I took my 5 month old puppy there at noon. She has had much anxiety when we have tried to get her groomed to we got a sedative from our vet. We gave it to her a half out before her appointment time and when I called 4.5 hours later to check and see if she was ready they said they haven’t gotten to her yet. Totally unacceptable for a new puppy who is already scared. We will not go back there.

They take amazing care of both my dogs. They take care to learn your dogs temperament and they communicate with you as needed.I wouldn't say that my dog is an easy dog to deal with, he's VERY excitable and has ZERO recall ability. It's something we are working on, but we love him all the same. I recently had to go out of town for a family emergency and had to board him for about 10 days. I was very worried about leaving him in someone elses care because of how difficult he can be. But they took wonderful care of him and almost seemed sad to see him go when I picked him up!I feel like they honestly care about your pet here, and, the prices are more than reasonable. From grooming to boarding, these guys are great.

I've been taking my Shih Tzu there for about a year now & I love them. They're always sweet & great with Daisy, moderately priced & only a couple miles from my house (which is a bonus for me). And of course they do a great job with her grooming. She always looks adorable & smells great after her spa days.

I wouldn’t have even given this place one star if I didn’t have too. I left specific details how I wanted my dog groomed. When I got there she was totally shaved and gapped up. I asked to speak to manager he came and told me that my dog had yeast all over her. So that’s why they shaved her. Then proceeded to tell me she was hard to groom which was the total truth as to why they gapped her up and shaved her . Got an appointment at the vet and she did not have yeast it was razor burn from hot clippers. I’m not even sure if the person I spoke with was even the manger or what they were. I told him/her if he could not-have done the cut I wanted he should have called me instead of taking it upon himself to do what he wanted . I didn’t ask him to treat my dog I ask him or her to groom her. I paid for a service they took my money and did what they wanted to do! Now my dog is being treated for clipper burn . Bad service!

My dogs live stay at K-9 Kwik Klip when we travel. They are treated well and the staff is so nice. Pricing is very reasonable for boarding and grooming. We have nothing bad to say about this business only good thing.

Love this place! They take care of my dog as if he were one of their own! Never any problems and always satisfied. Some of the workers have gotten especially attached to my baby and it makes me feel even more comfortable because I know that he's getting lots of attention. They are open until 6pm during the week, and have waited a little after that when I was running late in the past. My mother has had the same experience boarding her two dogs as well. True dog lovers here!

Emma, my 60 lb Lab wasn't thrilled, but I liked it! I dropped off a smelly chocolate lab, and picked up a good smelling, although anxious, clean smelling pooch! She stayed smelling good for almost a week! (Good for her)Good service, priced fair.

We first took our two boxers here for baths and nail clipping. We were happy with their service and the pricing was fair. Shortly thereafter we took in both dogs for an overnight boarding. Both on the phone and in person I stated we would be by to pick them up the following afternoon around 3 or 4 pm. We dropped them off around 3 pm and went to pick them up the next day at 3:30 pm. Much to our surprise, they charged us for two days of boarding even though our dogs only stayed one night. When asked, we were informed that their policy was to charge for a second night if the animals were not picked up before noon. Neither on the phone, nor in person, were we informed of this. Had we known, we would have moved up our schedule and picked them up before noon. When asked, even their manager refused to admit that they should have advised us of this policy up front. Making this policy even more ignorant, they also do doggy day care. When I asked if they could have just charged for a 4 hour day care (their minimum), their manager said they “can’t move dogs from boarding to day care.” She wouldn’t provide a reason, just that they won’t do so. Obviously their reason is so they can charge for a full extra day rather than a few additional hours. … Although unhappy about this, we decided to give them one more chance. We called the following week to have both boxers boarded on a Saturday. I said we would pick them up before noon on Sunday. Here is where it gets completely ridiculous. They are only open for pickup from 3 pm to 5 pm on Sunday. So 3 pm is the earliest we could pick them up. Yet they still charge for a second day because they can’t be picked up before noon. If they were open at noon, I could understand their sticking by their policy, no matter how unfair it may be. But since they don’t open for pickup until 3 pm on Sunday, there is no possible way they should feel justified in charging for a second day, as it is their office hours that don’t allow a pickup before noon. Greedy, plain and simple. … This is not how other boarding facilities work. I spoke with three other boarding facilities in the area, and none of them have this policy. Needless to say, we will not be using K9 Kwik Klips in the future. Count me as one extremely dissatisfied ex-customer. … And my wife sums it up very nicely “they bite.”

Extremely disappointed. Made appt on a friday, was called back to say they overbooked but if I brought my poodle the next Monday, she would be done first. None of this happened. When your pet is sitting in a small kennel for almost 7hrs, unacceptable. Will not be returning.

Not impressed. Brought my small Yorkie pups in for a classic teddy bear cut and that is NOT what they received. The cut was incredibly too short, especially in the face. It's going to take a long time to grow it back out where it won't look awkward. Won't be going back.

I have used K-9 Kwik Klip for over 10 years and NEVER once have I had a bad experience. I have boarded him and I would and do recommend them to any and everyone. They love those babies and treat them just like they treat you or I.

The first experience AND THE LAST: I call a week in advance to booked my 2 dogs for boarding for 1 night, Saturday and wanted to p/u on Sunday. The lady that took the reservation obviously was new and had to ask, while I was on the phone about p/u on Sunday; I could hear the other lady in the background say "we are no longer open on Sunday, as long as they are p/u on Monday before 12:00 PM you DON'T pay for Sunday night boarding. Ok cool, I THOUGHT!!!Took the dogs this past Saturday am, they lady at the front desk OBVIOUSLY IS MISERABLE either with her job or WHATEVER, she was VERY COLD & RUDE, but the girl that came to take them back seemed to be good with them.I came back on Monday am to p/u my dogs and it was NOT a good EXPERIENCE. The lady st the front desk (was asked when we dropped them off, we said Saturday the 28th and she gave us a total amount of $34.00. I quickly said we are only supposed to pay for Saturday which should of been $17.00 for 1 and 15.00 for 1.This man (was told he was the owner, WOW)behind her at the copier RUDELY jumped in and "said we ALWAYS charged for Sunday, all kennals around here do!" After some going back and for with him, he finally told the lady just charge them for one night, "but in the future they will be charged for Sunday. I said "well we won't use you anymore" and "he said that's fine, YOU HAVE A BLESSED DAY!!"I thought what a way to say "F--- off lady!!!
