Hello, I went to this store on 10/27/23 to get my puppy groomed. I have been here before, but the result was never this bad. I paid for a full service groom, including a bath. I asked them to go shorter but not down to the skin. They assured me that it would not be fully down to the skin. The pictures below say otherwise. I am in disbelief because they always tell me that my 9 month old puppy is to squirmy for one person to do her. I find it hard to believe that after I picked her up, I called to speak with a manager and was transferred to grooming when I asked what happened and why she was so short and chopped . She proceeds to tell me that it is because my puppy was brought in the severe matting conditions. Which is absolutely untrue. Then proceeds to go on by stating when asked why the puppy's ear where not done on the inside she said she moves to much and that if I wanted her done better she would have to be sedated. I will never be returning to this place they hurt my puppy and gave her an awful service. So be cautious when it comes to grooming services.

These guys are awesome. Always so friendly and willing to help. Just took my dog in for a nail filing and they did a great job. They have awesome prices too!

Had an appointment to have my border collies groomed. They DID NOT WANT TO GROOM THEM !!! SAID FUR WILL NOT GROW BACK IF COAT IS TRIMMED BACK. Then told me my dog is unhealthy. My dogs go to the vet regularly. This is the second time they did not want to groom them. The first time I came I was very happy. Second time was just ok but did not cut them the way I asked. Thought I would give it another chance. However super rude. Don't take your pets there.

I had a face, feet and Sani groom on my standard poodle on 8/25/23. I told them to be careful not to clipper burn her and this still happens. I have to take her to the Vet since it’s not healing.

They cut and grinding my dogs nails did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

Started grooming just last month, April, 2023. Currently Petsense even has 2 groomers on Friday. Sara did a nice job on my little dog. Prices were pretty good and finished in just over 2 hours. Great product selection for all kinds of pets. Hard to find groomers around Magnolia. Near Brookshire Brothers on end behind Sonic.

I LOVE this store. It makes running in and grabbing a bag of food for my animals fast. Convenient location and parking. They have an amazing loyalty type program where you buy so many bags of food, you get one free. They are competitively priced with other pet store chains.

My husband and I have a pup that’s allergic to everythingggggg in regular dog food, so we have previously been using prescription dog food. There was an issue with the latest order of dog food and it didn’t get delivered to us. My mother in law recommended looking at petsense and I’m so glad she did! The customer service was AMAZING. As soon as I walked in I was offered assistance. I explained what happened and the worker scoured the store with me/for me trying to find at least ONE food he could have, and SHE DID! I can’t recommend them enough! If I could give more stars, I would!

This place is really awsome and has great service with really sweet people working at what they love.They really went out of there way to help me get what I needed for my rescue puppy.I cant aford to take him to a vet at this time but they helped me get vitamins and every thing that I needed for the moment.And I really recommend everyone to check it out.Also have decent prices on most everything...
