Beautiful selection of koi as well as other gold fish varieties! Their prices are pretty hard to beat as well! I loved all the displays they had as well. The staff there is pretty top notch also very helpful and friendly!

I had the exact same experience as James, the girl doesn’t even want you there. She acts like she is confused of why you get upset at her behavior and that we are the strange ones. She isn’t helpful and actually sighs when you ask her to get a fish out of a tank, even though most of the tanks have no fish! Also they have no pond supplies, they have no pond liners, no underlayment, no tubing, no material nothing! They should not be called upon store at all they should be called a pot store because that seems to be the only thing she had to sell. Even though I decided to get me two fish she acted irritated and I even said “ if you don’t feel like getting them then just never mind” but she’s like no it’s fine and then looked at me like I have an issue not realizing that her customer service is one of the worst I’ve seen in years!!!

Drove here from Montgomery to get some filter element, some fish, and a couple of plants. The girl in the shop essentially refused to sell us anything, or help us in any way. She repeatedly told my wife and I that we should go to see her mom at the other Lowe’s Water Gardens store in Spring, and that she could probably help us. Not wanting to drive to Spring, I persisted in trying to at least buy some filter media. She continued to babble on about why she wasn’t going to sell it to us, and even talked about busting up our entire pond. It was the most bizarre experience I’ve had with a retailer in my 40 years. I won’t be back, and will likely have to drive down to Katy to another pond supplies store, or order from Amazon.

This location is sill trying to establish itself, but Lowe's has very good prices, beautiful pond and garden stone stuctures, decent plant selection and completely unbeatable kio pricing. The young lady that I talked with for 1 hour was so full of information, that I started to ask her out cause I wanted to hear more about all this pond business, thank you for your time and information, I would out of all honesty give the magnolia location a 50 star rating !!!
