I’m a frequent shopper at the store in Lumberton and the employees have always been helpful and nice. Today an employee went above and beyond to help me out. He was understanding and led me to a product in my price range. If you go in the store and see a gentleman wearing sunglasses you will know you are about to have an amazing experience!

Sales are non refundable, the products purchased were not working. The employee did not seem to care whether or not my money was gone to a product that did not work or was to my satisfaction. The employee took the 2nd non working product and stuck something she grabbed from the counter and used it to unclog the product to make it work. I understand this is not necessarily a high priority, but it was unsanitary and lazy to make a product work that is supposed to be ready when purchased. I do not recommend this place, I simply could have received what I had asked for, if not exchange it for the same product, one that worked.

I’m very new around town, and I walks into the store to see a lovely worker named Ariel! She was so kind to help me out and show me different products. She was really knowledgeable about the products too!

Having managed a Vape shop; I genuinely admire this place. They got all the products one could ever think of. The sales rep was super friendly and helpful. I liked the CBD gummies I got for my dogs Sasha & Simba. They made them calm and eased happy. Again thank you for your help. Ive been going here for about 7-8 months if i had to guess. price on coils for most pod mods are pretty good and fair not a huge selection on salt nic, but pretty huge selection on disposibles and e-juce. good glass and good selection of cbd and delta 8,ect.

I am super impressed with TX Herbal House! I just visited the store for the first time, and I’m blown away by the quality selection of products. They don’t only carry CBD items! They have a nice selection of vape juice and salt NIC, as well as disposable devices! Let me also mention the super chill vibe of the store and the hospitality of the owner! It’s so clean and organized, and the store owner is so so friendly! It’s very refreshing to see a young and successful business owner who is humble and genuine! I will definitely frequent this place!
