Just paid $18 for two #1s in Alpine TX. Waited 20 minutes for our order that was wrong once we finally got it and one of the burgers was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. We couldn’t eat it. We would have taken it back, but we have an eight hour drive ahead of us and do t have another 20 minutes to wait. There was one other person in the restaurant and it was early so it wasn’t that they were busy. I wish I could give this no stars.

I asked why this looks nothing like the picture and she “it cause we portion it out”. I get that but if your having a food shortage then drop the prices or put a notice up or change the advertised picture of the taco salad.I read a lot of the bad reviews and from experience I can say this-the poor attitudes of the employees come from poor leadership. At not only the management level but ultimately at the ownership level.

Burger was cold cheese not even melted. Fries were old cold. Onions tomatoe and pickles all on one side of the bun. Food is usually not bad considering it’s a fast food restaurant. But very disappointed today, especially when your pretty hungry 😟

40 minutes in line to get one combo and an extra burger, both with toppings missing. Order-taker repeated our short list back correctly (and was very nice), but then the kitchen left off the jalapenos, extra veg and a whole layer of cheese on the double. Fries were stone cold and hard like they'd been sitting out for hours. Not even an attempt with the heat lamp. Lobby was locked, too, so drive-thru only, but there was still a whole group of dudes eating inside?? Could have just waited for literally anywhere else in town to open up at 3pm by the time we finally got up to the window at 3:10. If you're out of ingredients, tell people that at the board and manage expectations.

I grabbed burgers on my way to Presidio here. The poor staff was swamped - I only saw 2 workers for 5 drive through cars and 6 customers inside. I'm pretty sure this place needs more employees at higher wages immediately. The food was good despite the people shortage.

Literally sat in the Drive-Thru for OVER AN HOUR for three tacos!!!! Its not like it was even that busy. Don't waste your time you can cook the food yourself faster and cheaper!!!! Absolutely ridiculous to say the least. Does the owner even know how bad it is here???? If only I could leave a negative number of stars. Fast food what a joke!!! After talking to an employee about my frustration he told me the cook didn't wanna work SMH Well there you go!!!

I really wanted to like this Dairy Queen. It's decorated well and the whole facility is clean and neat. Unfortunately, we waited more than a half hour for our food, and they weren't that busy. Some of the equipment in the men's room was calling apart. Overall, I would not recommend, but with some changes to how things are run, this could be a great place to stop.

Ordered a texas sized combo of betbuster and a banana sundae. Order came nearly half hour after I ordered. The french fries was supposed to be large size but I was served a regular size. The food, especially the fries were cold. The taste of the patty was bland and the edges were cold. It looked like it was not heated properly. The banana Sundae I ordered literally had a unsliced banana that was going bad. Never had such a bad experience at a chain shop.

Worst experience ever at a Dairy Queen. After waiting almost 20 minutes for food we got cold fries, and both burgers missing items. Recommend just skipping this place.

Horrible service, we ordered food. The receipt told us we all ordered the same food (we didnt). After we ordered one of the employees wasn't even paying attention. Pretty long wait for some burgers that had no flavor. I felt microwaved and I could only taste the mustard on the burger I ordered.

Worst DQ we have eaten at. First o, they took forever to get our order. While everyone was at the window talking and laughing we sat at the window for approx 45 min. Once we got our food. We opened the bag up and all the food was soggy and tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. The food tasted nasty. Never again will I get anything else from here. If I could I would leave a negative star in this review.

Miss Jessica was a very hard worker who provided excellent customer service. She was fast and courteous and the our tacos and treats were delicious. Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from our experience was great. Dairy Queen Rocks!

Just as an up front- I hardly ever leave reviews, and hold very low expectations for fast food joints. But this experience was unbelievably bad. Drive thru took a little over 25 minutes, with only four cars in front of me. One car just left the line because he was sick of waiting. When I got to the window three workers were clearly goofing off, and not even pretending to hide it. There was zero concern for the customers they were losing, or customers they were inconveniencing. The woman working the window first tried to say they were super busy (I pointed out that was not true) and then she rudely told me there was nothing she could do about it (I know DQ employees all know how to use the deep fryer). So 25 minutes waiting for two blizzards (tasted good) and two chicken strip baskets (that were not good and not fresh-so why did it take so long). There are many good options in Marfa and Alpine. I would avoid this location like the plague.

I do not typically frequent Dairy Queen but was looking for a cold treat while traveling on a warm day. Their chocolate malt was perfectly mixed and hit the spot. The establishment was well kept and the service was great.
