There is absolutely no leadership and no guidance in the pro department.They have guys that have been over there for years And they do entirely too much playing and wasting time.Where us contractors take Hours getting in getting all the supplies and trying to get out.I was Standing in front of the desk while each of them played on the looked at me Never asked what we needed help with just kept playing and typing on their personal phones.

I always have a problem trying to use my military discount at Home Depot. After several minutes of trying to locate the correct page on the website a supervisor asked if I needed help. As we were talking I managed to locate the correct page from the website. He said that it was a common problem and when he tried to use the website for his own purchases it will not work at all.

I applied to work here. Got an email saying they are moving forward with my application, Log in to proceed with the next step in the hiring process...but when I try to log in....It says they are having trouble finding my info! So....I try to go to the contact us page for help, and it takes me to an OOPS...page not found screen! I WITHDRAW my application...I DO NOT want to work for this disorganized treat you like cattle instead of a person company!

I love the plants here. They also have great sales on appliances. We got a 6pc set of samsung appliances for $3,300 during their independence day sale a year ago ('23)

Great place for most of ur paint needs.......this place was the only store that had the stain that I needed cause I got it from our small town store in crockett they ran out cause I bought the only 5 gallon bucket that our town had, so had to go out of town to get this stain only down fall only sold it in 1 gals instead of a 5 gallon.... would have Been cheaper but it is what it is recommended this place for any home projects or out door projects....

Freezer ordered online Nov 10 and we were told Nov 11 with all day window. Not delivered and email said no one home. Not true. Spent 42 minutes while at work on hold on Nov 14 as no one had called to reschedule. No resolution. Called this morning and agent spoke to store manager who said delivery today. Now receive text saying no and, once again, they will call to reschedule….nope. Order is canceled and will not shop here anymore.

If your wanting brand new appliances go somewhere else! I placed an order for a washer and dryer on April 22nd. My washer and dryer came in at the same time the dryer was damaged so I had to reorder it. Brought my washer home and went to install it and it’s the wrong washer. They wouldn’t deliver so I had to spend more gas bringing it home then it was worth taking it back. The washer item number didn’t even match my invoice. Today I go to get my second dryer asked them to open the box so I could see it before loading it. The whole top was smashed in. Yet again I had to reorder a dryer! If this next one isn’t in mint condition I will ask for a refund and go elsewhere. This is uncalled for and horrible customer service on their part! They should be inspecting products before calling customer to come get the item.

This location is the gold standard when it comes to cleanliness and organization. I was only there to visit the garden center but was so impressed I had to put my items in my vehicle just to return to the other side. After walking the main store I can say without a doubt, all home depot's should look like this one. The homer buckets were in 1 location, not at the end of every isle getting in the way. The top to bottom organization is blue ribbon quality. If you're in a hurry, this is the place to get in and get out. The Lufkin, TX Home Depot managers should receive some sort of recognition for the outstanding appeal.

They were very helpful in apply for my homedepot credit card. They had excellent discounts going on for one that day including if you spent 1000$ which normally for me wouldn't be hard. I loooove ridgid tools. However, I guess being a little bit more of a backwater town their stock is a little lacking. So I ended up not buying as much as I had intended to. Trust me I spent a few hours running around trying my best to get that 1k discount. It just wasn't happening with the ridgid tools I wanted not being there. Staff was excellent help and though I didn't get everything I WANTED I did get everything I NEEDED. I'll be back I the future I hope their in store stock of ridgid tools goes up as some of their deals are "in store only"

Got our credit card # stole at this Home Depot... went there... talked with security and checker let her return item she bought with our stolen card # for cash money. Home Depot knew who she was... I don’t know what they did to checker but she violated policy...I did my own investigating and the thief was a local woman... I filed charges but never heard what happened??

Do NOT order anything from this store. They shorted me several boards, my deck paint and the concrete forms. The wood they did deliver was beyond waterlogged. To the point that handling it at all would soak your gloves. Many of the 4x4s were missing such a huge chunk they should have called them 3x3s. I will NEVER do business with Home Depot again

Bought a washer and dryer for the recent sale. Ordered all the suggested parts need for the free install and paid for delivery. Week later washer and dryer show up . Installer says you don't have the brackets needed to stack em in install. "Happens all the time" my options are refuse delivery and return and reorder( losing the sale price also requiring home depot to come get them store them than redeliver them a week later) or having it dropped off driving 50 mins round trip to get the brackets and installing it by myself disposing of all the trash; as disabled vet) I explained that the first option cost us both more money and the second screws me they agreed it was stupid but here we are. Back is completely trashed I can barely walk but in a few days when walk I can walk I can wash clothes. I hate Lowes but this pisssed me off enough that I might start shoping there. Couldn't be more disappointed if Home Depot started an onlyfans

It’s sometimes a hit or miss for this store but 4/5 times when I walk in I’m greeted multiple times and someone will either tell me where to go or walk me there. The last time I went the person helping me went above and beyond and walked me through the process and showed me my options and helped me make a decision based off my personal needs. Always clean. Parking lot is clean and always spots available. Low cashiers but quicker self checkouts w/someone available to help when needed.

I give it 3 star because even though they have a giant selection of whatever you're looking for, good luck getting someone to help you out. I needed help in the plumbing section and they said they would send someone to help me out. After a long time of waiting I just walked out. If you know what you're getting and where it is at that is great but if you need help then good luck.

I do not have a problem with the store itself, but just be weary of the vendors they use to install blinds. I bought blinds for my whole house and they came out to measure to ensure a perfect fit. They come to install and they did not fit right for whatever reason. Instead of the vendor saying "hmmm that does not seem right so I am going to wait to see what the customer thinks about it", he just went ahead and installed them had the attitude of "not my job, not my problem." So, pretty much stuck with a house that half of the blinds are right, and the other half are wrong.

Just ask questions at customer service. They will point you in the correct direction. Always read make sure you have what you need before leaving the store, especially, when a new Home Depot credit card is involved: all goods and services need to clearly printed on your reciept. All of the first purchase needs to be purchased at once; you cannot complete your first credit purchase away from the store with your cell phone. If you forgot something; just drive back to Home Depot and purchase it at Customer Service with the credit card information they gave you. Merry Christmas and A very Happy New Year to you 2!!!!!👺

I will say, I'm not from Lufkin, nor have I lived nearby in 15yrs, but I do visit from time to time for my parents who live on a nearby lake. Not sure I've met an associate who didn't know where something was, until this trip & it was a metal trash can that got them (I stumped 2), but 1 guy knew exactly where to look. Honestly, it's tough to know a store's stock & it's location in its entirety, so kudos to them

I found what I was looking for and then other items I needed or wanted. The store was clean. Every employee I came across greeted me and asked if I needed help. When I did need assistance they were pleasant and didn't hesitate.It just seems every thing is expensive. But since mostly what I purchased was one time only and cleaning supplies AND I found everything at Home Depot...5 stars and willing to pay a few pennies more.
