Stay Away!!My daughter went today to try to pick up a prescription. Even though they had her insurance information on file, they said they had to verify her insurance and she has always used her insurance card to verify prescription coverage. But today was told by the lady that is always rude when you pick up prescriptions, that she needed a prescription card… Never have had to use a prescription card anywhere else, they have always verified through the insurance card. So why is CVS any different? We have been long time customers, but no more. You lost ANOTHER customer!

I came in at 130 to fill my prescription I’m assuming that they were on lunch to 2pm there was a woman behind the desk that clearly worked for the pharmacy i ask her if i can just ask her a quick question she literally told me she couldn’t answer my question till after 2 o clock ……. It was a simple quick question that just like she told me not till 2pm she could have quickly answered for me in the same breathe but blew me off and wouldn’t tell me anything other than not till after 2pm. I am a veteran and have been treated better in foreign countries I’ll remember her face and will call to speak with management.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!! They are complete MORONS!! They refused to fill my prescription (which was sent in by a DOCTOR). Then gave me some stupid excuse, then my doctor called them to find out why they were being idiots about the prescription, and they proceeded to argue with him. Glad I didn't waste any money there.P.S.- Get someone to work the freaking front counter, and spray some febreeze or something inside your "Pharmacy"...it smells like moldy cardboard and feet!!

I've never had any problems with this cvs. All of the employees i have encountered were always polite and helpful. They've always took good care of me.

So the pharmacy drive thru has had a sign stating “drive thru not work for AT LEAST 6 months. Because that’s the last time I came here. Now due to my current pharmacy being out of a meds my son desperately needs I came back to CVS, the sign is still up. This is a huge inconvenience that this is still “closed!” Especially with 2 littleKids in tow having to get out and come inside. If the drive thru was closed 6 months ago when I last visited then I’m sure it was probably closed before that too. Get it together CVS! The first time I came I asked about it and the guy told me it was a staffing issue. Today I didnt even ask cause now I’m just annoyed and won’t have anything nice to say about it so I’m choosing to keep my mouth shut! But get it together CVS! Get more staff or get your drive thru fixed whatever the excuse it is!

surprisely for a pharmacy located out in the country, these folks are not laid back. they are efficient, hard working and gets the job done. done my covid testing here, it was fast, in and out. got my vaccines here too, it was fast also in and out. had many prescriptions that was sent here and its always fast. accurate and ready. thank u lytle cvs. keep up the good work. They were very professional. We were walk ins . They took us promptly . They were able to get us in for the vaccine booster shot .Paul was kind and helpful. It was an easy process . I felt comfortable. He cared about our well being. I would recommend them . Walk in time starts at 10:00 until 6:00. You'll need to show i.d and have vaccine card if you were previously vaccinated.

Completely incompetent pharmacist. They shorted my oldest daughter on a steroid over half the prescription, messed up my youngest daughters antibiotics by not mixing in enough suspension fluid, and gave me an emergency injectable prescription and no way to inject it. Are these people even trained?

Was turned away for a COVID-19 vaccine for my 11 year old grandson. Healthy, no fever, cough, chills, just needed his 2nd dose..Now you know you can really depend on CVS. Thank you for the service

Pharmacist refused to give me COVID booster shot saying that I had to wait 6 months from my initial vaccine. I received J&J in late June. J&J only requires you to wait 2 months. I showed him the CDC website and the CVS WEBSITE that stated a two month waiting period for J&J and he refused.

Olivia.A worker from that place told me I need to wait on my daughter medication if I want it free.She say free because I had Medicaid.I can't understand why a employee judge me for what kind of insurance I had. It's no her problem.I transfer my medicine somewhere else it’s incompetent people running that place.

Checked their website for a specific service, which, according to their site, they provided and hence went to this location. Upon entering the store, no worker could be found, except for the people working in the pharmacy area. I approached the counter and all got busy immediately. Not one asked if I needed help. I had to wait for quite some time before one appeared to show some sort of attention to me being present and waiting. Then I inquired about the service I was looking for and was told that only the stores in San Antonio offered that particular service. It would have been okay to get that answer, if it wouldn't have been for the rudeness from that female employee. Long story short, unless I have a dire need or emergency I will not conduct any more business at this location.

Scheduled a covid test yesterday for 4 pm today... very sick...drove there only to find out they didn’t have it! So no testing... this is why I hate using the internet! And I can promise you I will NEVER use cvs again! And with a 3.whatever.. I can see that many others don’t like cvs either!!! No wonder sooooo many are speeding the virus...with service like this!

This CVS DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR....BEYOND PIST AND DISGUSTED WITH THE TECH THAT WORKED LAST NIGHT 12/7/16 AND THE PHARMACIST. I AM A LICENSED TECHNICIAN AS WELL AND I KNOW WHAT OUR JOB CONSIST OF...THE FACT THAT I JUST GOT OUT OF SURGERY EARLIER IN THE DAY AND WAS NOT ABLE TO TAKE MY 2 PRESCRIPTIONS IN RIGHT AWAY....HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT...I WAITED TIL 6PM FOR MY HUSBAND TO GET HOME SO HE COULD TAKE ME TO DROP THEM OFF...IT WAS ALMOST 7 BY THE TIME WE GOT THERE...15 TIL....HE TOLD THE KID AT THE WINDOW WERE WAITING FOR THEM. SHE JUST GOT OUT THE HOSPITAL...HE TOLD US COME BACK IN 30 MINUTES THEY WOULD BE READY....WE CAME BACK AROUND I'M 20MIN...SAT IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING WITH OUR LIGHTS ON WAITING...NOTICED THE GUY WAS LOCKING 1 DOOR, AND SO WE DROVE AROUND TO THE DRIVE THRU NOTICED THE WINDOW CLOSED...DROVE BACK RO THE FRONT...AND ALL THE LIGHTS WERE OFF...QERE WAITED FOR THEM TO COME TO THE DOOR TO ASK FOR MY MEDICATIONS....AND YES THEY COULD HAVE TURNED EASILY AROUND TO GRAB THEM BUT INSTEAD DECIDED TO TURN US AWAY...MY HUSBAND WAS BEYOND PIST WITH THEIR DECISIONS AS I AM....THE FACT THAT YOU KNOW EW WE WERE WAITING AND THAT WE TOLD YOU...I WAS JUST RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL...TO THE PHARMACIST...YOU ABOVE ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES I HOLD LIABLE FOR....YOU HAVE THE ONE DUTY AS A DOCTOR....BECAUSE IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW....PHARMACIST ARE DOCTORS....He COULD HAVE TURNED AROUNDTO GET MY MEDICATIONS AND INSTEAD YOU RAN TO YOUR CAR....I WILL NOT BE FILLING ANY OF MY MEDICATIONS HERE ANY LONGER...AND WOULD RATHER PAY MORE OR DRIVE FURTHER OUT OF MY WAY, TO PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS, PATIENTS AND CUSTOMERS.STILL LEAVING THIS POST HERE....BUT GLAD TO HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK TO THE ASSISTANT MANAGER TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT THE EVENING SHIFT HAD DONE TO A PATIENT/CUSTOMER....I'M STILL PISSED AT THE NIGHT GUYS WHO WORKED AND DIDN'T HELP ME...BUT THE MORNING CREW HAD NO IDEA AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, NICE, WE'LL IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT A FEW APPLES FELL TOO FAR FROM THE TREE.
