I went in to Tractor Supply about a week ago to look for something to plant my little "Icebox Watermelon" in and also to find something that the watermelon vines could grow on. Nora the most fabulous employee came up to me asking if I needed any help... she was SO kind and SO helpful! I explained what I needed and also that I would need the proper kind of soil. She was amazing and so joyful!! I got everything I needed because of her. She also helped me carry everything out to the car as well!! Thanks so much Nora for your help and making my shopping experience fun! Oh and my Icebox Watermelon is already taking off!! :-)

This tractor supply is close to my house and is definitely my go to store. I am able to get different animal care products here, fill my propane tank and get little odds and ends that I need. Everyone here has always been nice and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Coleman for the win 🙌🏼 I moved into my home a while ago and now have decided to start redoing my front porch. I came in with my child and saw these nice planters. I wanted to check out the flowers in front and the front said I can leave the planters in front. When I came back in I realized I left my wallet at home 🤦🏼‍♀️ but Coleman said don't worry about it and he paid for the planters and candy for my child. Has definitely left an impression on my heart. Besides this experience any time we need to come in to this location, all staff are very knowledgeable, store is clean and always is the best coming in here. Thank you team!

Employees are always friendly and helpful in person but very difficult to get any help over the phone. Very disappointed that they don't support disabled veterans though. I mean come on even Lowe's, Home Depot and lots of fast food restaurants offer Vet's a discount!

Definitely will be finding somewhere else to shop, did a pick up order they didn’t have half the order and don’t have a good refund policy for the order that wasn’t in stock. Was going yo buy a porta cooler that was open and on the floor and asked if they would discount it for all the scratches after they offered $10 I went on to find it $250 cheaper at Home Depot.

Christi, the store manager made a bad situation into an outstanding situation, and thank you for her humbleness and her willingness to admit that she made a mistake. You don’t tell a customer to go outside for propane and somebody will be out there to fill it, wait 20 minutes then have someone come out and say “we don’t have any and sorry the other lady just got here”. Your store closes in a hour, nobody just got there. At least be honest.

Other than every single cart needing new casters/wheels this place is good. It's gotten to the point I'll carry 40 pound bags of feed instead of making an obscene amount of noise due to their carelessness. Cmon TSC.

UPDATED... The number provided just takes you to automated list of options and none of them are Customer Service. My mom also went the other day and they would not honor posted prices which is illegal, TSC really should look at the management they have at this store. Before they get sued. Well I did like shopping with them but after doing a simple exchange with a receipt, for a different size shirt and they charged us over 8 dollars more for an simple exchange, I will no longer be shopping here. Especially after asking to speak with a Manager and they refused to get one. The fact that you told me the shirt was only worth the sell price only to change the price when I exchange it is robbery. That is the type of stuff a foreign company does I expect Tractor supply to have American business practices, like the customer is always right, but apparently they are too worried about robbing everyone blind. I guess I will go spend money at the mom and pop store down the road where I will actually get treated like a customer. Do better tractor supply.

Curbside Pick-up FAIL! Got home and found they gave me a taped up bag of possibly contaminated feed!Update: Complained to the Assistant Manager Cierra who made things right with me and explained this was a mistake and is not the way Tractor Supply will be doing business in the future. I will try Curbside Pick-up again.

The staff here is very helpful and very knowledgeable about the merchandise and items they sell. I love coming here for almost all my pet needs and even redoing my yard. Staff also takes our pickup orders to car and loads which is very convenient with my little ones. Keep up the awesome work, thank you all for working so hard.

Love this tractor supply location, everyone is personable and helpful. Location is kept clean at all times as well as the bathrooms, Curbside could use a little more consistency on what is ordered (sometimes they will ask what we ordered) Problem is often I order and my honey goes to pick up and he has no clue :) - regardless ... this does not affect my review - they go above and beyond on customer satisfaction

I am not complaining about your store. It is your advertised Pet Wash that disappointed me. Your website shows a nice facility. It says there are shampoos, towels, aprons for the washer, combs and brushes. What I found was a dirty, dark facility. The only towels were dirty used ones and no aprons.I had to go looking for someone to help me which meant I had to take my already nervous dog out of the tub. The sprayer had no instructions to let one know how to use it. Only I sink was working. There was no place to secure my dog so at had to leave his collar and leash on which means they got wet. There were 2 dryers but only 1 had a nozzle on it. The combs left out had hair or were broken and rusty. And I paid $10.00. For this. I will not be using this facility again. Very disappointed.

