I returned to see if I could get a refund for the battery, and they were awesome and very helpful in returning my money and offering some good advice in regards to the vehicle. Made the mistake of sending my mom to get a new battery for her car here, it took them over 2 hours to replace it, it should of took 15 minutes max, then they left loose bolts and could not fully close the hood, they said if any issues to bring it back, as you know there is no waiting room at AutoZone, and having an older woman stand in the parking lot for over two hours and leaving her car in unsafe to drive is just not right.

This is the best AutoZone store. It doesn’t matter if I called them on the phone or I go in to the store, they are always friendly and they do everything to find the part I need and to explain any questions I might have. And they do it in a happy and cheerful manner. You cannot beat this service. I love these people they are wonderful.

On this hot day of 101° my A/C went out in my truck. Isaiah was so helpful, he completed a diagnostic test & tested the fuses. He was able to see that a fuses that burnt out, he removed & replaced the this fuse & fixed my A/C. This fuse cost $5 but the time, care & customer services that Isaiah provide me is truly priceless. Thank you sir for helping my daughter's & dog stay cool.

05-02-23 Got stranded off highway 35 N, went into auto zone in Lytle TX and was help by Asst. Mgr Kevin and employ Jose. They both assisted and lent me tool needed to fix my vehicle and continue on my journey home. They are very good at this Auto Zone. They found the problem and they had the part we needed. At a very reasonable price. This Auto Zone location has by far exceeded any other in customer service Thanks to the wonderful Ms Tasha who went above and beyond quickly stepped into action to find the battery I needed because it wasn’t in system then She installed it for me without me having to ask I’ve bought other battery’s at other stores I usually bring it home and have my spouse install it then I have to go back to get the core deposit. She seriously made my day because I had never changed a battery But I was determined to figure it out “I know sadly I’ve always relied on others” but I took a crash course with her today Thank you 🙏 so much Tasha today you where truly a blessing to me in a time on need! May others learn from you because you set the bar high lady.
