The groomers were ready for my pup when we arrived. They were nice and Ace felt safe. Becca, the groomer, assured me that she would take good care of Ace and that she would try and get him finished ASAP. He looked amazing afterwards.

My pet has been coming to this groomer since 2017. Someone new groomed her and did not complete the service that was requested but charged the full price of the service. They requested that we not bring her back.

Well it started with the day I scheduled the appointment the lady at the desk was very crass I chalked it up to her having a bad day but after spending $120 for my small Maltese mix to be groomed I will not be going back. I usually pay this for both of my dogs. WAY OVER PRICED! I had already trimmed her short, she had no matts and it was just to shape her as I am not great with the clippers.

I have never had a bad experience here until today. We came to buy super warms and crickets for our 3 lizards and Rory our cashier was extremely rude with my boyfriend when it came to buying crickets. She was telling us that she wasn’t going to do it and we could only take the ones that were in the bag already. Which by the way were large size and we needed medium ones. She stated that she didn’t understand why people would ask for them instead of just getting the bags and that, that would cause a line of people. So much unnecessary stuff was said, where she could have just made us wait and helped the couple behind us.

Wasn’t able to take care of the shedding. Didn’t tell me that a tip was already applied. Gave the same tip amount when I picked up my dog to when my daughter dropped off the dog.

Rochelle has been seeing my dog for the last few years and she is the only one I trust to bathe her. She does such a great job with my dog, who is terrified of baths. Not only is she calm and sweet to my dog but she also does a great job deshedding and trimming her nails. I have been so pleased with her consistently amazing service.

He is a 9 month old 85 pound puppy and has massively floofy flanks and somehow Leif always just gets his bath, blowout, and brushing done perfectly. I will ALWAYS take my babies to Leif.

Overall for her first cut it was ok. I didn't like that several of her nails were cut into the skin and the length it took. Dropped her off for a 0900 appointment, she wasn't finished until close to 1400.
