This place is really in need of an upgrade. It is not the most comfortable place to take a shower due to all of the discoloration/mold. Towels need to be upgraded, but they did seem to be properly washed. Behind the door had a lot of debri on the ground. Hot water and pressure were really good. However, the issue was trying to get cool water to come out lol. All in all, if in need of a shower, this place does get a green light, though it wouldn't be the first choice. Only 3 showers in total and parking is crazy but manageable. Staff was friendly which is a plus.

I have stopped here a few times traveling to Wimberly. They have a huge sun flower seed selection for some reason... The food from loves is grab and go style. This loves also offers subway sandwiches. The restrooms are descent and clean. if you need to make a quick pit stop to fill your belly and your tank they got you hear.

DisappointingUnder construction and May be better soon.More than half the pumps were roped off and out of service. More had individual closed signs.Sign at building door said bathrooms not available but they actually were if you went down a dusty hall with construction on the opposite wall.New bathrooms were clean and nice.One supposedly open pump couldn’t accept any credit cards and didn’t give normal error messages.The opposite side of that same pump worked fine after we drove around.Overall, this was a challenging and not worthwhile stop.

Very small stop but it was very clean. Even the cashier name Joseph was very friendly, funny and energetic. But 18 wheeler drivers have to park on the dirt. The women's restroom 🚽 was very clean. They have a subway shop in the store as well. Oh BTW, my step dad said the men's restroom 🚽 was sort of dirty.

I think the people here are nice and professional unlike the truck drivers that park in the fuel aisles only to do their business or to get a subway sandwich and don’t let other drivers fuel and get out of the way. It would be a guess but I’m sure.. Loves owns that dirt parking lot next to loves? Why not earn more money and add pumps? Makes sense, I’m sure drivers will still be uncourteous. Just saying

I bought a sandwich and I asked where I could pay for it. Girl at the cashier stand said in a really loud voice “ you can pay for it here. Then when we asked for napkins she was like “No we don’t have any”. I saw napkins near the stand. I hope next time loves can fulfill my needs.

On March 9 I was having a terrible day, I was on my way to San Antonio when my tire went flat. A young man named Jacob kindly assisted me, and changed my tire. Thank you to him and to love’s for allowing their employees to go above and beyond.

2 stars for you. The semi lot is just too small dear Love's peoples. The store is rather small as well. Odd entry and exit into lot. So not my favorite. Please stop hanging paper towel dispensers so low that the paper towel touches the sink, that's just nasty as can be. I'm not a man so I didn't give the men's bathroom a go. The women's bathroom was eh. You were out of the only keychain I wanted to purchase. Please restock that slot promptly. PS...There is NO FREE indoor WiFi

Stopped here to pump diesel and to cash a comdata fuel advance check. As soon as I walk in all I got was weird looks from the cashiers not even a hello welcome to loves like they do at other locations, I came up to the register the lady automatically turns me down from cashing the comdata check accusing me of a fraudulent check. She didn’t even BOTHER to pick up the phone and simply call ComData to confirm the check JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER TRUCK STOP DOES. I even suggested she did call them because I really needed the fuel right at that moment, when I suggested she call them all she did was laugh and walk away. NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH DISRESPECT AT ANY OTHER LOVES As someone that’s been on the road all week you can only imagine how frustrating and so inconvenient it was to even stop here. I honestly advise ALL TRUCK DRIVERS TO NOT COME HERE ! THE PEOPLE WORKING HERE ARE COMPLETELY LAZY AND RUDE. Not mention the mess that they have going on in there!

It’s a small but decent Loves. “Very Dirty Bathrooms”. I am normally on interstate 20 and always stop at Loves for snacks and gas. I always stop at Loves because they normally are very clean and have great bathrooms. Not sure if this one had a change of management or something because previous reviews I see says they have clean bathroom but they were very dirty. Most of the store felt a bit grungy compared to any other Loves I’ve been too.

Located off I-10 at exit 632, in Luling, Texas. Always have the best luck at Love's Truck stops as is the case with the location. Clean store and clean restrooms. With friendly staff.

This place has one working toilet and charged me $18 to use the restroom in a shower because they had a line of 20 people trying to use the one toilet at a truck stop with 70 trucks parked out back ridiculous avoid this pos at all cost especially overnight parking

Stopped in for a quick stop to stretch our legs. Bathrooms were clean. It's a small location, very busy. The gentleman who was stocking the floor was very helpful. We asked and he actually took us to the item we asked about. I think it might have been extra busy here because the Buccee's down the street was a mad parking lot.

This has to be the worst Loves gas station I've been in. I don't write reviews on gas stations, but needed to on this. Dirty, bathrooms was very gross, the baby station had cleaning supplies on it, in a mess also!!. Dirty not cooked signs on top of the brats cooker, condiments was either out or very low on product, also very dirty. No diet Pepsi any where, also products laying on the floor. The clerk was very nice and friendly, we told her about the mess, she said thanks for letting us know. But as we left the store and we was her last customer she didn't look like she was going to let anyone know or take care of it herself.

Customer service is the worst; Not a quick stop nor a pleasant one, avoid if at all possible. If you are creative you can make-a-spot in the dirt lot. Midnight management is the worst. I'll update after i fuel in the morning.

My wife is on crutches she stopped in to get gas, pump didn't have any paper for receipt she had to hobble in on crutches to get receipt. Guy at registered ignored her standing there waited on 3 other customers. She asked can I get my receipt? Guy responded back sooner or later.

They are all along the I10 road, which is great.I use their app to save some.To bad they do not carry Ethenol Free gas.Only down side for me.

09-25-21 Stopped in to use the facilities and grabb a quick snack. Men's Bathroom was clean, along with a well stocked clean store. I like this location, because you can get in, and back out, on the road in no time. Not really commenting the store it's self but one of their employees makes it worth everything it takes to get there. The grace of her presence and spectacular customer service Plus being able to look into her colored eyes . Hispanic female worked nights long nails. Never could see her badge too busy adoring her eyes.
