Honestly, I like the fact that I can get my dog food at a great price, and they normally always have it in stock. They also price match prices on there app and sometimes it helps save a good amount of money. Not to mention if you have the app and use some of their bonus offers that help give you points back and that can be used as cash later down the road. Why not take advantage of buying the same product you would at another store, but here you get credit back.Also, the staff is always amazing and happy to help with any questions.

The store was very clean and the isles were not cluttered. Merchandise was well stocked. The girl that checked me out was friendly and helpful. I didn't get her name, but, she had black hair cut in a punk style. She had several piercings on her face and wore her eyeliner heavily. Bye the way, I was not offended by her makeup or hairstyle at all. She deserves a raise. Thank you.

I was thrilled with my corgi, Windsor’s, grooming experience today. I have been a customer of the grooming salon for over 2 years and have been very impressed and pleased with the care Win has received from Shaina and Allison. Today, when I needed to leave my little man with a new groomer, I hoped things would turn out as well. And they did! Liz showed kindness and patience towards Windsor right from the start and her work displayed excellent grooming skills. She shared feedback about his visit and gave me confidence that we will always find a safe space with her. Thank you, Lufkin groomers! We’re so lucky to have you!

Went in petsmart today and as I picked out the fish I wanted the lady ask me what size fish tank I had and then she went on to telling me what fish I cound buy every one I picked out she told me no I can't sale you that one your tank is too small. What difference dose it make as long as I pay for the fish after that it is my responsibility. ...

Holy mouth watering! I can't even tell you how absolutely superb the food is...deep fried pickles, fully loaded potatoes, and the beef....with garlic butter, the rolls. I can't believe how great everything is. The filet melts in your mouth, the beef Is soooooo butter soft. Hands down to the chef, staff, ect. Manager is on her game making sure your experience and food are top notch! I can't wait to come back. Date night every week!!! Worth every single penny!!!!

Had an awesome visit with my baby...as always. It was "bath time" and his gromer, Jenna once again shined him up in only the way she can. I shopped a bit and got a ton of toys for both of my doggies for an extremely reasonable price. Im always satisfied when I leave the store. My fur babies never seem to have any complaints either. ❤💛

This location NEVER has crickets in stock. I bought my tarantula there and yes he's awesome but unfortunately spends most of his life starving because the ONLY pet store in Lufkin is lacking.

There is so much to choose from. Wide verity of food for all kinds of animals. They have an amazing amount for cat's and dog's. And all the supplies to cover each pets needs, to start or take care. Random supplements for pain relief to clothes. And you can take your pet in. I noticed people that work there are pleasant and happy to help. I didn't want help and they let me wander thru store. Not a ton of animals but there are few and some fish. It's clean animals they have look healthy and happy.

Very very unprofessional the last two appointments I’ve had for my cat they called last minute and cancelled my appointment and to say the groomer quit. AGAIN..I will NOT make another appointment or use them again.

We love PetSmart. They are great with our 80 pound playful lab, gentle with our skiddish chihuahua and tender with our cuddly cat. Some of the best groomers around.

This place is a solid location to pick up your pet care needs. They do match prices, but only from brick and mortar retailers (no Amazon Prime competition friends, sorry)The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and all their animals are comparatively healthy compared to many other stores. Ask questions, get answers.They have fish, birds, small mammals, reptiles, an enormous pet food section, and obedience training/grooming.

The employees are helpful and polite. However, I have only ever come to this store to purchase items, I haven't used their grooming or training services. It seems like even a sale is advertised as in store and online, the prices don't reflect that when I have purchased items in person. The store is clean and well maintained. They have a wide variety of products to choose from and can be easily located.

Dry positive experience today! I needed some items on a shelf that was blocked by new items waiting to be put out, a worker didn’t hesitate to climb up and get what I needed, a cashier showed me how to use my electronic device to pay (I’m old school)! Very nice, pleasant visit. Store was very clean and very friendly workers.

This store usually has a variety of options for each item I need, so I'm never forced to pick something I didn't actually want out of need. Great variety of dog chewing options for all breeds and sizes. Also some good products for small animals like gliders, rabbits, and the like. My kids love to do and look at the reptiles, rodents, birds, and fish. Bathrooms available in the back near grooming.
