This is a wonderful RV park for families, children, especially dogs. That him. an amazing dog park. A water park and playground for kids. Or people without kids, and it's not loud at all. It's very quiet. I feel very safe here. Chris, the man who helps run the place, is wonderful and very helpful. All you have to do is call him, or he is always busy on property. The woman who owns it is very sweet. They're really family oriented and animal oriented. They have a petting zoo. They're starting a community garden. There's a lot of neat stuff going on here. You should definitely check it out.

Spend some time at Coal Mine RV Park and Shain had a good time. They’ve got a waterslide, wet park for kids, and a nice set of bathrooms and clubhouse. It is a big rig friendly Location.

Our favorite rv park so far! We spent 4th of July here & had a blast. They had tons of activities for the kids, but the waterpark was our favorite thing. Very family-friendly. The owners were so sweet. Nice gravel pads with new picnic tables and fire rings at each site. Very clean bathrooms. I was worried our older kids wouldn't have fun, but there were a ton of older kids that they hung out with from the moment we got here. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for the little ones and just the right size so you dont have to chase them everywhere. We have a 2 year old and it was great. Only suggestion is to get a fryer to cook the food so its nice and crispy. Other than that no complaints. Clean, friendly, and a great price.

After blowing a tire out while towing our RV nearby, the owner of this RV park saw us on the side of the highway as he was driving by and stopped to help. He ended up towing our RV to the park, set us up in a spot and used his flatbed to tow our truck there as well. It would have been a mess and a struggle for us if he didn’t come to our rescue.We ended up staying the night and took the kids to the water park. They said it was the best water park they have ever been to!! They had the time of their lives. The food was reasonably priced at the concession stand and there was a food truck when we were there too. This a family owned and run park and they are seriously some great people!!! If you are in the area with kids you have to check it out!!

Sites are not level. No one is ever in the office. Garbage all over the place and instead of picking it up they just mow over it so then there are garbage bits everywhere. Dogs are not leashed so they run up and challenge your dogs which are on leashes. Never got a site map when checking in so had to hunt down amenities. The week we were there only two other campers came in. All other campers are permanent and act like they own the place. We ended up leaving early because of the early morning and late night noise. Trust me, find another campground to go to.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here!! The kids were constantly entertained with the waterpark during the day, and during the evenings on the playground with all the other kids in the campground. The atmosphere between the owners and campers is a major plus!!! The campground bathrooms/showers are the nicest and cleanest ones you’ll ever experience camping!

This is our second trip here. We really enjoy the Park. The owners are very sweet.The bathrooms are very spacious and I'm able to go in with the little ones. My boys are excited to try out the water park. And the many other activities they offer. Well worth the 2.5 hrs to get here.

Great little park. Owners are super friendly. RV sites are good. Everyone was nice. Not many permanent residents. Lots of activities for children and adults. The water parks is unique at only 12 to 18 inches deep with lots of shade and a huge play area. Park has large oak trees with may of the sites near a shade tree. Private individual restrooms with showers are great.

From the mouth of babes “these bathrooms are the cleanest ever!” The owners are friendly, helpful and generous. Easy access, the sites are spacious, T-Mobile cell range, WiFi, laundry, place for the dog to run, but most important waterpark for the kids to enjoy! We highly recommend and will be back again.

Clean facilities and spacious sites. We only stopped for the night to get off the road after a full day of hauling. The owner was nice and gave us a break on the rate since we rolled in around 8. I was just happy someone answered the phone. We didn’t use the water park as we were out the next morning. It looked more appropriate for younger kids and ours was still half asleep so I don’t think we missed out on anything there. This would be a great spot to meet up with the grandparents from up north.

Was a nice place for a day at a small water park. I would say its more for ages 10-11 years and under to really have a good time. Has 5 slides all connected to one platform. Not many people there. Price was ok. Have food and drinks. We had a nice time. Will be back to camp next time.

Fun water park for younger children (under 10 or 11 years old). Clean facilities and friendly personnel. Super fun slides and plenty of chairs and shades. Good consession stand with reasonable prices. We will definitely go again.

This park I have to say is one of the worse parks ever the owners are very sweet. But never there to get your mail NO WIFI at all grass gets so hi you can't see your dog. Maintenance man is very rude runs over everything when he does mow. If you have 1 plaint in your yard he will not mow. We called and asked if everything was the same she said yes then a week later they put in electric meters so we just had to move agian. They put the water park first not full timmer. And you even have ro pay to go to the pool to lay out its not like it's a adult pool it's only 1 ft deep. So so happy to be gone.only gave one star because the owner was so nice.

This place was the best. The water park was awesome. Play ground was great. At dusk the owners put on an outdoor movie and served popcorn. Our grandkids loved it. Perfect place to get away for the weekend. The owners were very nice.

This campground use to be awesome then it got new owners they have no idea what they are doing and have neglected the campground and the pool they also hired a maintenance guy who has no idea what he is doing and instead of keeping up the grounds he tries to get kids at the campground to go up to his living quarters to take a shower so I don't think I'll ever stay there again

Be aware, the Reviews you read here are applicable for previous ownership. Change of management always ruined everything. Office closed during business hours. Website outdated and might says campsite and Rv sites. The lady on the phone said: No campsite or Rv sites anymore.