DO NOT come here if you need propane. Even if you call before, they will lie and say they have some, even if you ask them to check. This has happened TWICE! Super unprofessional, and when we complained, they just make up excuses. Will NEVER come back here. Go to the Tomball location.

6-3-22 - I bought $70+ of feed. I have been buying all my feed regularly and loyally at TSC for years. After arriving home I was loading my feed bins when I discovered a bag of feed had chunks of mold in it . Not only was the new feed worthless, it can be deadly to livestock. The bad bag of feed also contaminated the feed that was already in the bin. I made a second trip to return the bad bag of feed. I asked to get a different brand of feed because the bag of feed I previously purchased had just came off the delivery truck and didn't want to risk getting another bad bag of feed.TSC agreed to take the feed back and said to get another bag of what I wanted. I got a different brand and upon returning to the register was told I would have to pay the difference. A difference of $10+ dollars. I explained I have made 2 trips to TSC. I pointed out gas prices are high and that I buy all my feed from TSC could they please Gratis the bag of feed that was just a $10 difference after the credit. The store manager refused. TSC has lost a loyal customer over $10.

I recently went to TSC in Magnolia. Purchased alfalfa pellets and rescue refill for flies. I put my basket away with my rescue left in basket. Called and talked to Stephen who had checked me out. Stephen had already found my item and saved it for me. I want to make sure to note what a great employee Stephen is. Thank you Stephen.

This location has the worst customer service starting from the some of cashiers and including the store manager Taylor. They lack communication skills and have poor attitudes. We visit the Magnolia store often and I'm not sure why because we have had a few bad experiences. If you have a problem or need help the employees that we have encountered don't take ownership of the issue and try to help instead you get a sarcasm and attitude.We visited the store today and it will be the last time we give this store any of our business due to the poor level of service received again today and by the store manager Taylor. Lead by example Taylor. I would not even rate this store 1 star but is required to make the post.

They supposedly sell propane but randomly don't have people certified to pump it. I've had this happen more than once! It would seem they are super lazy! How could you not have someone there to pump propane the day before a winter storm?! I will no longer shop here...

The staff are always respectful and kind. I haven’t seen one yet that was slacking. Only minor shortfall I have seen in the dog wash. Often messy, dark and they skimp on the towels. I still give them high marks overall.

Staff is always smiling, great atmosphere when you walk in. They have a wide variety of merchandise. Big selection of shirts, boots and pants. Was really surprised at the quality of there apparel! Anything and everything you need for your home or ranch.

This place was a breath of fresh air, after my terrible experience at the Crosby location I was hesitant to go back to tractor supply, but I happen to be in magnolia today and wow everything I mean everyone was so friendly! How I wish my local tractor supply’s were this great!

At the time I went many of the aisles were mislabeled and it was very difficult to find items. But I do love Tractor Supply. They have a great variety of pet products and cute home decor, as well as the typical hardware and agricultural merchandise.

The staff is very fun and funny peopleThey get to know you and joke laugh and poke fun like family they say sir and mam which i normally dont like since im not close to being 50+ but i truly love and appreciate it, especially when other places i go can be unhelpful and unkind.So yes i can appreciate the old fashion cordiality and kindness they show me and my family.They poke fun whenever i go in and walk out with way to many ducks and chickens then i even planned on getting😂But also the sensitivity they showed when they found out i had lost them to predators the staff is professional and country feel which i was not used to coming from a city i lived for 7 years with so many rude people.Thank you guys!

I can find everything I need at this store and the prices are reasonable. Also, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I will continue to return for all of my pet and general home improvement items.
