Very unfortunate visit. I found three kittens under my house and noticed one was in distress. So I called to find out the cost for a visit to help the kitten. They told me a price and I figured I had enough food so I could spare a little bit to help him. Took the kitty in and the people are great. Very caring. BUT when they wanted me to sign the contract for the pricing it was THREE TIMES MORE THAN WHAT I WAS TOLD OVER THE PHONE. I wish my regular vet had not retired because now I don't have one. I feel like this Kitty has been sentenced to a death sentence because I can't afford $200 for a worm treatment.

Every time I've visited they greet me nd BOSS(My Rott Puppy) and welcome is with open arms!! Everyone is extremely nice and they spoil BOSS more than he already is! They explain thoroughly what's being done and answer any questions that I may have! I'd definitely recommend All Cypress!!

Me and my baby Fletcher just love Brianna & the whole All Cypress gang! They love their job and are always happy and smiling, everything you would want from the techs to the vet! Took my dog in they told me I have to have vaccine for my dog so I got them,now she is sick. I did some research on the vaccine's they gave her .And come to find out she didn't need them and it does make some dogs sick.If you don't board your dog you don't need the vaccine. bordertella vaccine 1 of them . All they need is quality food

Ever since we became clients of All Cypress we have been nothing less than thrilled of their service, kindness toward our animals, and their dedication to the business. The team is outstanding. From the front desk to the back office, each time I bring my dogs here I know they will be treated with love and respect. We have recently started boarding our two dogs with them and it’s very obvious how well they’re treated because they can’t wait to get out of the truck and go visit their friends as soon as we pull into the parking lot.Thank y’all very much for all you do. *********STAY AWAY*******The staff is great we took are cat in during the week he swallowed a string ribbon off the floor.Dr Coody came in and confirmed the ribbon she said to try to give him fluids and see if he would pass it after 2 more tries and a outside radioloist read them they decided to do surgery she said we would have to due surgery.I said ok due what is necessary it came out ok after the weekend we picked him up Monday Dr.Coody did not come in the room we were in until we asked for her we were told she was busy but we wanted her to come in she seemed aggravated by that and was quick when she answered a couple questions.I guess she thinks she is to elite to bothered,they did call quite a few times to find out how and when we would pay 4,100.00 total which was paid in full i would not have paid that in los angeles ca guess we paid interest on her student loans but they have to remember were there are in the country Marshall Texasthe vet we gave found is a bright compared.ALL FOR YOUR INFO but stay away there are not as good as they think and the other Vet in the practise is great and the staff is good except. Dr.Coody and Dr Coody said she had to pay her staff very un professional yes they saved my boy but at what cost other vets ive checked with said it was very high and her advise to me were lets try the IV flush one mire day they should have been able too see it was not moving without a outside radiologist’s my advise STAY FAR AWAY there are better vets in longviewRead others revoewsThey are in it for the $$$$ student loans.a new Dodge dully in the parking lot and a lot off staff,plus 20.00 to take the hood off my cat untie a string/ribbon WOWBe careful with dr coody she charges Beverly Hills charges 3,800 for a cat surgery 3days during the week non emergency 20.00 to take the hood off on the last visit won’t be going back ****be careful. I LOVE this vet! Unfortunately I have to move. I took off a star because in the beginning when my kitten had to have surgery, they changed the price on me but other than that they've been fantastic! The staff is super friendly and they take amazing care of my kitten. They do tend to push sales a little hard but just listen to your gut and you'll be fine!

I was very disappointed in my visit today. My dog has a rash on his stomach and they sent two teenagers in to look at it. The “vet” talked like she had memorized a script. She spoke in hyper speed. I had to ask her to slow down and repeat herself. She looked and acted like she was 12. I still do not believe she was a vet. They took no skin skin scrapings or blood tests. It cost me $329.00 for 1 allergy shot, 1 flea and tick pill, she said was required to get the allergy shot, and some skin foam. I will not go back. I feel their prices were exorbitant and their demeanor very unprofessional. The front desk girl was polite, but I am back to looking for a “good” vet in Marshall.In response to your response to my review response. My concerns about finances were that your prices were exorbitant for what I was receiving and you refused to treat his rash unless I buy an expensive flea pill to go along with it. I have and would again spend as much as necessary to make my dog healthy, but your suggestions were few and expensive and no skin scrape or blood test was ever even suggested. One example of your unrealistic suggestions was when you wanted to sell me 14 lbs of dog food for $81. He is a 75 lb Golden Retriever. He eats 5 cups of dog food at one time. If I only fed him once a day that would be almost $1000 a month. He is an inside dog who goes outside for walks and romps, and gets groomed once a month or so. I have never seen a flea on him. It is my belief he got into some poison ivy and refuses to stop licking and chewing it because it itches. I mentioned that and you said it was possible. You only told me it was some kind of environmental allergy. Your responses to criticism are hostile and unhelpful. I stated that the person who explained the choices of treatment to me did slow down. I also explained that it still felt scripted. You are right about one thing. I should have just left. But I wanted some relief for my sweet itchy dog. This is the first time I have ever see you, young lady and it will be my last. You are rude, disrespectful, and full of yourself. My husband brought our other dog in for a rabies shot. And we boarded our cats there a year and a half ago when we first moved to town. These are the only times either of us have been in your place of business and it will be the last.

