Stopped here for some candied jalapeños. They only had the big jars so I got 1. Before pulling off I decided go ahead grab 2 even though they are big. The gentleman working was so nice!! I ended up with an even better deal and I got 3 😁

Fairly decent selection. Ranging from chicken, beef, and pork. Raw unseasoned, seasoned, or smoked. With a few oddities such as quail and rabbit. There is also a large selection of various jams, salsas, queso, pickles, and pickled eggs.Along with a small bakery, breakfasts foods, such as kolaches and burritos. There is also a small coffee shop in the building. However, I'm not sure if they're together or separate. The only thing is, (although I can not compare as it's my first time in any meat market that isn't a grocery store), the prices seem a bit high. (Again, I can't compare it to any other, and it very well could be good or normal pricing)The only thing I would like to have seen is information about the animals, the farm they're raised at, and the people who raise and butcher the animals. Along with the time and date, the animal was butchered. How often they cycle through the old meat to bring in fresh meat. And the location they are butchered.

The person who manages their social media argues with other small business online. Then defends their stance by telling potential customers in a new market that they do not need their business. Very unprofessional and not ethical business practices. We should build up our fellow small businesses. FYI, I don’t have a business currently or a dog in the hunt except to choose where I am a customer. Bashing even a competitor will make me do business elsewhere.

9$ for the world's smallest brisket sandwich.. in the state of Texas of all places, and it was swimming and drowning in BBQ suace. Not even sliced only chopped. Tasted the same as Lloyd's from walmart but for double the price. Go to the BB-Q Pitt about 20 minutes north of this place and you'll get a $5 brisket burger with bacon and onions the size of Texas, smoked inside of a SMOKE HOUSE and no bbq sauce, just a house sauce on the side so you can actually taste the flavor of the meat and not just bbq sauce. Yellow Rose makes their brisket sandwiches like they aren't from Texas.

Bought a package of shrimp boudin it doesn’t say spicy on the label but when eat it, it so spicy and a salt bomb!!! The sausages don’t have flavor and NO SMOKED AT ALL!!! Eckrich is much better than your product.

The chopped on beef was horrible, exactly like the stuff you at Walmart. Lloyds in the red plastic container. And small. A huge rip off.
