I’m kind of new to the area, I started off at a Veterinarian office in GBC but I just wasn’t happy, a trusted neighbor of mine referred me to Dr. Watt. I’ve taken my Toy Yorkie for several check ups and Dr. Watt and his Tech. have been great. Last week I had what I felt, was an emergency so I called the office as soon as they opened. I explained my situation but also told the Tech that I didn’t know if I might be exaggerating a little or maybe panicking. The Tech, was so patient and understanding she did not make me feel ridiculous. She even remembered my dog, she got us in ASAP!!! It turned out my baby had Pyorema which could have been fatal. Dr. Watt and his wonderful Tech. saved my baby’s life. I am forever grateful and now a devoted customer.

Very nice, well established Vet! Took care of our 3 dogs quickly!! Update 3-11-24, brought our large German shepherd for her shots, vet works with your dog so he can give a very reluctant animal a shot! Phew!! Affordable and done for another year!

We are fortunate that we had taken our dog toMr Norman. He did not hesitate to give Griz a full exam to make a diagnosis. With a shot & meds, Griz is back to himself & hearing has improved. Jade is very helpful & friendly also. After 2 other vets over this past year+ & 💰 We have found a Veterinarian that shows his caring/love for our dog/child. Blessings

Started going to this vet clinic in March of 2020, when I moved to Trinidad, Tx, from McKinney. They are nice folks. I have only gotten my dog his annual shots, and heart worm medicine, but I do recommend them, just as they were recommended to me.

Glad we found such a caring and knowledgeable veterinarian with an exceptional tech. Our dog was in bad shape and Dr. Norman turned him around overnight, a miracle. We are grateful for every day more we get to spend with our best friend. We know at 11, every day matters for our old dog Kaine.

I had to take my cat in because he started acting off and I got seen same day! No other place have I ever had this sort of experience. Incredible service, nice people. My cat broke his fever within hours of the visit, would absolutely recommend!

I was amazed at the level of care he provides to his patients. We see some of his clients as referrals, and there's never been anyone who doesn't speak highly of him and his staff. As a colleague of 37 years, I can attest to his skill. Like us all, he's slowing down and working less hours but that has diminished his passion and quality Dr. Norman gives to every client and patient that sees him.

I’ve been to this veterinary clinic near the lake house in the country twice now in the last two weeks. The first time was for an emergency visit for my dog’s sudden UTI. The second was for her regular yearly shots. I’m not sure if they’re cheaper than city vets but certainly I was impressed by their allowing me to come at the last minute for the first visit and letting me come late to the second visit. I lost track of time.

The vet took care of my dog for 6 years. My chief was the best American bulldog I ever had. We lost chief in late April. Great vet would use anytime.

The vets assistant was very friendly and the veterinarian seemed genuine in his compassion for animals. I love the vibe I felt from his office also. Not like some places that are all fancy and expensive. His costs were very reasonable. Was able to get my fur baby in there the same day I called. I was on time for my appointment and so was the veterinarian. Lots of fancy lookin vets offices the vet is always never in the room at my appointment time.

Was greeted by a great, friendly assistant. My puppy had a collapsed lung and he did everything he needed and sent home medication and instructions on how to care for her. They were both so great with sweet Pantera. They are great with working out appointments and reschedules when you miss your appointment and even last minute cancellations. They are a great veterinary care clinic to have your animals safely, lovingly and at the most gentle handling care possible. They truely do help our animals from their heart out of care and concern.

If I could give a ZERO I would. So, I'm greeted by an abrupt "vet clinic" and I tell her that I am pricing annual dog shots and then I list them out. She then gives a very strange sarcastic laugh and says yeah sure, we charge $54, WHAT DO U CHARGE? Again with some weird sarcastic laugh. I respond by saying I'm not a veterinarian so I charge nothing. How odd. Why would you ask me such a thing? She rudely spouts, well the way you listed them all sounds like you're another clinic calling doing price comparisons so I just thought I'd ask. I said no, I'm someone who shows dogs and I know exactly what goes into my dog and every year I like to see who has the best price for vaccines but I guarantee it will not be this office with your smart-aleck mouth. Thank you, goodbye. End of story, right? Noooooo. This crazy women has apparently retrieved my # and begins txting me FRM HER CELL invoking further confrontation. WOW!! So, the vet is directly contacted and is clueless to any problem with her. Says he dont read reviews, yet when I look at these, I see shes been a problem for him for a while. Poor guy. Now I see why his parking lot is always empty. My my. Very sad to write this review.

Trying to find a vet for my two dogs, new to area. Girl answering phone said vet clinic, hung up on me before I could ask question. Called back and she said vet clinic and I told her what I needed. You could tell she wasn’t happy and I asked if this was the vet office or an answering service and she said she was the office manager. Horrible attitude and unprofessional to be greeted like this. Would give zero stars if possible.
