I was going through an ordeal with our 3 large dogs and Hollywood feed saved the day. The were eating Purina, but they stopped wanting to eat it. I tried other limited ingredient foods from grocery and Petsmart, but resulted in allergic reactions and indigestion. Finally got turned to Fromm food by a coworker and picked up a small bag. They all love it - they even beg for more! Going back for more, Hollywood Feed has such a huge stash of goodies for our dogs - lots of toys, pig ears/snouts and giant butcher dog bones which can be hard to find. I love the selection. They also have cat food, and my cat is enjoying this now. This is now my go-to pet stop!

Alicia, the manager was so helpful and friendly. She and her assistant helped us with all questions we had and offered some great ideas for our pets. Fun store and great customer service. Definitely worth going to just for customer service!

Every visit to this store is a great experience. Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I would say my 16 year old yorkie and I will have to give a lot of credit to this store and staff for her being so healthy and happy at her age!

I wasn't greeted when I came into the store even though two people were at the checkout counter and I was the only customer in the store. I was never asked if I needed help. I had to search the isles on my own to find what I needed. The item was the standard price as every other retailer, including the manufacturer. The service at the counter was neither great or bad. With so many choices to get the same product for the same price there is no incentive to patronize this store or location. It was the same experience as using a self checkout line or online order.

Sue was absolutely amazing. I came in trying to pick up some things for my boyfriends dog and she was so on top of it. Looked up his account and carried everything for me to/from the register and to my car. She was so kind and made my trip so easy! Very thankful for Sue!!!!

Stumbled upon this place while going to Sprouts next door and am SO glad I did! The lady working the counter was extremely nice and helpful! A huge selection of QUALITY pet products which is hard to find around here it seems. The prices are reasonable and they also mentioned they will price match! Will definitely be going back and giving my business here rather than the less than mediocre Petco and Petsmart around here.

I have medical boot on which means I can’t carry anything. The girl that took care of me asked if I need help out and I said yes thank you. I’m from Plano Texas which has several Hollywood feed stores within my house. We recently moved to Burelson and we found out the closes Hollywood store which was 30 minutes from our house. Our dogs food is only offered at Hollywood feed store so of course we would drive the 30 minutes. Thank you for taking care of my handicap.

Switched my dog to a higher quality food and found this place. Ordered online the first time (they have super fast shipping!) and got a freebie! Tried out the store the next time and was quite pleased. It’s a cute little place with a wide variety of products including many items you won’t find in mainstream pet stores, plus some food brands have loyalty programs you can take advantage of in-store, which is always nice. But the real winner (outside the better quality products) has been the staff. Every single time I’ve been the people have been friendly, helpful, and gracious. They seem genuinely happy to work there and it shows. Definitely recommend!
