My husband was a very difficult and confusing case and Gail went above and beyond to not only confirm his prescription but make sure we understood exactly why his case was difficult. She also took the time to see how his healing was going. She seemed to genuinely care. I just may switch my Walgreens. May be worth the extra miles.

We moved here a few months ago and I have never experienced pharmacy issues like I have with this location. I recently underwent surgery (a routine one, but still major) after months of pain. My pain medication for post surgery on March 1st was denied by the pharmacist bc they claimed I’d filled a prior pain medication a week earlier; I hadn’t. I’d filled a two week supply on Jan 26th and they misread the month (claimed it was Feb 26th). Another strike against me was that I had another controlled substance in my profile, one that’s taken not daily but on an as needed basis. I had to call my dr/surgeon to call the pharmacy to remove the block which is the last thing you want to be dealing with while being discharged from the hospital and in post surgery pain. Next, I was denied a refill on this same pain medication; this was on me and my physician, who’d shared verbally to double up if in significant pain but did not write the prescription that way and I ran out early. I unfortunately received a uti turned bladder infection from my hospital stay. She sent in a refill for me and it was denied, this time due to being prior to the 7 day window. Thankfully she advocated for me and the prescription was refilled, but not without a lot of pushback from the pharmacist. I am sensitive to the fact that we’re in an epidemic with prescription drugs being abused and pharmacies taking the brunt of it, but for the people in legitimate pain situations, there has to be some gray area. All this to say, we’re taking business elsewhere (although I think this may be what the pharmacist prefers, anyway).

Worst pharmacy ever!!!!! My prescription was called in before my wife's oral surgery even started was told it would be about 45mins it's now 2 hours later and still not filled. Maybe if they worked more instead of playing around in the back they could get things done in a timely fashion

I wished I had looked at the pharmacy reviews before I had my rx sent here. I don't even care that I have to wait a week for my med, but the way I was treated was unacceptable! Don't ever treat a human being like that! We have reasons for why we're on medications and if you can't staff the pharmacy so they aren't stressed and rude to us, then this pharmacy should be closed and not allowed to fill meds.Theres nothing in this world that I wouldn't do, to not have to be dependent on prescription meds. Do you really think I enjoy dealing with the assumptions from the likes of you?!

No one knows what there doing in this store. Evertime I'm in here there's a problem. Store is convenient when dropping of FedEx and grabbing things. Please teach your employees to do there jobs correctly and you'll get more business. Walgreens on 1488 magnolia.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Always behind. Last time, they deleted my prescription instead of transferring it! It was gone! I had to call doctor back and get a new one. Then I tried to call them, no one ever picked up! After 20 minutes, someone just hung up on me. I’d love to talk to the Regional Manager.

We have been shopping here since they opened and the store has very helpful and friendly employees.They are always helpful, friendly, and greet the customers as they enter the store. I also just learned that this location is a FedEx drop off location as well.I like everyone that works at this store as they have always been very friendly to my mother and I.Prices are always reasonable and the store is kept very clean, organized, and stocked.If you are new to the Magnolia area or are a longtime resident, I highly recommend coming to Walgreens over any of the other local pharmacies.Thanks for the excellent customer service. We are loyal customers always.

As I do agree with previous reviews, I’ve had same experiences in that past; however within the last couple of months it seems there has been some changes. Today I dealt with Cylus (sorry if miss spelt) and had a great conversation in regards to my prescription. He was extremely patient, friendly and helpful! He did not make me feel like I was a bother or an annoyance because he probably had another call or customer waiting. This was a very nice change from the normal treatment. Hopefully his customer service expertise is spread throughout the store. My last few interactions have been so much better in recent visits with most employees in the pharmacy!

I wish they had a zero star! For the pharmacy!!!Absolutely horrible pharmacy customer service. One of the pharmacy staff actually told me that I was not the only customer that they had. I understand that but when they have 5 people working back there they should be able to get my prescription filled in less than 4 hours. Seriously how hard is it to put 4 pills in one bottle. I called and was on hold for over 45 minutes then they pushed my prescription through. If I had not called I still would have been waiting on my prescription the following day. The drive-through line was wrapped around the corner but there was only 3 people including myself in line at the front counter. The redhead lady that has been working there for a very long time is the rudest lady that I have ever met. I've always been taught to respect my elder but it was very hard for me to hold my tongue. We are a small town and we are supposed to be a community and live the country life if she wants to speak to me like we live in a large town then she needs to move to a Walgreens in a large town. I actually only use this pharmacy in case of emergency I normally drive to other pharmacies to get my prescriptions Due to the rudeness and the time that it takes to pick up a prescription at this pharmacy. I have called corporate and let them know about the issue we have with this pharmacy please everybody let corporate know about this pharmacy because if we all don't call the corporate office then they do not know what's going on and the problem cannot get fixed.I would suggest if you leave a one star on this app please call corporate and tell them about your experience!

Unfortunately this is the last time we'll be using Walgreens for photo printing. We ordered a canvas print as a Christmas gift. The image had vertical lines and was pixelated. It should never have been framed. It's frustrating to throw money away in a time where every dime matters. Walgreens lacks any quality control or empathy on a bad printing.

Not sure what the problem is at this Walgreens, it takes an hour to pick up a prescription here every time. The staff here looks and acts like it’s their first day on the job. I am moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy, I keep thinking it will improve here, but it doesn’t and apparently it won’t.

