Our first trip to Marfa and what a gem of a find! Every aspect of The Lincoln -- the welcoming curb appeal, the gardens, the gathering spaces, the serenity, the perfect location in the middle of town -- was well planned, with excellent results! Not to mention Apartment #6. It surpassed our expectations -- very well-appointed and welcoming, and ultra clean. We wanted for nothingThanks Adam and Clark for all the hard work you guys put into this property to make it a unique stay!

This hotel is a little gem in a little town. We stayed in the Mary Todd which is a small stand-alone house on the property. 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a very spacious kitchen and a lovely living space. Kitchen is very well stocked. Coffee, coffee pot and all the fixings were available and very much appreciated. Lovely front porch with seating. There’s is a communal backyard space as well. There is no “lobby” which is different but worked beautifully. As stated the house was open when we arrived and the key inside. Location is central and within walking distance of a coffee shop and several restaurants. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks for a wonderful space to enjoy our family!

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Marfa. Great location, walking distance to everything, nice and quiet. Cute, well appointed mini-apartments with kitchen, living room space, etc. Owners are super responsive and had the opportunity to meet Clark who was passing through while we were there. Lots of Texan hospitality and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Marfa. Will definitely come back!

I love this place so much and can’t wait to come back!! When a place is aesthetically pleasing and centrally located for maximum walkability…that’s pretty much all I need. But this place had the friendliest owners, great A/C, and high speed WiFi to boot! Then add in a communal cowboy pool, BBQ and an adorable pup that bounces around giving out kisses and I was ready to move in full time! Marfa is such a special place and The Lincoln will be my new go to for my yearly trips 😍 Run, don’t walk to book your space at The Lincoln!!

This is a great place to stay while in Marfa. Its units are spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The unit we had, as was our friends we were travelling with, was styled in fashion with Marfa. We enjoyed an evening around the fire pit as well as playing board games at the dining table. Lincoln is in the centre of town within walking distance to some wonderful galleries and restraints. Day trips to the Marfa sights and into the mountains, nearby Fort Davis and McDonald observatory. We extended our stay as there is so much to do in and around Marfa and this is the place to stay!

First, the location is ideal--walking distance to Marfa's fun and unique shops. Parking is easy.I have never stayed at an establishment quite like the Lincoln. It's not a traditional hotel--the rooms are in small, independent buildings standing on a lot. Each is roomy, unique, and interesting. Don't expect slick, modern decor--you are in Marfa, after all. Staying at the Lincoln will make your Marfa experience all the more rich.

I stayed in Room 10, which is a full apartment. They have everything you need to stay for a week+ including a decently equipped kitchen, desk, and living room area. The aesthetics also match Marfa with careful selection of honest materials. They have made great use of outdoor spaces between the units!Loved it! Would definitely go back.

This was our 3rd time staying at The Lincoln Marfa. If someone stays some where 3 times, let it be a definite indicator of a great place! We love this place so very much. Perfect location in Marfa, perfect size accommodations, everything you need for bathroom/shower, cooking, fridge, microwave, range, smart TV, wifi, cozy fire pit outside in the common area. The owners are two of the nicest people and they are very responsive to any needs you may have. We will go and stay there again!

What a gem of a place to retire to after a 9 hour drive! We booked this place on our drive to Austin and our only complaint is we didn’t have enough time to enjoy more of it especially since the location allows you to walk to everything. The room had plenty of space for us and the dog. The full kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We recommend for anyone coming through Marfa and hope to return some day. Sadly we didn’t take photos but can vouch the descriptions match.

We arrived in Sunday which contributed to disappointment due to the fact that the galleries were closed. Ho hum!! Anyways , our stay at Lincoln was perfect. We had been on road since early January logging in close to 5100 miles so having home cooked food , clean and ample space in a home like vibe was a welcomed pleasantry. My only comment was the smart tv application and while fully understanding the cost , it would have been great to just watch regular old TV!! Security breeches abound these days so we opted out of signing in to anything! The setting is cool and funky with panache! No complaints.

Perfect location to walk all of the downtown restaurants and shops. Self serve check in couldn't be easier. We had three in the Mary Todd house. It could comfortably hold three couples with three full baths. We loved the decor, full kitchen and dual porches.Walkability: Easy walk to grocer, shops, restaurants and bars

In previous years we stayed at The Paisano but we wanted to try something new this time. We stayed 2 nights in deluxe queen #7. At the back so not overlooked . The fully equipped kitchen was really nice so we could do breakfast each day.(great coffee!) The bedroom was nice, plenty of sheets , duvet etc. Bathroom good. For a longer term stay it would be good if a communal washer/dryer could be supplied. Adam & Clark were always available (eg TV would not connect at 10pm and they were round in 5 mins) Highly recommended.Walkability: Dead centre in town. Next door to Asters coffee shop. 2 mins from Jetts grill (in Hotel Paisano) & Margarets restaurant.

Not my first time in Marfa, its always been a great experience and this was not the exception. The Pink Casita is great for a big group, complete with amenities and extremely clean. Great location, walking distance to all the good restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. Will definitely recommend it and will be my place for the next visit.

I booked a couple rooms at The Lincoln for my glam squad for my wedding last weekend. The rooms were comfy and exactly what they needed. So close to the ceremony site at Hotel Paisano and the correspondence from Adam months leading up to the weekend was excellent! Taylor Swift playing on the bright yellow payphone made everyone's day!!! Thank you so much!

Have stayed in a few different places in Marfa and by far this is the place to stay……checking in and out is absolutely seamless. The rooms are very clean. We stayed in unit number seven which afforded us a nice sitting area a place to eat and a very adequate kitchen ….whereas we didn’t use any of the facilities I’d come back and stay here any day.Nearby activities: Just a great central locationWalkability: You can walk to anything

Stayed our first time in Marfa during the 2023 Thanksgiving week. Adam and Clark made the check in process smooth and easy with clear and concise instructions. We loved our accommodations. Rooms were adequately sized and reasonably priced. Our next time out to West Texas - we'll be sure to check out Lincoln for their availability. Be sure to make a call from their payphone, too!

For a Marfa first timer, the Lincoln was PERFECT! excellent location in the heart of town next to the court house walkable to tons of shops and restaurants. The room was not only clean, but THE PERFECT quirky, retro-feeling home base for my partner and i’s west Texas vacation. The staff take good care of you. They helped us with recommendations, questions, etc. If you’re traveling to Marfa, stay at the Lincoln. period!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Lincoln. Like another reviewer said, everything was beautiful and thoughtful without being fussy. We stayed in #10 and it was super comfortable: cool and quiet, with everything we needed and nothing more. I loved sitting on the patio and watching the hummingbirds, butterflies, and giant bumblebees flit around the plentiful flowers. Communication was great, location was ideal, and parking easy. Having The Aster next door for excellent coffee, breakfast, and treats was delightful. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Marfa and the Big Bend region! PS. Getting to pet puppy Lou was an extra bonus. :-)

Our stay at the Lincoln was short but what a delight! It was like having our own little apartment. Our room was so clean and creatively decorated without being fussy. The kitchen was well equipped and the French press was a treat. I especially loved sitting outside with my morning coffee, watching the hummingbirds in the garden and the sun gleam on the beautiful pink Marfa Courthouse. So peaceful. Communications from the hotel were terrific. I look forward to staying here again!!

Had a great stay here in Marfa! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and the whole area was beautiful. The courtyard was beautifully landscaped and a nice place to chat with people in the evening. I also loved the central location, and that I was able to bring my dog. I will definitely stay at the Lincoln again next time I come to Marfa.
