Excellent service!!They are a one-stop-shop shop. They process the meat and do the taxidermy in the same place. Also, they process cattle if you don't know.The location is super clean, the lovely owners, and we're chatting with them. Prices are a little high, but they are worth every dollar. The quality of work is excellent! I recommend 💯anyone from or out of the area to these guys!

Killed a buck on the Wilson Whitetail & wings ranch in the 2022 season. Mr. Craig Wilson had the deer brought here for taxidermy work and I have to say I was not disappointed!!! Joshua Jahns called me before doing any work on it and asked a bunch of questions! He is an artist to say the least! Thank you sooo much for taking care of me this thing turned out awesome!!

Went to the 777 ranch in January and had 5 guys take trophy animals. We went directly to the shop and the crew at Trophy Buck were extremely friendly and helpful. We received the product the next month which is usually fast for a butcher out of state. Product is amazing and we highly recommend Micah and his team at Trophy Buck

Had a hog processed here. Have not had a bad meal yet. Sausage is really good!! Will be returning. Facilities were very clean and sanitary and staff were very accommodating. Have recommended to my friends and family.

Good quality work that’s hard to find, best thing for me is you get your meat that you drop off unlike other well known places that are way more expensive. All of their recipes taste amazing. The best dry sausage I’ve had from any processor. These guys treat you like family. Has been the only place I go to for the last 4 years and the only place I’d recommend to anyone. I don’t plan to take my business anywhere else. EVERYTHING on the menu is good.

Trophy Buck did an absolutely fantastic job processing our Oryx and Nilgai. We had a 4 day trip and had to haul our meat back to Pennsylvania with a quick turn around. They hammered out processing and flash freezing over 500lbs of meat for us to take home. Everything was vacuum packed and marked very clearly and everything we have tried so far from the summer sausage to the smoked sausages has been delicious. 100% would recommend this place!!

Very friendly employees. We're very informative and helping me decide what to have my meat made into. Did a great job making my jalapeno cheese link sausages and summer sausages and packing my ground meat and back straps. Five stars other than one package of ground meat leaked.

By far the best people and company to deal with. After an amazing hunt, Terry came and opened up the doors for us on SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!! He wasn’t even grouchy about it. He was super polite and made sure we understood his whole process and the family recipes that they use and the Texas mesquite wood for smoking shows sticking to your roots is the best policy! He let me know the meat was shipping at 2 PM on Monday and by 11:30 AM on Tuesday I was eating trophy Sticks! If this review had more star options I would include way more than 5! Thanks Guys!

Great family doing great work. Had taxidermy done slats year, and processing the last two years. Amazing sausage! You gotta try the Jalapeño Cheddar Summer sausage. The bacon wrapped back strap is also super tasty! And if you like chorizo....there’s none better.

Just don't do it...I have never before had sticker shock processing an animal. I tried them because they came recommended but I will never use them again. When I dropped off my two hogs I left a 100 dollar deposit and I asked for a ballpark figure on the rest of the order. The gentleman was very elusive but assured me it wouldn't be that much more. I was prepared for 150 per animal at that point and that was high. My total cost was over 550 dollars. What was interesting is that my friend dropped off a hog that was bigger than either of mine and only paid 115....Oh wait AND they wanted to charge me 400 dollars just to take out the tusks...Yep. Never again. I know times are tough right now but this was amazingly unethical....AErik

Dried sausage is awesome.Backstrap poppers very deliciousJalapeño sausage is great, every item I tried was the best I've ever had, and I have eaten lots of processed deer meat all over Texas, I would give them 3 thumbs up if I had a extra thumb.
