Placed and order for chicken at the deli to have for after a funeral the following afternoon. Ordered 150 pieces and it was ready the next day (all 150 pieces), but we lost receipt and they would not release it. They had a note that it was paid I full. Just a pickup and even after begging Manager and explaining we had family waiting. They would not release the order. Walmart is a billion dollar company and they are doing this kind of thing over a missing receipt!

Some Walmarts have everything, some are really bare. This Walmart is in-between. It is organized. Once in awhile I'll find good quality stuff. Ultimately, "at least we have a Walmart".It is much more safe, clean, and family-oriented compared to most Austin Walmarts. I will say most of staff are really nice as well.

Edit: now the make-up is behind locked glass cabinets. I waited a bit before finally someone came and then was told I would have to pick up the item at self check-out when i was ready to leave. Right...like I'll remember it then after shopping. Serioult not impressed. Again, if i could rate zero stars I would. Not impressed with the self checkouts. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

I bought a Christmas tree yesterday, I opened it today to install it and it doesn't come with the base, this place should close it or hire people who do a good job.Regardless, they do not have enough staff to help customers, the self checkout always has long lines, what they did was remove the cashiers who helped customers, I think the company wants less staff to continue enriching their pockets.

I stood in line at the deli want for assistance which I never received and when the clerk finally emerged from the back he walked up to the counter and kindly walked away to start a conversation with another employee… he never asked if I needed any help.. and also check out is very poor!

Walmart pharmacy currently has the worst customer service anyone could have. I have been trying to get my refills for the last month. Can't get anyone in pharmacy to assist they keep referring me back to my physician and my physician keeps referring me back to pharmacy. The pharmacist female who works in there is horrible, has no clear understanding of your prescription and has poor comprehension. I'm ready to move all my prescription else were at this time if I can't get this resolved.

i have lived in Manor for over 4 years and given positive reviews in the pharmacy department walmart manor branch of 290 ,for 2 employees who went above and beyond for every customer who came into their store .This is the first time , i felt treated inappropriately and unjustly for no reason.11.30 am .03/10/2024. Walmart branch manor off 290 austin ,is a self checkout , there was no queue,. there is 3 checkout stands on the right wing, 2 occupied , middle emptied, i went straight to the middle one with my cart, on my 3rd scan Walmart staff by name Estaffany walked up to me and said excuse me, can you go to the customer assisted checkout to checkout and i said , why? she said because your basket is full, i said the no my basket is not full for help, meanwhile , there is only one support customer assisted check in Manor walmart branch, the 2 men on my left and right were Whitemen with basket full i was the only blackwoman, there was no queue or rush, there were other open checkout stands available if anyone wanted .Tell me what i did or what Estaffany saw in me or wanted from me that she came at my 3rd scaning of my item to ask me to relocate for assistance . the two men by my side could not stop winding and wondering what was going on , The courage and disrespect! the boldness she has to see that i have began scanning my items and wants me to put it on hold to go to another place?so did i.guess what , i finished checking out before the 2 men i met there and still walked up to Estafffany because i wanted to know her reason and her name for this purpose.Walmart branch Manor 290 . look me up . i buy online and in person . train your staff. every black person is not a Thief. i felt picked on for the wrong reason . They were hispanic people there too unfortunately, at that moment , when i looked at the whole checkout at the right wing which i was using , i was the only black woman.

The only way this Walmart is still in business is because the HEB across the highway has yet to open. I've seen raw meat left on top of ice cream. Not to mention there is a >95% chance that you will encounter screaming kids, people loudly talking on the phone, and staring. This isn't Walmart's fault, but it is an annoyance nonetheless.

It’s bad enough having to scan groceries yourself but had a bunch of little .80 lunch meat so was just scanning and putting in bag not looking at screen. One didn’t scan correctly but machine still beeped so didn’t think anything of it. Next thing I know I have a cashier accusing me of stealing. I have had nothing but problems with this Walmart and try to limit going here but definitely this was the finally straw.

Massive. Tons of options in every category. Felt safe with the visible presence of public safety officers near the entrance. The access points into this shopping center are very congested due to rapid census growth in this immediate area. Just plan on extra time to get in and out.

So many workers present this evening...Some on the floors stocking and crowding the aisles this, but i get it. Meanwhile the checkout area was a disastrous experience. Several shoppers, us included had full baskets and ZERO checkout lines were open. There were at least 6 workers present, but only 3 appeared to be working. This model is not functional. Some of us need a manned checkout line. My wife and I double teamed produce at the self check-out while 2-3 employees gossiped and did nothing behind us.Costco isn't like this.HEB isn't like this.Walmart will crumble when HEB opens in Manor. Mark my words.

It is a big one and it has several options more then the Taylor Wal-Mart. I did have a hard time finding water enhancers and the layout is quite different. Friendly people but not alot check out lanes that aren't " Do it yourself".

I believe it was manager Victoria who just helped me at the customer service I had lost my debit card and I just purchased a TV 2 days ago and I did not have the receipt however she did look it up in the computer and assisted me with returning the TV that I bought that was too small thank you so much Victoria you are an angel and you made my day

I called the pharmacy to ask a question regarding a med that I need to pick up as I was instructed to do on the two previous occasions I tried to pick up the script in person. Before I could even ask the question, the girl who answered the phone cut me off. Ridiculous. No customer service AT ALL.

Rochelle helped me fight the good fight with a scanner that never believed that I was really putting my groceries into the bag on the platform!!!It told me once if it told me a thousand times:"unexpected item in bagging area"It was not unexpected to me!!!I just scanned the dang thing!!!0ver and over and over this happened!I had to buy $92 worth of groceries!And I'm a very broke man and I don't need a machine to yell at me over and over and over!So, Rochelle just said,"Here let me just reset this;don't worry about it;put them in your bag and in the basket all at once and then we'll reset it and then it'll finish and then we'll be done!"And just like that...Yeah.We were done and I got to go home at 2:20 in the morning...Thank you Walmart for hiring Rochelle!!!

The produce and meat department can do better. I don't understand how they can restock with fruits and vegetables and the new batch look like it's already going bad.I've been to Walmarts in other areas and it seems Manor is getting the short end of the stick.Please do better!
