The sales people are awesome considering the challenges they face in their jobs. The company needs to put more resources into hiring additional staff so product can be properly placed on the shelves.

***Carla is 5🌟 all the way**I walk in DG and hear her going above & beyond to help an older woman find some headphones with a low budget.Then again walking another customer through the store to help her find something.When I made it to register she was very kind & professional. Carla clearly has that old school hard worker ethic.Keep doing what you’re doing Carla, you will be rewarded!!

This store is always a disaster, I don't blame the poor (likely) underpaid employees, I blame the regional manager for not getting the current employees the help they need to keep the store stocked, nice and neat.Every other month, I see new employees, because more likely, they all get tired of the low pay and the big workload.I'll just completely stop going there... 80% of the time it's a waste of time because of you cannot find what's needed, or the only available cashier is dealing with 6-8 customers and no additional help.Avoid this store for sure!

I must say Stephanie was an absolute joy. She was courteous, kind and well knowledged on her job skills as well as customer service. She even gave us a wishful blessing holiday cheer expression. It is always great pleasure to have good people with well customer service skills out and about. thanks again Stephanie! What a delight

The store hasn't been fully stocked since Covid. There is barely any toilet paper, paper towel and at times boxes everywhere. Not sure who is over this location but it hadn't been 100 for some years now. This is suppose to be our neighborhood store so we don't have to go to Walmart but so much for that. I ask that the store be fully stocked, meaning all shelves.

My hats off to the woman working the register. She handled all customers with respect. We went at 11 and got out about 1. She was even checking expiration dates on the milk for customers. Your kindness and patience were appreciated in this winter storm. Thank you Dollar General for being open. Please take care of the employees who were able to make it to work and serve the Manor Community.

Nice store, convenient location for quick supplies. They are very busy every time I go. The staff is helpful and pleasant. I rated 4 stars because the store always looks like it's been ransacked. Which goes back to great location and busy store.

This is absolutely the worst store in Manor. Nothing is put up, can't get down the isle to look. Do they even have a manager?? One of the district managers needs to have a surprise visit and take a look at this!!!

Nice little Dollar Store, perfect for when I'm out of something and don't want to go into a big store like Walmart or drive all the way to Austin or Elgin to go to HEB. They're well stocked with the basics + more and everything is affordable. Friendly employees. I'm glad there's another option for food and household stuff here in Manor.

This store had been reorganized and restaffed so that it runs more smoothly. You can find deals you were not expecting. Yesterday I purchased water shoes for my daughter for $0.01. If I have to get something quickly, is rather see if they have it, then go to Walmart.

Decent enough store, employees don't bother you while shopping. Had a weird return one and girl that assisted did an awesome job of making it happen. Wish I'd gotten her name but it wasn't on receipt.

I am disabled and dollar general is better located for me. On the doors it states that masks are to be worn but yet the clerks behind the cash register where not wearing any!! I did not receive my receipt and I asked for it but they couldent find it??? I just purchesed my groceries!! They had at least 15 receipts connected that they didn't give to prior customers and both clerks where very rude!!! Date 06/08/2020 at 8:20 pm.Ruth

This is the worst Dollar General I've ever been in. The customer service is horrible, the store is never clean or organized, and their registers always have some issue going on. Avoid at all cost. The corporate offices need to just close this location down.

I give this place one for effort for being open and to serve me at the register. I don't know if they are in transition but as a fellow manager this store looks horrible. It was product everywhere. Signs everywhere that they are hiring for everything from store manager to cashier. It was very sad. The way my OCD is set up I really wanted to help but I don't work their. I fell bad because the store also is not near anything for good traffic and it only looked like 2 associates worked there and the one lady looked lost in the aisle. I guess she was new. DP Coporate get this store some help ASAP!

Today is Tues Feb 16th the cashier's were very patient and courteous they went above and beyond. Despite the people going crazy over food and everything after the winter storm in Tx the kept calm and had great customer service. This is the Manor in Manor Tx of fm973

There's a KAREN shopping in here today bluntly speaking on how she doesn't like MEXICANS. When I told the cashier he did nothing but waved me away....Really... I will NEVER shop here again. It's unorganized, dirty, and they never have nothing!!

Great place to go if you need to pick up a few items if you don't have a wheelchair or stroller since the aisles are usually blocked with merchandise on carts or all over the floor.

Always greeted/acknowledged. Recognize and am recognized by employees. Good deals, smaller and easier to shop at than a larger store and you can get anything you could get at the larger stores!

It is a good store, there is a lot of good things for every season three only thing i don't like is that it is not a real dollar store. Lots of items are more than a dollar😶. Not happy about that.
