I’ve been a loyal customer here for years. Very dissatisfied with the way things are handled. I had a produce worker Ashley that punched her hand in a threatening manner at me. I was simply just trying to shop with my 3 kids. Reguardless of whatever issues she has with me this is highly unprofessional and uncalled for. Management needs to do a better job at listening to customers. This has been an ongoing issue and I’m highly disappointed.

The ladies at the hot food counter were very rude and generally not helpful with my questions. The food I received is not edible. The chicken tenders are too tough to chew and everything else is bone dry and lacks seasoning. Terrible. You should be ashamed for charging those prices.

Very friendly and helpful employees. One of the downfalls of living in a small town is that the grocers are very pricey. We are used to having access to Kroger and HEB. This is going to be quite an adjustment.

First time in Brookshire’s since I was a kid. I love it. So we’ll organized and a great variety of food. Prices a little higher than Walmart. Being I am from Louisiana I was excited to find DownHome smoke sausage in Texas. I will be going back in the future.

Great store always nice and clean and neat. Management is all good great people all employees are really nice and helpful. I enjoy going to this particular brookshires in kaufman on washington street. I would not want to go to any other brookshires. I'm very happy at this particular store shopping here.

Good place to shop. Lil pricey on some merchandise but who isn't. They are out of a lot of the stuff I get. So, just wait till it comes in.

First time I went there I was in and out fast so I gave a 4 star rating because I felt the store deserved a good rating but wasn't sure if it was worth a 5 star yet. Been back several times and the store is always clean, always stocked, and never overcrowded like the competitor down the road everyone loves to hate. Not too mention the gas prices are always fair and usually one of, if not the lowest price in town. A well deserved 5 star rating !!!

They never have Original flavored liquid coffee creamer in stock.It's such a shame, but you can always find 30 bottles of Hazelnut. They never run out of it.

Curb side pick up is a really nice option if you're in a hurry or just don't like crowds. My shopper was friendly and got everything on my list. Some of the meat products were already showing signs of aging. They need to do something about that. Freshly purchased meat should not look like it's a day away from rotting...

I have nothing but great things to say about brookshire's from its deli to its meats market cheeses to its pharmacy. Everyone there is always friendly. Just a great atmosphere. You and you're going in and spending money on food and the prices are going up and it's not their fault. It's just the economy but they make you feel like family and that's more important than anything else

My mother is disabled and I shop for her at your store all the time. She's a loyal customer and absolutely loves Brookeshires. I never thought yall could disappoint her, but you did. I went in on the 5th, to buy her some groceries. She wanted some sandwiches from the deli, so I got her several including a 6pk of chicken salad sliders, they were very disappointing. There wasn't even a teaspoons worth of chicken salad on each one. For $6.99 a pack, you would think there would be at least two teaspoons worth on each slider. My mom spends a good 2 to $400 every two weeks there.

Bought low fat milk a few times this summer,They all spoiled 2-3 wks before the expiration date! Took them back to exchange , the staffs gave me faces and run around and did not allow me to exchange immediately! Huge thumb down for a long time customer! 🤮

Normally my wife shops here, today I went in to get some groceries, this is the second time I come here since we live close by, today Emma the cashier including the Manger in charge were very rude, I was behind another customer she was I believe having issues with her coupons, anyway manager came to help cashier out, 10 mins later I'm still the second in line, the cashier or Manager did not let me know what was going on, no I'm sorry for the wait sir or any type of apology, I'm a business owner of my own, I understand things can go wrong, but communicate with others customers

I am an experienced retail merchandiser, and when my regular job slows down, I will pick up some side work with a 3rd party company who will connect me with companies who need merchandisers for various jobs. One of my favorite vendors that I have contracted with, has their products selling in many of the Brookshires and Super 1 Foods stores. I have serviced around 20 of these stores in and around my area on behalf of this particular vendor. I never had issues with store management or employees and have always enjoyed working in these stores. Until now.I visited this particular store on three different occasions over the last month. The majority of the employees were just okay, not overly friendly, but professional enough. On two occasions though, I unfortunately came across a few employees that were just plain rude and snotty. One of those employees, I am sorry to say, is management and that is truly surprising. Usually store management is, at the very least, polite, helpful, and accommodating. The manager I met the first day was the complete opposite of that, and so rude. I even overheard her complaining to another employee about me and saying she could care less about my situation and what I needed help with. I was very taken aback by her comments and felt uncomfortable even having to deal with her.I just hope they are nicer to the customers then they are to their vendors!

My husband’s wallet was lost for a few days and some good samaritan found my husband’s wallet in this Brookshire’s parking lot and turned it in to customer service. Brookshire’s manager Donna Wilkerson found my husband’s contact info in his wallet and contacted us. Nothing was missing from the wallet. I appreciate Donna and the Good Samaritan for helping us.Blessings to them both.

The location is clean. But I’m definitely disappointed in service at this location. Service is what used to bring me here in the past. Today they had three cashiers working but more than three customers in each line. In the past if this happened they would call more cashiers up front. Not today. My thoughts are now they just want you to use their new self checkout. Which also was full. Hardly anyone bagging groceries. Or taking your groceries out to your car. People leaving shopping carts all over parking lot. Hopefully the prices will come down. Since they want to be like Walmart now.I’ll keep shopping here. Because choices are limited in Mabank.

I absolutely love shopping at this Brookshire's store! This store has the best staff I have ever met. They are always so sweet, so polite and courteous and extremely helpful! And if you don't find something you're looking for on their shelves, talk to management! If it's within their power to put it on their shelves, they will! You will never, ever, get this kind of Superior Service from Walmart!!

Shop there every week . Very clean,organized, well staffed, but noticed with inflation going up to around 7% I'm seeing a lot of their prices on some of their items increased by 50% . I also shop other stores in Dallas that seem not to have raised their prices so much. Could it be that you may be over staffed that's causing some of these increases? I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the higher prices. 🤔
