Location seemed very busy. Ordered one drink. Took over 10 mins. Based on observation, manager took my order. Employee brought me my order. Both manager and employee seemed frustrated and cold in their interactions with me. This industry is about customer service. If you don’t like interacting with the public, consider other employment.Correct location should be Temple Texas on Drive.

I am very disappointed this has been a gradual decline. I had to order twice because my first sandwich was all wrong, so I had to complain on Door Dash but I really wanted the sandwich I ordered so I ordered again. I at least got the right sandwich but you can tell it was thrown together and not even made properly. It was suppose to be a Hickory BBQ Cheeseburger but had no cheese. Then when I tried to call the shop directly instead of handling it through the Door Dash app, the phone has been taken off the hook and is busy. It is what it is but I will think twice before I order again from this location.

My order has been wrong 2 times now. Both times they forgot a drink & I had to remind them. All good items had ingredients I made clear not to add. It’s like they made whatever they wanted to or can’t read.My receipt shows clearly what I wanted & it’s attached to the bag.But for some reason they can’t give the same thing on the receipt. Customer service won’t give a refund even with proof of the entire order being wrong. It’s not busy at this locations so how can the order be wrong 2 different times.Give me my refund!!!!

This place is AMAZING!! My sister and I were trying to find some limes to make salsa with, but all the grocery stores in town closed by 8:30pm due to a certain global pandemic, so we tried our luck at the local Sonic. At first, the employee seemed a little confused by our request but he sent out his manager who sold us four whole limes (already washed)!! That's the best service I've ever received at a Sonic restaurant. I'm now a lifetime customer.

I came here right after work a few days ago to get some ice cream. It was good at first when I was ordering but then it took almost 30 minutes I thought maybe they were busy but then when I got out of my car with my co worker who was with me. We saw 2 workers playing with OUR ice cream to the point where it was melted. They then tried to give it to us melted. I was just so frustrated and sent it back luckily we got it from the manager a few minutes later. I am just stun at the fact that the workers where just swirling my order around instead of delivering it to us. Sorry for my rant but it needed to be said.

I love Sonic! They have the best onion rings and slushes. I tried their Dill Burger and I think it is now my favorite burger. Their app is great, half price drinks all day, rewards, and you can cut your wait time down considerably when you order through the app ahead of time before getting there. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they are a bit expensive.

I say this place was way better years ago. Shakes and ice-cream is still great. Burgers just don't taste like they did when I was younger. Maybe just me but I think something has changed from the 90s to now. Maybe better QC on the product and I was use to the grease of times past.

The drive-thru is terrible, there's people standing around meanwhile I'm waiting for one item. Called to let a manager know and he told me that I took how they handled my order the wrong way. How is that when I'm watching the girl at the window walk back and forth, when normally they would bring your order to you if there's a wait in the line. That was a lame excuse and he didn't even try to apologize for it,Marlin barely has places to eat as is so don't make it harder on customers. If I could I'd rate a -0 because "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is HIGHLY important!!

The girl that carried out our order was wonderful! Another girl I asked for help just gave me half an answer and walked away, she had some mental issue. Food was pretty good, not the best. The shake I got was very thick, I had to eat it with a spoon :/ the hot dogs were almost green in color 🤔😕

I tried ordering through the app to get my reward and for some reason it was not working. The manager did not help in honoring the reward or accommodating another way. My bill was going to be $32 after discount and she did not want to honor it. Unsatisfied customer at this point.☹

Be careful and check your order. Asked for a Junior Sonic burger and got a number 1 with no veggies. They did not even ask to clarify my order- they just gave me a burger and hoped it was right. So if you order and it does not show up on the screen, cancel your order.

Jana and I were going for a little after the doctor appointment today and I felt like eating a little bit then I got sick again. But finally got to feeling better and got some food it was very fast this Time in order and out. Was very proud of the Sonic today.

They were very fast they were very convenient and the food tasted really good I would definitely go there again and it's in a good location. It was also very clean staff was very friendly. Well breaking down the store they were very timely and very kind of customers and still got their stuff done.

It took 5 minutes to even say a word to me at the speaker then at the window I waited forever for my food which was cold and soggy crispy chicken and fries were mush by the time i drove a mile to my residence. Are you serving old Food? Why the 15 minute wait on my Snickers blast? Then I find the bottom of my fries stuffed with tater tots I didn't order that I ordered a large frie. I'm calling corporate, a girl was crying in the kitchen touching her face and it looked as if everyone's first day at work. What kind of training goes on here??? These kids don't know what they are doing and if they do, they need to be wrote up. If they haven't been trained properly then management needs to step it up! I'm coming back in a few weeks and if this place hasn't shaped up I'll call corporate again. Its is not the first time I've had horrible service here but it is the most angry I have been about the disrespect.STEP IT UP!!

Sonic does not have the s as me quality of food anymore. They use to be quite a few steps ahead of Jack in the box, McDonald's and Burger King. Now they fit right in with them. It was a real treat for my family, I would drive out of the way because the food was so good. Not anymore.

This Marlin Sonic location has the friendliest staff and the best Ocean Water I've ever had. I also had a corn dog and tater tots with cheese. Yummmmmmmy. Hallelujah it was good. I'll be going back and I recommend it for anyone looking for a good meal.

Good food, poor management skills. Ive worked in the restaurant industry for years, so I know that mistakes happen. But if someone has to drive all the way back from home because they were missing something, you act a little more apologetic and take more responsibility for the mistake. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes for a burger that wasn't in the bag.(I called before I drove back by the way) By the time I went back home the rest of the food was cold.

Sonic, at most any location, is generally a safe and reliable place for consistent food. The marlin store doesn't break this norm. As long as your order doesn't get a mistake the experience is always the same. I love coming here during the various happy hour / day / time specials they run year round.
