I told her that’s not how you greet customers and she said, what ever..she was black woman, so disrespectful..never coming here again..and most of the employees there, their pants and almost to their knees..so nasty..and I ordered 2, hot-and spicy with extra mayo and there’s no mayo

Great service, terrible food. The food last night was so bad, I will never eat at McDonald’s again. Seriously! Both the Big Mac and the Quarter Pounder looked as though they were made by four year olds behind their backs with their eyes closed! They each had about 1/2 cup of sauce on each of them. I guess they know that it’s a drive thru order and we won’t turn around on the highway. I’m mad enough to never visit another McDonald’s again in my life!

If I could put no stars I would. I am disabled. My husband parked up front in the disabled parking spot (we have a tag) this VERY RUDE HORRIBLE man yelled at my husband for it. He told him this is a disabled spot. The employee then said to my husband we have a truck coming in. My husband replied we are only stopping for a moment so my wife can use the bathroom. This employee said THIS IS MCDONALDS WE BLOCK PARKING SPOTS. Uhm no sir you can’t block a handicapped spot that is a LAW that you cannot. It’s called ADA. Inside I went to the counter to get a drink. No smile, no hello, no can I help you. The employee behind the counter said to me “what do you want” I said never mind nothing and walked out. The rudest place I have been in in a very long time. Stay away, they will treat you with disrespect. We overheard the manager to tell the employee to “do what you have to do, make their food wrong or spit it in” 🤢🤮Parking: They believe itIs ok to block handicapped spots for their convenience and are rude.

I just stopped here and went through the drive through and ordered a large Caramel frappe. I was the only person in the left lane and only one car was on the right til we moved up and there was a couple more but no wait to order anything. The line moved quickly and the employee was friendly and kind. My frappe tastes like the best frappe I've had at any location and the presentation of it was clean so great job to this location and thank you!

Guys I don't know why, but the food was so on point. The fries were crisp and straight out of the fryer. The onions were fresh, pickles were fresh.I live in Houston, and this McDonald's blows all the McDonald's there out of the water.EVEN THE COFFEE WAS GOOD

Have to give a great shout-out to this McDonald's! The Manager Shonda along with 4 employees that sure need to be recognized. Tookie, Esha, Monique & I belive the other lady's name is Cristina. (Sweet little white lady usually at 1st Drive thru window)(Please forgive my spelling)These employees always go above and beyond for my orders! I almost always only get a Large Iced Caramel Coffee in the mornings. But sometimes I get Chicken biscuits or plain mcgriddle cakes for my kids. The food is always hot & fresh.My coffee is a verryyy complicated drink with so much added into it and they usually make it just right.If Monique sees that my coffee was made not how I like it. She will take it and come to the window. Have me pull up to the mini window and she makes it just right.Cristina(?) Makes your morning. She always has a smile and always says Good Morning. She knows when it's me and to throw my recipe away and tells me to Have a great day. Every single time.Tookie is always extremely respectful and polite as can be.Esha, now she may not say much. But when she does it is always with manners and never rude.Ms. Shonda will go above and beyond for her customers. When the app is down she makes sure to accompany the customer in anyway she can with their order. If food goes wrong. She makes sure to get it fixed and she will personally bring it to you and offer something else.It may not be a lot to some. But it is a lot to me as I truly stop here 7 days a week and get either my free coffee or 99 cent coffee!

This was a terrible experience. We placed our order and paid, and then they just forgot about us. We sat in the drive-through for 8 minutes with no update on our food. I finally had to honk the horn because the worker was just leaned against the counter playing on his phone. He still didn't hear us. Finally, another worker walked by and asked what "the car in the drive-through is waiting on?" The original worker shot up and said "oh.....I don't know." They then both left our view without updating us on our food. We sat there for another 2 minutes and then just left. Seriously the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's.

We finally visited Readfields! There's quality food everywhere. Ask about anything you're unfamiliar with and your answer will be delivered with a smile. Great meats. Great deli. Great pies!

This McDonald's has a dog park, a pretty nice one too. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always friendly, I always get fresh food here because they're always so busy. The dogs love to play in the dog park and eat a few nuggets when we stop here. This is the only McDonald's I will even stop at because of the consistency of quality.Parking: The parking is ample.

Pretty speedy service. But especially liked the doggy area. Always keep an eye out for what sets a place a part, and it was nice to let my girl stretch her legs there after a long car ride.

Lovely experience, quick and helpful service. I came as part as a work conference and was in a large group. The printed stickers that show what's on each item is crazy helpful when you have 4 people order a chicken sandwich and they all want it differently. Don't know if that's a company thing, but I loved the atmosphere of this place. Will definitely stop here again if I ever pass by

This is the best looking mc.donalds I been to! Their brand new soda machine, very nice and clean restrooms, the dining tables and chairs are up to date with a kids area with smart TV.

The lady taking the order at drive trough sounded like she hated to be there , the food was subpar with lots of many restaurants I’ve been through. I had to return frozen coke it smell at taste terrible. They probably need to scrub their machine . I won’t recommend. Unfortunately is the only one close by if you’re passing through going. They definitely get a lot of business, they should do better !