This Walgreens has the absolute WORST customer service! I placed an order on Walgreens app in the evening for delivery to my home the following morning. The next morning, I received a call from a Door Dash driver stating that Walgreens did not have my order. After explaining that I placed my order through Walgreens app, the driver handed his phone to a Walgreens employee who was very rude, over-talked me, and would not allow me to explain I placed my order on Walgreens app. He kept saying, ‘I just need the name on your photo order.’ After saying I don’t have a photo order, he cut me off and said we can’t help you and hung up on me. I called the store number and Patty who answered the phone said they figured it out, it was a communication error and my order would be on the way. Still being upset I was hung up on and treated so rudely, I asked to speak to a manager, who came on the phone and sounded like the same person who hung up on me. I asked if he was the manager and he said he is the manager on duty. Told me his name is Ken but told me I didn’t need to know his last name. Told me the store managers name and that I would need to try back on Tuesday. I told him that he was very rude and if I needed to go to corporate level to make sure that he never hangs up on a customer again, he said ‘oh really, bye’ and hung up again.

This Walgreens is closest to my house so I shop there quite often. I hardly ever think about my ID and it expired last month. Although they know me they won’t sell me wine with my expired ID. To some this may not be an issue but I prefer establishments who know my face and let thinks slide when it comes to returning customers.

Pharmacy staff are have zero customer service. Asked how to notate the record regarding one of my prescriptions and said there is not a way to do that. I mentioned that the dr has called it in that way and was told they were not going to argue about it. They are a high volume store so they would never pay attention to the note. Well that's awesome to know.

I love the staff here. Even short staffed ( people do not want jobs ) they do the best they can! I have never had to deal with issues. The pharmacy does the best they can. The customers are the rude ones! They expected them to handle peoples meds right when they leave the doctors office. Being ugly to the staff isn’t going to get your meds faster! Give some grace to the pharmacy staff!!! I have shop here since opening. And most all the employees go above and beyond!

The “pharmacy manager” is as rude of person as I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She does not listen, she just speaks over . No matter how many times you tell her something she continues to repeat herself with incorrect information almost on purpose. She lacks customer service skills and seems to overall hate her job. Her condescending tone and the way she mocks customers says more about her character than I can with this review.

A very sweet lady in the pharmacy, Hilary I think her name was, went out of her way to help me with my daughters prescriptions. Even though they were very busy and I could tell it had been a long day for all of them she took the time for me. I really appreciate that and people like her. Bless her and all of them that work so hard everyday to get us the medications we need.

I have been going to this location for about 10 months now. Its always a pleasant experience with the pharmacy and photo. Everyone is very friendly and positive. Also the drive thru for the pharmacy is surprisingly quicker compared to the houston location I used to live by.

This Pharmacy is so slow..they need more staff! I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes trying to get my prescription. When there is a problem with a customer prescription where they have to wait, move them out of line to help other customers. DO NOT let them wait in line as that hinders business. You just received a 1 star review..congratulations on being incompetent!

As many of the other reviews state the pharmacy staff is very rude and honestly dont seem to care about people I completely understand they work hard and are probably understaffed but there seems to be no compassion for other humans with the way they speak to others and the attitude always given ive been there 3 time and will never go back the last time left me in tears. Its not hard to be nice to others but seems this staff needs some kindness training

There is just some sort of bad karma or something when it comes to (Old) Magnolia locations and functionality... I usually enjoy Walgreens, but this one location has been absurdly slow, randomly closed, and/or a problem generator time and time again. So frustrating...

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy! I called to check my prescription cost and I was on hold for 45 mins to get hung up on and when I called back I had 3 or more people ahead of me! I had one question that is it!! I’m furious and will never have my prescription refilled here EVER!! Not the first time this has happened. Last week they never got my prescription after 4 hours. I have insurance and ended up paying full price for it. Asked for a refund and they said it’s been more than 5 days so I couldn’t get it. They said to call my insurance! Next time ask the customer if they have insurance or a good RX coupon!

The store itself and employees are wonderful. However, the pharmacy department needs some work. They could be understaffed which would explain why it takes 2 hours to get a prescription filled, but still that's entirely too long of a wait. Had I not been forced to switch care providers, I'd still be filling my scripts at Target because they never took more than 30 minutes, and the same with CVS. This Walgreens needs to improve their pharmacy service. That's why I'm rating it 3 stars. Aside from the lengthy wait for medicine, the store is great.

Pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. I would give this pharmacy zero stars if I could. I went to the pharmacy to receive a covid booster as I work in a school and am frequently exposed to covid 19. I was refused my vaccine due to a technicality. My husband also had a covid vaccine appointment and they told him they had no record of his appointment. He even had a confirmation email showings his appt time. Staff was extremely rude and even raised their voice at us. The pharmacist has no business working in any type of customer service role. The store should be embarrassed to employ her.

The wait is always horribly long. I can't tell you how many times I have walked out of the store without my prescriptions. Recently, I used their new service to pay via app and pickup my prescriptions in their fast track line only to find their system was down with no way to prove I paid. I left empty handed, again, and returned the next day to find the drive through line with 7 cars in it. I'm so done with this pharmacy!

I had a little issue yesterday. No fault of Walgreens. Called today and spoke to an amazing pharmacist! Ebenezer was so helpful, I don’t know what I would have done without him! Only a few people go beyond their job duties and this awesome employee went above and beyond! Walgreens has great employees every time I’ve gone but this one earned them 5 stars!!

I do not understand these negative reviews. I go here often, and see how hard the employees work and how devoted they are. Hillary and Megan always seem to be the one who help me. It's always a warm welcome to see them. Always Profesional
