When I arrived an employee Xen (I hope I spelled that right) who was working outside saw me and my condition he was quick to call & get someone inside to help me right away, then I met sweet Kim she was more than helpful to check me out & carry my dogs food to my car.Great company and customer service!!!

Great Black Friday pricing on some items. Horrible experience with pickup. Xenon the manager was very rude and condescending. This is my first time at TSC, but not my first rodeo with order pickup at retail. It was like I didn’t belong. I’ll go elsewhere for my shopping next time.

Don’t go to this location if you need propane multiple times i have been told yes there is someone here to fill your propane we get there and they have just left what i just asked they are supposed to be there till 4:30 we get there at 3 something and they are gone not good business then the manager i just want to let you know and you are a jerk i understand you don’t have your license but don’t be a jerk thanks i will go somewhere else for all my business

I've read your reviews and am wondering if I should even bother. Plenty of complaints/bad reviews about everything. Some of these reviews were over a year ago and haven't been corrected. Seems that the owner doesn't care? Anyway, Propane. I've been to and called Mansfeld store over several days in the 2 months we've been here (about 8 times) to inquire if they had propane. Half of the calls said "out of propane" other half "no one certified". We are full time RVers so we rely on refill stations. Very disappointed that I have to travel farther due to owners laziness to get his employees certified.

Poor customer service, I asked for some assistance and waited for help that never came. I also wanted a cattle panel cut in half, as I have at another location, and they said they couldn’t do it,(I would have to purchase cutters and do it myself) . Lost business.

I walked in and had intentions of getting my boy a new toy. Was greeted by Kym and she was the best at making sure that Maverick got what he wanted. He loved his new toy she picked out and even played with him for a moment. Super nice staff and amazing customer service!!

I waited in line for 20 + minutes to get to the front of the line and be told by the clerk that she has to go now and for me and about 8 other people to go to the other line which also had a lot of people in it. She should have finished the line and then left. I left my items and purchased them elsewhere.

If you need to have anything loaded from the back (like hay), be prepared for a long wait. You begin to believe they have forgotten about you waiting back there.

Today Saturday the 29 I came to this store always buy stuff for my cow’s and I bought few bags food for my cow’s and I was loading my stuff for some reason my control for my key was messing up and I got locked out my truck with my cell inside I couldn’t call any one I went inside and asked the manager if they can help me at least calling a taxi for me so I could go get my other keys to on unlock my truck and they said is nothing they can do do it was over 105 degrees outside and they can’t even call a taxi for me I wasn’t inspect for any handouts from them if I could give them mines cero I would it was a Spanish cashier she wanted to help me but she said if she would she could be fired ridiculous I will never spend another dime with tractor supply what happen to help you friend? Sucks

Don’t get me started. Last year, all locations ran out of fireplace pellets. So when I saw they had inventory at the beginning of October, we rushed over with the truck, ready to buy 10 bags. We walked the store, couldn’t fund them, so we asked the clerk. She said they had 200 bags in the storage shed and to call back on Tuesday because they were supposed to stick the floor with it Tuesday (this was Sunday). So we call back, still not unloaded. They said they’d call. No call. So I figured I’d try to put an order in online for pick-up, figuring hey, when it unloads, we’ll already have our stuff. They cancelled the order after 2 days with no explanation. Wow. Okay fine. Log online 2 weeks later - all sold out. Everywhere but another location way up in Fort Worth. Pretty disappointed. Then the ones we got is Tractor supply brand, the only brand they gave, and they burn twice as fast.** here we are, 5 years later. STILL the same problem. Every. Year. Why? Why does this location ALWAYS list they have wood pellets for pellet fireplaces but NEVER EVER EVER have them? Off to the country we go to a GOOD Tractor Supply store 😤😤😤😤

If I can give this location Zero star, I would.I order straw mulch, 3 boxes online. I though they are small boxes since I don't know how big it is. Once I arrived there, I figure out my small X2 can fit all 3 boxes. I asked customer support if I can pick 1 box and return the 2 boxes. She said: no, I can't give you 1 box. The location has only 2 people to work, the 2 ladies are not customer service friendly.Once I come backhome, I contacted customer support via email , and web form to cancel my order. It has been 4 business days: noone responded to my email.At 10:50 AM June 13, I call Mansfield store again, and asked if I can't cancel the order, since I dont have a truck to pickup. The lady did not need to check my order ID, did not ask my name and answered: it's already cancelled. I asked when I will get my refund, she said: I dont know. It's already cancelled.This is the first time and the last time I order from Tractor Supply Co. Rather drive to local feed store to buy straw bale than dealing with unprofessional store

After owning a retail business for 40 years we know customer service. The worst ever. Showed the ad to the employee and she said she didn’t know the price cause she didn’t make the signs. It got worse. We just walked out.

