I do not expect much from a dollar store. However if you goto the one in Beaumont or Silsbee it is much cleaner and fully stocked.

this store is always in disarray and with the shelves half empty.I never really realized how bad it was until I went into the one in silsbee and seen how nice and neat it was and the shelves stocked full

Love this dollar tree has become more like a craft store but as a mother and grandma no complaints there more affordable fun projects to do with kiddos

On entering the Lumberton store realized I needed the restroom so went to the restroom but the door was locked. I needed to go before I shopped so I went back to the front & asked the checker if she could open restroom. She said it should be open but she would see about it 'as soon as she could'. I found what I wanted in the store but restroom still locked. Went back to front again where the only checker I saw had a line of three people but acted like she didn't recognize me from 15 minutes prior. Now maybe this seems like a petty complaint to you but I consider it rude to me. Yes I complained to the manager & no I did not buy the items I had picked up & no I will not return.

Love this place. We recently lost everything in Harvey and when I realized I needed a knife to make dinner, I ran here.I Google craft ideas and get items needed from the Dollar Store. Not to mention kids love being able to buy toys here with their money.** That is an old review. Now they've changed prices to $1.25 and added a lot of the $5 stuff so I avoid it. I can just go elsewhere now for the same prices. Kinda sad.

This place is one of my favorites. You have to shop carefully & know your prices because like any store, there can be things that are over valued. That being said, I've never been treated rudely & have found some fantastic buys. You never know what you'll find, but it's always worth going there.

this location has everything you need, refrigerated items and decorations, crafts and more. I love the dollar tree candy so I always show up for the candy and the faux flowers. I have big beautiful bouquets consisting of dollar tree flowers.

Well we didn't get to go in to shop.....most dollar trees open at 8am and this one doesn't open until 9am so I definitely don't like that and I can't wait around 15 minutes for it to open we are a good while from home...

Love their helpful nature and $1.00 cheater/reader glasses. I have them all over my house and in my car both 3.25 and 2.50; ones to match reading fine print and ones for viewing my computer.

Miss label products and then will not honor the label price on their newly priced products! Then the manager was a snippy ugly attitude about it.

The store in Lumberton,Texas is awesome. Stocked well, clean, and the cashers very friendly. I shopped in the Port Arthur store and it was horrible. Nothing on the shelves, boxes everywhere. Employees talking on their cell phone and cashier not friendly. Not a good experience.

Overall experience was less than ideal. There were no dollars or trees... several times during my browsing I could hear racial slurs being used however this is probably more of an issue with the indigenous client base as these were not store employees. Also no ribeye steaks we're available for one dollar as advertised on the exterior banner.

This store is absolutely disgusting and filthy. Went in with a list, but left empty handed due to the outrageously poor condition of the store. The 5 star reviews are not believable. Those people must be shopping at a different location.

Love the Dollar tree!! Only issue is corporate controls their sir and it is do hot in there . Great selection of products ,school supplies ,etc. Has a little something for everyone.

Hello and God bless. It's good for quick stops for snacks, drinks, dish/laundry soap, tissue etc. Needed a screwdriver, philips, but they didn't have any. Limited on tools.

Nice location. Cashier was being stingy when I asked for smaller bills in change. Gave me some weird reason that she has to guard the small bills. Just plain dumb!

The lady in there was so rude. She acted like blowing up some balloons was the worst kind of imposition. She wouldn't even speak to us. She spoke to her co worker so I know she wasn't mute. I didn't catch her name but she had long Sandy brownish blondish hair and rbf.

Lots of birthday stuff from bags n bows to cards, hair and bathroom products, paper products, even kitchen utensils, great for classroom trinkets or candy baskets. Clean, never crowds.

NO MATTER THE DAY OR NITE OR TIME OF YEAR THERE'S ALWAYS 1 CASHIER DONT MATTER HOW LONG THE LINE. RARELY WILL SOMEONE OPEN UP ANOTHER LINE. I SEE PEOPLE GET FED UP AND LEAVE MERCHANDISE AND WALK OUT. THE STORE IS ALWAYS VERY WARM TO HOT. I THOUGHT IT WAS ME BUT I HEAR OTHERS SAY THE SAME THING.