Over the years, I have had numerous animals and been involved with shelter and rescue organizations. All Cypress has been one of my favorite vets. It is hard to find a good vet with good staff to care for our animals. I am moving away and not looking forward to finding new care givers for my furry family. All Cypress sets that bar pretty high. Thank you for all you have done for my family.

This has been by far my favorite animal hospital, after searching I finally found vets I can trust with my two dogs. The office staff is always so welcoming and organized. It’s a huge plus my dogs like it here too! The Doctors are knowledgeable and have always spoken to me with respect and explained everything in detail! I would recommend this to anyone that loves their fur babies!!

I was charged 229$. They didn't do much. Then they wanted 68$ a week for the next 3 weeks. I still don't have shots or know much about the 2 &1/2 lb. dog that was rescued. Plus I had to sit and listen to their comments in the next room because the dog had scabies. I will give the nurses their props. I think one of them cared. I have yet to find a vet that isn't overpriced and truly cares about the animals.

My dog had an emergency medical issue, and All Cypress went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong. They were able to diagnose a rare condition and save his life. Everyone I have met there has been kind, professional, and happy to answer questions. I am extremely grateful for their service and would recommend them highly.

This is my first time ever visiting this vet. I originally called everywhere to find a vet that would see exotic pets and couldn’t find one. The next day one of the staff actually came to my work to get a new phone and she told me about her work and said they had a vet who sees exotic pets! Anyway I ended up making an appointment for my ferret because she wasn’t acting herself after her buddy passed away a couple months ago, and I wanted to get her checked on to make sure she was okay. She gave me some insight I didn’t know about ferrets. She reassured me that she was fine, and if I had any more concerns to come back and see her!! She gave me some papers about ferrets! 100% recommend this vet to anyone and everyone!! All the staff were very friendly and helpful in every way!!! I absolutely love this place and will definitely make this my regular vet for all my animals now!

Cypress vet half did testing on my puppy he still has worms and I am not satisfied with the visit or the Dr. Or the staff they were rude to me when I called to tell them that my puppy still has worms. This is after his first and second visit.

I got a puppy which I quickly realized had a skin issue that was spreading. I emailed their office Friday night on a holiday weekend. They called me first thing Monday morning and got me in same day. Even during the phone call she gave me a pretty good idea of what to expect during the visit.Once there, The staff were all so very nice; Took time to explain and answer my questions. They put together a 3 month plan that will help my puppy. It is very affordable and i left with everything I needed and all my questions answered. I do not feel like they over supplied me or gave me things My puppy didn't need. My puppy was very comfortable with their staff. I've found my forever vet with this place. I've already recommended them to family members and I recommend anyone giving them the chance to impress you too.

Took my dog in to be looked at for a cyst. 1100.00 quote to hospitalize him. We said no outpatient please. Still 300 dollars for the cleanup of the wound and meds. They request a follow up to make sure he’s healing and continue to say there’s a charge for a follow up visit!!! They only care about the almighty dollar. Don’t take your pets here please.

Excellent customer service! They really care for your fur babies.When we switched vets to All Cypress, we were worried that it was going to be time to lay our oldest baby to rest. After seeing Dr Lee and Dr. Williams - she is doing 1,000% better! They fixed her broken teeth, recommended a new food for her and now she is like a puppy again! She can see better, she eats more, her fur his softer - its amazing!They also were able to figure out what was wrong with our smallest baby before it cud get way worse.They pay attention like Dr Allred used too. Its been so difficult to find someone that cares as much as he did and its All Cypress! Just the difference they made in my Midget baby makes me incredibly grateful to them!Plus the staff is just as nice. They are 5 stars all the way around