They told us they had something in stock without second guessing at all, and when we got here, nothing! The girl covered in American flags that works here practically pushed me and my baby out of the way. Rude! Don't come here if you want to be treated like a person!

Walked in to have propane tanks filled after calling and verifying it was an option. I walk in and see two associates at front register, one is on the phone and looks at me and looks away. Second one never turns.Two more associates are at the back of the store at the "customer service desk." One keeps looking so I walk back. They both stare at me without a word. I inquire of the propane tank refill process. I am told it is not being done all day.

I love Tractor Supply. There’s always someone willing to find that certain item that you need. If they don’t have it in store, they check their computer. If the item is something they do carry, they call the other stores to see it the item is in stock over there. If not, you can order and have free delivery with store pickup. Note: delivery charge to your home can be expensive, so I recommend store pickup.

Every time I shop at Tractor Supply, I am fairly satisfied with the experience. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Mostly, when I shop at Tractor Supply, I am shopping for our three dogs, our furbabies. Their selection of food, snacks, toys, etc for dogs is pretty decent. I will definitely continue to shop here! And I will continue to recommend shopping at Tractor Supply to everyone, including my family and friends!

It's hard to find old school person customer service like this anymore!You have employees who finally know their inventory and can help you with what you need and what you are looking for. They take time to ask the important questions and ensure you get everything you need.Has a nice variety of items so you can guarantee a nice one stop shop. Pricing is competitive in most areas and often beats out others.Their online catalog is unmatched in my opinion.

I made a trip over there yesterday evening to buy hay and horse feed, I rushed from Grand Prairie and got there around 6:30 ,by the time I got to check out they said they already closed up the hay truck,I only needed two bales and I didn't get it sooner cause of rain all weekend.. This is not the first time this has happened,and other times I had called before I went and it was an hour before closing.. I don't think it's right to close up the hay truck before closing especially when I was already in the store,hay should be available just like all other merchandise.. I buy hay at tractor supply because of the late/flexible hours they are open. I really think they owe me a discount or something for my trouble.

Unbelievable. Tractor supply has really gone down hill with customer service! They never great you when you walk in. They just stare at you. Most of the cashiers are always on their phones. The employees just do what they want. 99 percent of them are rude. They are also lazy. Oh and they don't allow employees to go to church or they threaten to write them up! That's religion discrimination, against the law!! If you're a new hire they don't teach you anything. They just expect you to know how tractor supply runs and does stuff already and treats you like their little do what I say person.Horrible!!!I still go there to buy bunny food cause it's closest but I'm able to go somewhere else if need be.

The employees are nice and helpful. I purchased a flee and tick collar for $52. I don't usually spend that much on one, but the guy said they work really well and last 8 months. I was in a chain pet store a few days later and the exact same collar was $89! That is a significant savings!

I need to ammend my previous statement. I have too experienced a lack of common curtacy and acknowledgment. As far as my points go (what's the point)? I moved here 2 years ago and have purchased more than enough to receive something. But never has it been available; or the system was replaces with a new version. I enjoy Tractor Supply... I do not enjoy the service and people at the Mansfield location compared to Granbury or any other location clear up into Nebraska. I hope it gets handled.

Went for the low cost vaccination clinic. The store was clean and well stocked. It took over an hour to get our dog his shots but the vet team was down a person so we understand the delay. Our Chihuahua made friends with the Great Pyrenees puppy in line behind us. :(

This is only for the TSC in Mansfield on FM157. All the TSC's in southern Tarrant County give 10% military discounts, EXCEPT THIS ONE. Apparently this store thinks they are too good to care about those who are serving, or did serve. While this is certainly their choice, please consider joining me in taking my thousands of $ a year in feed and supplies to the one of the wonderful stores in Burleson (there are 2). My shadow will never again darken the Mansfield store's doorway. 2022-11-18.

The clerks were perfect and knew just were the item I was looking for was. Plus I was in and out very fast. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of where the disability parking is and how difficult it is to use when your in a wheelchair. That's the only reason. It's very hard for me to get my wheelchair from the back of my truck off the lift in such a small parking area and location without disturbing others and having to watch out for my own safety. Otherwise the store and staff was perfect.
