Love using this Pharmacy over H‑E‑B. It’s a lot faster and more convenient. Sarena does an amazing job everytime I come to pick up my prescription and the pharmacist explains throughly everytime!

Pharmacy employees were extremely unhelpful, did not attempt to educate themselves nor are they educated on CVS policies regarding OTC medication purchases. No customer service skills, are you there for the customers?Thank goodness there are other pharmacies and I will not have to visit this place again.

I liked it better as ‘Crawford pharmacy. I am constantly having problems with one set of staff that they switch off to. I feel like the young ladies on the drive - thru window usually have attitude and come off as rude. I was even told by my insurance that they are using an older program which in turn constantly gives me billing issues when I’m trying to pick up my meds. I really don’t appreciate the rudeness there but, other than that it’s a clean convenient pharmacy out here in lytle.

Friendly staff, always seem to keep on top of my medication refills only complain I have is I've had tizanidine prescription for over a week and they still haven't got a pre-authorization that's kind of got me upset

VERY UPSET WITH THIS CVS AND WILL HAVE ALL MY MEDS TRANSFERRED TO A SAN ANTONIO LOCATION WHICH IS COMPLETELY OUT OF MY WAY RATHER THAN HAVE FILLED AT ONE THAT'S VERY CONVIENTINLTY CLOSER TO ME. I JUST GOT OUTTA OF THE HOSPITAL AND DROP OFF MY SCIRPTS (2) AND THE TECH AT THE WINDOW SAID TO COME BACK IN 30 MINUTES.....BOTH WOULD BE READY...AND YES I TOLD HIM I'D BE WAITING FOR THEM...WE WERE PARKED IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING WAITING AND NOTICED THEY WERE CLOSING UP EVERYTHING....MY HUSBAND GOT DOWN TO ASK FOR MY MEDS, MIND YOU I JUST HAD SURGERY.....4 HOURS EARLIER AND ANESTIA WAS BEGINNING TO WEAR OFF....WELL THEY SAID SORRY THEY COULDN'T GET ME MY MEDICATIONS...I'M BEYOND PIST AND DISGUSTED WITH THEIR POOR JUDGEMENT...I'M AM A LICENSED PHARMACY TECH AND HAVE WORKED FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS....YOU CAN BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THESE GUYS DID NOT CARE FOR ME AS A PATIENT/CUSTOMER ONE BIT....I KNOW FOR A FACT JUST BECAUSE YOUR LEAVING HOW EASY IT IS TO HAVE TURNED YOUR ASS AROUND AND GET MY MEDICATIONS FOR ME....IT WAS LITERALLY SECONDS TO MINUTES OF THEM CLOSING...AND WHY DID THE KID TELL ME COME BACK IN 30 MINUTES...IF THEY WERE FREAKING CLOSING.....AGAIN DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICES OF NON SERVICE.....I WILL BE MAKING SOME CALLS IN THE MORNING IF I DON'T END UP BACK ON THE HOSPITAL OVERNIGHT DUE TO THEIR LACK OF EFFORT IN HELPING ME.
