I would recommend Yorkies of Austin for you next addition to your family. The experience from looking at pups to the end process of taking your pup home was amazing. Jackie took the time to answer your questions and allow you to have bonding time before the adoption to make sure both pup and family make a connection. Frequent (but not over bearing) follow ups were done to ensure the transition was smooth and no issues arises that they couldn’t help with. Great place to get your next love one.

I was going down a rabbit hole with anxiety. I ran into Jackie at a Austin event and she had the cutest puppies. I told her my story about getting scam and I really wanted a dog but were scared of the purchasing scam. She assured me that I could come spend time with the puppies no rush and decide at a later time if I wanted to buy. I still felt uneasy so I took my daughter the next week and we went to her place and boy was I wrong. I was very comfortable with the conversation, and her love for her fur babies. I decided to purchase and me and Coco have been happily ever after. Best decision I ever made and my anxiety is way better now that she is in my life. Thanks Yorkies of Austin.

The process of finding a puppy can be stressful…Jackie made this such an easy and pleasant experience. She was available to us for the many phone calls and texts and even called to make sure our puppy was adjusting properly. Honestly, since I’ve gotten Brooklyn she has been the best puppy ever! She’s pretty quiet and highly intelligent. She’s still young and still fairly new so she’s still learning me but that is to be expected.Yorkies of Austin made this purchasing experience so wonderful - especially for a first time buyer. There was no hidden fees or any gotchas and I felt one hundred percent comfortable with Jackie. Jackie made me feel confident and reassured.I highly recommend going here! The dogs are well taken care of and it’s much better than those horrible puppy mills.

I absolutely love my Saade (Roxy) ! She is so sweet, kind, playful, and calm. This being my first time purchasing a dog from a breeder, I was hesitant at first given breeder horror stories. Yorkies of Austin is the best! The pups are so healthy and WELL taken care of in a very clean environment. Jackie was EXTREMELY professional and patient with me throughout the process and I couldn’t be more thankful to God for that. My puppy was even pee paid trained🙏🏽 Her transition is going smoothly and I hope this will continue. 10/10 recommend Yorkies of Austin!P.S. Jackie, provided excellent service. We connected from very first conversation and I knew I want to purchase a fur baby from her. My teacup yorkie is a great puppy, he is happy and just a great companion. The only difficulty I experienced through the entire process was with the finance company trying to get the software to work. Jackie, stuck by me through the entire process and continuously ensuring me everything would work out. I got a bit frustrated but it did work out. I got my baby home now. Top quality work Jackie. I fell in love with Chase when a saw him. I called Jackie and she answered all my questions. The process was so easy. After losing two Yorkies due to health issues, I didn’t think we would be able to parent another Yorkie fur child. (I was unaware that both of my babies had come from unfavorable conditions.) There was a major void in our lives without a furry companion in the home, so we attempted to foster a non-Yorkie rescue. The dog as well as other non-Yorkie breeds were not a match for our home.After a lot of research, we learned that Jackie had a Shih tzu/Yorkie mix litter, and we reached out. She gave us information about the litter and we discussed genetics as well as the importance of the first months of life. Her love and compassion for her clients as well as the puppies is admirable, and I am grateful that our little Shorkie boy spent his first few months under her special care. I am hopeful that he will have a long and healthy life with our family.

This is my 5th yorki puppy in50 years of having yorkies! At one time I had 3 at the same time! I am a true yorki lover and this was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a breeder. I’ve been trying to be patient and understanding, but this has been the most frustrating experience!We bought our puppy from Jackie in June and chose to finance the dog. Jackie Informed us that she would mark the dog down from 3,500 to 3,000 if we paid the dog off within 30 days.(She verbally said 60 days, but for some reason in pen wrote 30 days in the contract.) We paid the remaining balance within 30 days anyway, no issues. Per Jackie, she would release his “paperwork” once the remaining balance had been paid.We contacted Jackie to inform her that we had the final payment, she arrived to our house to pick up the payment and handed a folder with his “paperwork” which contained his shot record, a mask with her business name on it and a small piece of paper that SHE handwritten of the puppy’s parent’s names.I was confused because she had already emailed me the exact shot record that she handed over 2 weeks prior. I was expecting registration papers. I asked about his registration papers (or some type of documentation that shows that the puppy is the purebred Yorkie that she claims he is. )She stated that she sold him as a “pet” so the paperwork isn’t needed. She says that she would have sold him at a higher rate for the registration papers. We went back and forth about this because We never discussed that and I’ve never received any type of documentation showing me that this “exotic dog” (as she calls him) is purebread. She finally agreed that she would provide us with his “pedigree papers” which she says shows the dogs patents history.Great... or so I thought!The next day She sent a text saying that the dogs are exotic and “expensive dogs” as if 3,000 is chump change? I don’t care if i paid $100, I’d like to know what I’m purchasing!I have been waiting on this Paperwork since July 4th. Today is October 4th which marks 3 months!I texted her asking to show me pics of the dogs parents- never received those either.Aside from this- the puppy was 12 weeks when we purchased him and was not fully vaccinated.We’ve had to take him to the vet to get multiple vaccinations + deworm (Over $400 in visits!) When she sold him to us she stated that he only needed his parvo shot which would be $30. Clearly not true.Since then I’ve spoken to other breeders who have confirmed that the way Jackie’s has handled our situation is sketchy because we should have received a form from HER to mail in ourselves to receive his “papers” the day that we purchased him.I’ve also taken him to a different vet other than the vet that she previously took him to and he stated that the dog does not appear to be a full bread Yorkie, but a MIX of Yorkie + Australian Shepard (he’s not the first person to tell me that the puppy looks like a mix between the two!)The puppy is white with Grey patches + blue eyes. Beautiful dog... but where is my proof!?Purchase at your own risk, we love our puppy and the pup IS healthy which is the great part, so it shows that she does take good care of them, but expect to pay a pretty penny for a possible mixed breed with no paperwork aside from shot records!Had I known that she conducted her business this way, I definitely would have passed.I will stand by this until I receive proof in my hand that my dog is the purebred.We are new pet owners so this has definitely been a lesson learned!There was nothing smooth about this transaction.

Amazingly beautiful Pups and Genuine - customer services. After doing my research I learned anybody can get a yorkie, but they aren't all of the same quality or coat texture etc or even well - socialized. I am proud to be a Yorkie - parent thanks to a smooth process from Yorkies of Austin. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customers , and care for these beautiful in - house raised pets.
