I am disappointed. This is the second time I've noticed that the haircuts are choppy and there's little attention to detail in the most visible places. Due to how the nails were chopped, she's unintentionally caused open cut scratches on myself and others during soft play.As a licensed stylist, I’m also concerned about the sanitization and cleanliness of the salon to be honest. It’s always a mess behind the counter.I have to now finish the cut at home.

I have to say the nice older lady at the front counter made my day! They store was doing a toy drive for local children's charities and she asked if I wanted to buy a $5 toy for the childrens charity. She proceeded to pick up a toy and silently said a quick prayer and gave it a big hug as if that love was going straight to that very special child in need. Nobody wants to see this grown man cry so I did everything I could to hold back a tear. It was the most genuine, honest, and caring sentiment I've seen in a long time. There are still good people in this world and she is one of them, go visit and make a donation today.

I couldn’t believe the customer service I received this morning.June 17. 2023 @ 9:30am .The cashier was professional and pleasant.When I tell you, it’s the little details that keep me happy.I have never had a cashier treat Nero’s clothes like she did .Thank you, I appreciate the attention to detail. My dog has been getting groomed at this location for quite sometime. Once his Groomer (Penny) left a couple yrs back, I started to take him to her location. However, Petsmart is nearer. It has been AWFUL! I have a ShiTzu. His haircuts have been 😶😒😬! I like my pet to have a teddy bear (fluffy) cut. His cuts from Petsmart have him looking like a rat! He looks better without a cut! I keep telling this location and the Highland's location the same thing (teddy bear cut, no short cut, make it even, etc). He has grooming notes in his records; yet, no one can find them. I'll start back making the drive to Penny. She's not that far.

Petsmart is located off the 287 and Mouser Road, where they provide full dog grooming services, a pet hotel, treats, food, and accessories!I have been to this location twice for my furry friend to get groomed, and it just doesn't get any better than this! I try and get her groomed quarterly along with her teeth brushed, nails trimmed, and filed. I set up my appointment by the internet, where I logged onto the user-friendly website and filled out the questionnaire, and selected what I would like to be done on a la carte style menu. I went ahead and chose a full bath and haircut with the FURminator that takes away the loose hair strainds on dogs that shed and is very common in Pembroke Welsh Corgis. If you are a first-time guest bringing in your beloved pet, you have the option of uploading their rabbies vaccine online or simply bringing it in when you get service because this is a requirement for service.Along the front of Petsmart, there is ample parking provided due to being in a large shopping center. They even have a grass filled area with doggy bags provided in the front to let your friend go to the restroom before or after service. As I walked her in and headed back to where the grooming salon was, I was greeted promptly and was told they would give me a call in about 3 hours when she is done. In roughly 3 hours, the service was complete, and I headed back to pick her up, and she was looking magnificent! She smelt good, and her fur was nicely trimmed as well as her nails. They always do such a wonderful job getting her to look and smell her best even though she might not always like it, but it's what is best for her.Overall, Petsmart does such a wonderful job on grooming services, and I would have it no other way. That's why I take her to get groomed every 3 months to keep her beauty and hygiene at her best. The staff is very professional and they definitely have a passion for animals and it shows! The prices are fair, and the quality is impeccable! Currently right now they are running a new customer promotion that scores great discounts along with treats and snacks.

This store Bad worst place to come in at night. When you have Cashier reading a book. Never greet you when you have a person who works on a fish. Never Greek you. So I guess they don't care. Why should I care?

If I could put 1 star I would! This place is horrible. Not only did they try and diagnose my pet!! THEY CUT ALSO CUT MY DOGS EAR! He was bleeding when I picked him up! And now he has a black bruise! They groomer stated he some type of Illness which caused them to cut all of his ear hair off! I took my pet to the vet and he does not have what they believed he had and stated his ear hair should not have been cut all off! Now My pet is on antibiotics because of the cut and now he shakes often! Never bring your pet here!

