This DQ in Marlin was pleasant surprise! Before going, read one particular review with issues. My experience was the opposite. We were waited on by a pleasant employee. The store had fun Halloween decorations and there was a drop-in bowl to draw a winner.It was "Taco Tuesday" and I happily ordered three $1 tacos! Hubby had the Dude, a chicken fried steak burger with fries. His was fine. My tacos were stuffed! Our food was delivered to the table with a smile!This DQ is a nice, friendly place. Someone came in and reacquainted herself with the cashier/order taker. That person introduced her (through the pass-through) to the two men working in the back. Possibly this crew is related? A happy place is a better place.A senior customer with a walker made to get up with his empty cup. A woman in the next booth quickly offered to get his refill. That was nice!

So. I pull up in drive thru last night. Sit at order window machine for 5min. No answer. Cool. Pull up behind truck in front of me. Notice lady taking orders on a note pad. Cool. My turn she noticed 1sec to me. Walked inside. Sat in line for 20mins. 20 mins.... no order taken. Only 3 cars in line. Me and 2 in front of me. 30min pass. I pull out and around. Go inside. Only 2 people inside. I order. Go to get my drink Dr pepper is completely water. Cool. Pour it out. Go to get sprite. It's brown. Like. Brown brown. Cool. Spilled drinks and trash all over place. A guy was standing inside the lobby waiting on his food. Flirting with the staff all laughy laughy. Smoking. SMOKING INSIDE right by the counter. Order was to go. They asked twice. Finally get my order. It was on a food tray to eat there. Even the cashier name was Mary Jane. It was a freaking train wreck. Photos to prove it. Im not front here. But I do pass thru here. And never again will I even ever consider.

I ordered a Hunger Buster Jr today and when I bit into it discovered that there was no meat in my burger. At this point I was already back on the road and on a time crunch to get to my destination, so I did not have a chance to turn around. Check your burgers before you leave! Very disappointing.

Takes far to long every one In This store is up set with how long it is taking i have been in here and ordered waiting for 15 minutes and counting ridiculous and no strawberry syrup on a strawberry blizzard huh? They said they lost my order never made it after 20 mins that's BS!

Wouldn't even give a star but I had to. The night shift employees are super rude . When I tried to place my order the cashier at the drive Thru window had an attitude. She would not let me finish my order and kept say what else, like she was mad she had to work . When we pulled up to the window her and another employee started staring at us and then started laughing . Both had long fingernails and was touching their heads and proc to try to make our stuff with out washing hands.. so we asked for a refund and with an additional attitude asked why. Once we got the money back they proceeded to say we'll why you even come in the drive thru anyways.. very rude and we will not be going back

Went through the drive-thru they didn’t have the burger they had online… they also didn’t have the burger featured on their menu. I wasn’t super upset about it but then the girl working the drive thru was extremely rude and after I said well that was rude she didn’t apologize and just told me my total and to pull up. I asked to speak to the manager and after I told him what had happened (he had a headset on so he should have been able to hear the whole exchange anyway) he didn’t even apologize. I ended up just telling them Nevermind on my order and going somewhere else. A little customer service would have gone a long way. Definitely won’t be returning.

I was passing through this town when I decided to stop here for a quick bite. It did not disappoint. The chicken fingers were good but could be better. There was too much breading. The breading to chicken ratio did not taste or look right. The fries and gravy were great as was the toast. The drink tasted fine.

We were traveling though town and stopped here for a quick snack. In spite of us being the only customers when we walked in, we had to wait between 5-10 min for someone to come from the back to take our order. The blizzard we ordered was fine however the Julius was completely liquid no slush texture at all and tasted wrong. We were in a hurry and didn't realize the issue until we had already left. Overall, I would probably pick a different restaurant if I was passing though again.

When I worked there 5 years ago I seen the cook place previous cooked fries back in freezer, to be re-cooked, and served again. Same with meat....hmmm. The manager and cook were on drugs. The cook would smoke K2 out in the parking lot in the morning. Imagine the others...all were on crack and other substances as well. I seen it all... lmao 🤣

The Store Manager AMBER Mathis is very unprofessional don't take your kids to this dq cause she doesn't care about them she ignored my 6 year old niece when she wanted to get ice cream she doesn't care about her employees or customers all she does is create a hostile work environment. She is a bully and she steals time from dq to benefit herself. Since I've worked there I've seen more than 7 people quit because of her self resons and the unprofessional work that she does. She has done so many wrong things in this store it is ridiculous since she has been there the store has gone down hill so bad. Also they have roaches that are by the food I've told the manager multiple times about it and she did nothing about it
