miles from CVS. The young sounding female on the phone responded “No we not going to be doing that.” At which I said thank you and goodbye. My wife is seriously I’ll from pancreatitis and we were trying to pick up the pain meds as well as others she would need. Instead of me being able to leave my wife at the hospital to complete her discharge while I picked them up, without knowing if I would even be able to retrieve them I stayed to help her and she went home with no meds for the night. In addition this required me to drive 30 miles from our home back to CVS the next day. I will no longer be using CVS nor will my wife. We have been using them for several years for monthly maintenance prescriptions. In the past I have regularly set in the drive through 45 minutes to an hour waiting to pickup a prescription with only one or two other cars ahead of me. This is not a new occurrence it began long before COVID testing began so that is not the reason. Customer service is clearly nonexistent at this pharmacy. Walgreens will be happy to have our business.

If I could do 0 I would, the pharmacist was rude and we couldn’t understand most of what he was saying. He told my mom to stop calling about her pain medicine. That she needed to call her doctor but her doctor is the one that told her to keep calling to see if it’s there. She had only called 2 times that day and he wanted to be very rude and tell her to stop calling? Um no sir you need to have more customer service and actually care for people. If I have to I will change her pharmacy so we don’t have this problem again!!! CVS needs to change their pharmacists to some better people.

After using CVS for the first time in awhile since my experience is never good with the Marshall location, I realized why I stay away. I received several confirmations and reminders for a Drive thru covid test at 4:10pm I arrive at 4pm. I guess they didn't get any reminders I had an appointment because they were closed.Nice waste of time and gas.I get that places are short staffed but have the common courtesy to call and cancel and appointment or actually be open the hours posted or better yet if you're gonna close early don't even allow someone to schedule the test.The overall reviews and ratings alone should speak for the store,the common complaint, the pharmacy 😆

I really tried to give this pharmacy a chance but I think I'm going to switch. The lead pharmacist is extremely rude, and as someone who makes monthly trips to the pharmacy to pick up medications its just something I don't want to experience everytime I go.I was paying with cash and counting out change and the lead pharmacist told me "he didn't have time for this" and abandoned post. This was after he asked "cash or credit" and I asked "is cash alright?" And he said "I don't know you tell me?"Guy needs an extreme attitude adjustment before I'll even think about going back here unfortunately.

Male pharmacist is one of the rudest people I've had the displeasure of speaking with. Not only does he talk over you until you leave, he'll just hang up in the middle of you talking if you call in. It's absolutely ridiculous that he's still at this location after months of antagonizing every customer he comes into contact with.

CVS in Marshall is great. The pharmacy staff tries to put your name with your face. If you haven't picked up your prescription, they call to check on you. I love them.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this pharmacy, but I’ve only ever used them for flu and COVID vaccinations. The store clerks are all great though—way better than anywhere else I’ve been in town or in the area.

Never again will I use this incompetent pharmacy. They couldn’t get our insurance info correct. In the process of trying to explain the insurance, the pharmacist couldn’t stop talking over me long enough to even get what was going on. I have never in my life dealt with a more rude pharmacist. This pharmacy is a complete joke.

I have had several conversations with the Male pharmacist with a strong accent. He is so very rude and disrespectful. Terrible customer services I will for sure be transferring our medication to another pharmacy

Problems with your pharmacy in Marshall, Texas even though my husband has been on a certain pain medication for years we are now faced with him running out. We have been dissatisfied with pharmacist for a while and even complained about his to corporate.

Was just treated EXTREMELY negatively by the male Rep with a strong accent. He was very unhelpful and condescending. I would HIGHLY suggest moving him out of the CX service area. There is absolutely zero excuse to be made for him actions and verbiage.

I hate this place the pharmacy is the rudest I've ever dealt with . I'm changing too Kroger's I'm in there network . I go too the Doctor on may the 27th and it will be over all my prescriptions will be refilled through them .
