Cool spot to hang. The staff were super friendly and willing to answer my "touristy" questions. The rum "old fashioned" was killer. Though it seemed a bit pricey at first, but I noticed all mixed drinks in Marfa seemed to be like that, so par for the course.

We stopped in for a drink after a long day of driving/traveling home to Austin and it was exactly what we needed. As soon as you walk in the vibes are great. Super cute and welcoming inside. Mimi made sure we were taken care of with delicious drinks and her playlist was perfect. She was also so sweet to chat with. We felt right at home and have already told our friends they need to stop in if they are ever in town. We will definitely be back as well. Thank you, Mimi!

Love Marfa Spirit Co! Super nice staff, excellent cocktails made from their own Sotol (slightly similar to mezcal but a bit brighter) as well as their own rum, gin & vodka.They always have events so be sure to check out their Instagram/website for updates.They also have some short order food (when not having pop-up food events) and I can't recommend the hot dogs enough! I don't know where they get the dogs but they aren't the cheapies...so flavorful!The cocktails were on point! Quite possibly the best Paloma I've been had but the High Desert Margarita and the Chihuahuan Old Fashioned definitely gave it a run for the money. They also have two frozen cocktails which were refreshing to say the least. Lastly, they also brew their own (cheap) beer but were out at the time of our visit. Best part? Everything was very reasonabley priced!Fantastic vibe, wonderful people and tasty drinks...what more could you want?

Excellent atmosphere for date night or party scene with friends. Cocktails are well balanced and reasonably priced. Def worth tasting the goods then bringing home a bottle of Sotol.

Mimi was our bartender on March 17 and she mixed a nice cocktail with sotol. The sotol itself was delicious and the atmosphere is nice and chill. Wish it wasn't Sunday so I could have purchased a bottle.

I’m not a huge fan of sotol but this was a very cool little bar spot in marfa, with lots of other options to buy, good drinks and nice staff working. Really good grapefruit liqueur.

Pretty COOL bar with great TUNES and even BETTER drinks! We had multiple drinks but our favorites that I remember lol were “Up all night” gotta ask for it (just look above the bar for the sign) and enjoyed the “Earl of Martha”

Wonderful spot for a drink or a snack. They make my favorite sotol, and some fantastic orange and grapefruit liqueurs among other things. Good people, too! If it's your first time, the Sotol Old Fashioned is a great introduction, as is the flight, but you can't really go wrong.

Their sotol is really good. The Cibolo Creek Ranch is super smooth and not as smokey as others. Another cool place to hang and have a drink in Marfa.

Luckily found this place thanks to the Marfa Wine Company rep suggestion. They have sotol which is like Mezcal or Tequila. Also gin and vodka. Great cocktails and very friendly atmosphere which reminds me of the a great local bar.

Really enjoyed the ambience, the drinks were great. I had a frozen gin + tonic on the bartender’s recommendation and it was absolutely wonderful. Daniel was an absolute delight and was one of the most personable people I have met in all of Marfa. I would recommend to anyone coming through the area.

Ok I’ll be honest, this place and most of the staff was pretty cool. But there was one bartender who was just disrespectful and rude to some locals and customers for no reason. She was just a hateful person. It really seemed she hated local people. Or maybe she doesn’t like Hispanics. Whatever it was she doesn’t need to be a server.

Visited Marfa over the weekend and had a great initial experience at this bar. We came back the next day (yesterday) and the blonde with a striped white shirt on was extremely rude. She ignored us, accidentally gave our queso to another guest, and gave us an attitude when we cashed out. Wish we could be leaving a good review but the customer service is enough to keep us away during our next trip.

My wife and I had a very disappointing visit on New Year’s Eve 2022. The bar was busy but not overwhelmed. The bartenders repeatedly passed us over as we waited in favor of other, “trendier” looking guests that arrived after us. It seemed that their main goal was curating the look of the clientele. My attempt to close out solidified this suspicion; as the bartender scanned the bar, she made eye contact with me, looked me up and down, shook her head and said “no”. She then moved on to other patrons.We really wanted to like this place given the excellent reviews and our long-standing love of Marfa, but our experience was humiliating.

To my EXTREME disappointment, they no longer have this drink of total summertime perfection! 😭Please get a new machine & bring back the best drink I’ve ever had in my 60 year old life ! Marfa Spirit Co is an epic spot, and the High Desert Margarita is now one of my top 5 favorite margaritas of all time. Special shout out to Jeremiah and the crew behind the bar for the good vibes, quality chats, and top notch drinks. My friends and I ended up coming back every night of our stay in Marfa, and we highly recommend it.

Lovely saloon style bar combining the elements of times gone in west TX with a modern atmosphere. The bartender was very helpful and the food and drinks were great. A must for anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic staff and cocktails. 'Cuterie board was actually pretty great. Only downside is the bar manager was insisting on playing disco. Like disco is fine but not for the space. The staff was playing some amazing local vibe with a great mix when we got there and the manager texted and insisted on them playing disco. She wasn't even there. We asked for our check early. And then, as if succumbing to the adage itself, the phone playing the disco died. Unfortunately, we were already out the door. Minus one star for poor music.
