Posh Paws always does a great job taking care of all of our dogs! The staff is always helpful and friendly. Someone usually calls to verify what hair cut/how short, which I really appreciate. They do a good job of getting them in and out quickly if we them need to, and keeping you updated as to when they will be ready. Our pets always come home looking so good!

First off the one star is because she scheduled me for the same week that called to make an appointment.If you’re looking for friendly service you are at the wrong groomer!!!The owner isn’t very friendly at all!She was doing way too many things and leaving the pets unattended on the table while she accepts payment and makes appointments. My pet smelled just like it did when it was dropped off. So I guess it wasn’t given a bath. The nails weren’t done and I didn’t receive a text stating my pet was ready at the asked time. 4 hours is way too long to have a small puppy that isn’t used to a new person just sitting in a cage like an animal. The cut wasn’t what I asked for over the phone after giving extensive information about what I needed done to my pet and what cut I wanted. there were many spots that appeared to have been missed as if they were rushed cut so e longer spots than others. Lastly I was quoted $45 over the phone by the owner even after I explained why I was bringing in my pet she never said one word about charging more for what she said needed to be done. So in my book thats being dishonest! She had the other girl finish putting everything in the computer cause she sad her new fake nails were too long for her to do it and that is when I found out that she was charging an additional $10 for the matting so total $55 to Posh Paws Grooming. I was given high recommendation of PoshPaws with/ “Marcella Benedetti being the best!” This was mot my experience. She doesn’t have good customer service skills and appeared mad/angry both at the time of drop off and pick up. She did the exact same thing to a family friend several months ago. Quoted one price of $45 and when they got there she quoted $55. I will find a person who knows how to cut my pets hair correctly next time. I would not recommend Posh Paw or Marcella Benedetti.No I did not use my real name but I assure you I am a real customer.Tootie Remi’s Mama

They did an awesome job on our little guy, pricing is not too bad. Only problem is I advise you to call before you up there bc they randomly change their hours all the time without notice.

First visit ever, my appointment time was 10am I got there at 9:45. My dog set there for 6 hours and at 3:30, we just went in and picked him up. They never touched him. And then 3 days later he got sick with a light case of parvo. He is a 6yrold shih tzu, that has had his vaccines. And they never asked me for my record. This dog never leaves my house. The first time he does , this happened. $400.00 later. He is cured. I'm a groomer myself and have gotten too old to continue. So this is unacceptable in my eyes.

Absolutely satisfied!!! Took our little fur baby to get groomed and he looks great!! They did a fantastic job! He is a little bit of a handful but, they didn’t mind. So happy with the service we received! Super friendly and informative. Thank you guys so much! We will definitely be back!

Love this place. They give great cuts on my mini Aussiedoodle. He always is fresh and clean smelling when I pick him up. And oh my gosh always so cute looking when done.

Talked a big game but did not deliver. Kennels are old and beat up doghair from 10+ dogs all over the floor. Took our dog in and had to be called back in to " help" because they have ZERO experience. I HAD TO HELP WITH EVERY STEP AND DIDN'T EVEN GET WHAT WAS NEEDED DONE! Please do not bring your animals here! Do not recommend!

Can't say thank you enough to Posh Paws. We came from out of town for an unexpected funeral and the owner allowed our two pups to come stay while we were at the services! Made our reason for being in Lufkin so much easier knowing that our pup babies were being taken care of!! Thank you to the whole staff at Posh Paws!

They sedated my dog without my permission. When I called to ask if it was possible he got into something he shouldn’t have because he was lethargic and couldn’t keep his head up and ended up using the bathroom on himself. They said “he’s probably dehydrated, you can give him pedialyte to help rehydrate him. With him being a larger dog they can dehydrate quickly”. He was with them for 4 hours why is my dog dehydrated after being in their care. Also he’s spelled like sewage when I got his back. This happened a while back, and I am still mad. If you take your dog, just know there is a chance your dog will be sedated.

NO ABSOLUTELY NOT DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!! SHE MESSED UP MY DOODLE AND DID NOTHING THAT I WANTED!! my poor pup looks terrible and i brought her in at 8:30am and i was told i could pick her up at 3 at the latest and she wasn’t done till well over 4 i will not be returning here!! there is much better places in the area and not to mention the owner is very rude and short worded i did not feel welcomed at all!!! DONT DO IT