Teresa the manager of this place should be ashamed of how she conducts her self representing your company. She was rude and said the return price is system generated and you can’t get exactly what you originally paid with little no explanation then walks off. Horrible customer service, don’t do business at this location.

Everyone I interacted with was very nice and welcoming. Kelsey was a delight and she helped me feel less guilty about leaving my little Rocky for over a week. She made me smile telling me about Rocky singing and the other guests looking at him. I knew she was telling the truth because he sings along to music playing at home too. I will now view his stays as him being on vacation and not being boarded! Thanks for taking great care of my “Rocky Boy” PetSmart!

Visiting the pet department was a breath of fresh air. It was nice to see employees truly care about the animals. From clean cages and fish tanks, to educating customers on appropriate care (even if some didn’t want to listen…just because it’s ‘just a fish’, doesn’t mean it doesn’t have a life and feelings), the associates do truly care and it shows. Sabrina helped me, and she was extremely knowledgeable. If she didn’t know the answer, she followed up with a gentleman and got the answer. We will forever shop here!!! We attended the puppy beginner class, taught by Christian. The class was amazing! We learned basics on how to train your dog to interact with its owners, making the “puppy” phase more enjoyable! The manager, Sabrina, in the Mansfield Pet Smart, is so friendly and helpful! Great experience! Thank you!

I'm always super excited to go into this store although it's a little pricey when I can get some of the same brands cheaper at a grocery store. But i still love it! I also adopted my kitty from this store and it was a great and smooth process.

First off, I have to brag on my dogs groomer, Darian is so amazing! She really cares and gives amazing tips for us to do with my dog. She is so sweet to her and takes her time with her. She is s God sent groomer!!!Also, yesterday my mom and I were at Pets Mart after my dogs grooming service. My mom was outside with my dog waiting for me to pay out and it was pretty hot. I decided to walk outside and toss my keys to my mom so she could get in the car in the AC. My keys slid right into the drain. My heart dropped and I felt so dumb!! I went back inside and asked if there was anything they can do or guide me on who to call. BOTH managers were sooo helpful, called their owner and came outside with me. Another man walked up to help as well. He was God sent as well! Sabrina went and grabbed a tool, got down on her stomach, and raked my keys out! It took a few times, in the heat. The guy even grabbed her a blanket from his car so she didn’t burn laying on the concrete... This is not something she had to do. I’m sure she was busy with her work. And she came out and helped and was so sweet!! Anytime we go we are greeted, helped and taken care of. I love this store!!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!!

There's an older Caucasian lady with short dark hair at the front register that could benefit from additional customer service training. When it was my turn, she looked at me and yelled "phone number?!" -- not even a hello or polite greeting. Then she tossed my pets food in the cart without bagging it and when I asked if she could bag it she appeared to have an issue with that. I'll be taking my business to another location after today's visit. If you don't enjoy what you do, please don't be bitter towards others.

My sister and I came in to get our dog groomed since our dad was under the weather and therefore didn't have the strength and energy to do it this time. He's usually the one who takes the dog in to get her groomed. Anyways, after we dropped the dog off at the groomers, my sister and I were shopping around for the stuff that our dog needed. At checkout, the cashier who was scanning our items seemed cold and unfriendly to us. She talked to us as if we were idiots. She could have explained in a friendlier manner of the rewards program, which we weren't a part of. And she didn't even ask us if we were interested in signing up for the rewards program. When we went back in to the store to pick our dog up from the groomers, she was still cold and unfriendly. I brought up the groomers ticket up to her to pay for the grooming services and my sister was struggling to keep the dog from running around in the store. My sister has really bad anxiety and keeping the dog under control stresses her out. As I was paying, that cashier was nothing but judgmental towards the way my sister was handling the dog. But one of the other staff was helpful by locking the entrance to keep our dog from bolting out. I guess she could have waited outside the store with the dog. It was a mistake on my part by not telling her to wait outside the store with the dog with I paid. I guess next time I'll just bring the ticket up to the front register while I wait for the groomers to bring our dog out. Overall, the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly, especially the groomers.
