At what point am I going to receive a paycheck for getting my own cart, find my own products, and checking them out. The only time I had assistance was the person checking my receipt on the way out making sure I checked out myself correctly.

Don't expect to call up there and talk to a real person. At least not after 10 pm. Even though they close at 11. I tried to call for 20 minutes because I left important photos up there. No one in any department, including the store operator, answered. I called 9 times in 20 minutes. I ended up driving up there again and finding them myself. Also, please riddle me this. They put allergy medicine by the candles. As someone who is sensitive and allergic to them, I have to smell them every single time I get my allergy medicine.

Totally raciest and biased people are working in this wallmart Lumberton branch. Today i went with my father to transfer money through western union the old lady on the counter refused to send money because my father gave me money in front of counter. We called assistant manager she came and instead sorting problem she was totally agree with that lady. My father is old too he asked for senior manager and that old man came and agree with his co-workers.We are living in lumberton for more than 15 years and we are regular customers even I mentioned that. They don't have even respect for seniors citizens, their neighbours and their customers.My question is if I went out, grab money and come back again than what? or if I send money through other branch than where the policy stands? If it is a policy than why it is not written clearly at counter? What is the role of manager to sort problem or to support their team?It seems to be they don't want to work and they don't care if the business loose their customer.

Walmart Lumberton, Texas....April 16,2024My husband and I went to this Walmart this morning..we did our shopping just like everyone else. When we were ready to check out..as usual we go to a live person known as a cashier/employee. The reason for this is because I don't like being stopped at the door to show a receipt. Now as we were leaving the cashier/employee not all the way out of LANE another employee was coming our way ..he had a Walker and" he says I saw ya'll come in this morning "..so my husband was going to go to the restroom, but they were cleaning it.The man with walker passed me up and threw his walker to the side and asked for the receipt.WOW!!!! I said you just seen us come from the register..what you don't trust your cashiers, now all of a sudden he can't hear so I repeated what I said, so he tells me he is trying to keep his job because his manager was right behind me. So I gave him and his manager some words.Mind you we were followed to the door to see what kind of car we were in.When we get in the car that's when my husband tells me that they had been following us through the store.WALMART EVERY BLACK PERSON DON'T STEAL...I KNOW THAT THIS BEHAVIOR AT WALMART WILL CONTINUE....HOWEVER IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN TO ME. WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY AND WE CAN SPEND IT WHERE WE CHOOSE AND WALMART WE WILL NOT CHOOSE TO SPEND OUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH YA'LL EVER AGAIN....IM SUPPOSED TO WORRY ABOUT HIS JOB....WHAT THE HELL ABOUT OUR INTEGRITY AND DIGNITY . WE TAKE ENOUGH CRAP TO MAKE OUR MONEY AND YOU THINK WE'RE GOING TO TAKE THE CRAP TO SPEND IT????

It's a Walmart... Ok, to be fair the staff are willing to help, more often cheerful in appearance. The bathrooms by the tech section in the back tend to be cleaner if you can hold it. Lots of parking and its rare to not be able to get a cart because the cart pushers work hard.

You can never find anybody to help you find what you're looking for. Then after wandering around for an hour looking for something if you need to get out in a hurry you better check yourself out. It's a shame that you go to a store like Walmart and you have to do their job.

This walmart must be a new place they're testing technology/ efficiency. All of the price tags are digital. All cold areas had doors which means it's not freezing and the carts were really cool! It was clean and easy to find what we were looking for.

I purchased the Walmart+ service to take advantage of black Friday deals and have the convenience of delivery.I left a tip for the driver and reserved a time of 6 to 8 pm for my delivery of a TV and SD card.Never received the delivery and after two days called back to be informed that I would have to pick it up at the store.I was also told that the tip would be refunded and it hasn't been.After all this I could have just bought the TV for normal price and would have saved money.Horrible service.No reason to continue my service

It's Walmart, if in 2024 you need to read review about Walmart you must of been locked in an cage for past 50 years. It's the mecca of the weird and unique people of SETX. My only real complaints is cash is always a pain to use there. You're pretty much forced to do self checkout cause they have maybe one line open with an actual casheir.. so all in all it's Walmart , what more can you say🤷‍♂️

Gotta love Walmart. Everything you need all in one store, and if you can't find it in the store just look on the Walmart online site. Although the friendly faces and brief conversations with other friends in passing. Make it worth shopping in person. My daughter also likes to get her hair cut there.

Tried to buy air filters for my car but couldn't. The only way to find the right filters was by scanning the QR code. The problem is that there was no Wl Fi and the metal building prevents look up on cell phones.

I Steve am very tired of coming into this Walmart and SWEATING. Just coming to get a few things and go back home. I am 71 & crippled but I still get around but we were not in there 15 minutes and I was sweating and I mean sweating, I had sweat coming from my hair down my face in my eyes under my arms down my back. I'm thinking we should boycott this store for a week or two and cause them a couple weeks of bad or very bad bottom lines in the make some money area. Walmart is just a few pennies lower then the other stores and higher prices for some items then other stores. The new owners think we the people are stupid but they best look at the what we are saying and make the temperature in the store comfortable to shop in and stop running the temperature so high we 😓 sweat. I could have spent more on things but I was already sweating and it was getting close to running down my glasses and that's when some people start throwing things & breaking things because now they can't see. This is because the store is way to hot to shop in. Letting you know what to do. Steve

I don't understand how this walmart is organized compared to other walmarts. The clothing section seems to be a clearance for both men's and women's, all strewn about. Quite confusing.

I think self checkout takes away people's jobs. I refuse to use self checkout.But also since the remodel employees seem to be more friendly.The music is really loud. Especially in the bathroom.

The employees are great. I hate having to shop here. It is a dishonest store. They pull so-called fresh baked bread out of the freezer and put it on the shelf. There are no dates attached. And when I brought this to the managers attention, they said it is supposed to come out of the fridge or freezer, but that it should have had a date on it. Check your dates! If your food doesn't seem fresh, it's because it isn't. I have gone in this store on more than one occasion and found cold fresh baked bread on the shelves in the bakery area and on the bread aisle. I'm just passing on to my fellow consumers.

Low on stock. Very few clerks to assist you. Fire hazard when they block access area especially in the meat department. The space between the coolers is almost always blocked with carts of stock to be put up. It's not very clean.

A little better stocked than Silsbee store but Walmart needs to order more of the items that are popular and keep their app updated on stock. Tried ordering cat food for a while now and it is never available at store after seeing it available for pickup on the app. Walmart+ needs to be improved because the scan and go never can verify items

I live in Silsbee, but work in Lumberton. But even if I didn't work here I would still choose to drive to the Lumberton Walmart. It's honestly a better store than the one in Silsbee, even the employees seem to be friendlier at this store. I recently needed a new pair of slip resistant work shoes and having a wide foot can make finding nice shoes that are also wide twice as hard. But I was surprised to find a perfect pair and at a good price. Oh and I recently needed a oil change and decided to get one while I was here...$20 cheaper than the regular place I go.#lovelumbertonwalmart

I love this Walmart, however, whoever decided to put CANDLES right by the ALLERGY medicine is very insensitive to people with allergies. Now I am having a headache and sneezing everytime I go buy my allergy medicine! I'm not a person who complains, but this is not okay. I'm sure more people have this problem.
