We love Pet Beauty Shop! Kaycie always does such a good job with our fur daughter, and she always looks beautiful. Her fur smells so good and is so soft after grooming. Kaycie is very patient with our girl. 10/10 would recommend!

We have been coming here for years with our 45 lbs dog and they use to charge $65 for a bath and cut. Last time we came in was $100. They never told us the prices went up before we dropped her off until after the fact. Then we brought her back in for another visit and they charged $120 because she was matted. Which basically all they did was shave her completely down for $120, no shape no style, just shaved down. We have been coming here for years and they never charged for times when she was matted, just $65. We will not be back.

We went to The Pet Beauty shop and they took pictures of the other dogs and not my baby...I guess only certain dogs get there pictures taken. I paid the same amount like everyone else.

I've been taking my dogs here for years. Such friendly, caring, down to earth people. They all do such a wonderful job and my dogs are happy when they arrive and really happy after their grooming. I won't take my babies anywhere else. Thank you Pet Beauty Shop staff for running such a great shop! I wish you many more years of success.

They listen to instructions regarding your pet. They understand its difficult for both the owner & pet to be boarded. They go above & beyond to create a pleasure visit for your pet. When we came to pick up our pet it was obvious he had been well attended to. The ladies that work here are wonderful and definitely have a huge heart for the animals in their care!!

Update as of 2/10/2023Yesterday , a representative of the Pet Beauty Shop - finally reached out to me concerning the injury to Peanut . Peanut has continued to receive ongoing treatment by the VET due to a spinal injury received during an incident which occurred in October 2022 at the Pet Beauty Shop .AS OF LAST WEEK- PEANUT HAS BEGAN TO WALK A LITTLE BIT AGAIN - PRAISE GOD AND THE GOOD WORK OF DR. HAFERNICK.I want to say a special " THANK YOU " to Amanda & John for putting forth an effort to reach out to me . I sincerely appreciate your concern regarding the situation with Peanut.I am optimistic that we can resolve this matter .OliviaOriginal Post -IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT BRING THEM HERE !!!!!They have caused serious SPINAL INJURY to my fathers dog named " PEANUT " WHO IS NOW PARALYZED as a result from his grooming session at this location !!!!HEARTLESS ,CARELESS , MONSTERS that have left little Peanut PARALYZED !!!!!!!This is not the 1st time the Pet Beaty Shop has had this issue . Read the review of Jerri Robertson from 6 years ago. I only wish that my father had read the reviews before taking little Peanut there !THE PET BEAUTY SHOP SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS PERIODDuring the grooming session - Peanut was taken into the back at which time my father heard Peanut yelping ; however my dad just thought that maybe the dog was just nervous in a new place; never dreaming that his beloved Peanut was being seriously injured .After the grooming session the groomer insisted that she bring Peanut out to the car and place his kennel inside the backseat.Once they arrived at home and removed Peanut from the carrier kennel - my father took notice that Peanut was acting strange and not walking properly on his back legs.My dad at first thought perhaps his toe nails had been cut too short causing Peanut to not walk properly .After a day or so my father became EXTREMELY concerned after Peanut had not improved and continued behaving strangely and not walking properly and infact was dragging his hind feet . My father took Peanut to the Vet for an emergency examination.After a examination at the Pineywood Vet on Hwy 69 N, it was concluded by Dr Hafernick and much to our HORROR that PEANUT had SUFFERED A SPINAL INJURY !!!!Many thanks to Dr Hafernick for coming in on a FRIDAY NIGHT at 8 pm - for our poor little Peanut.My father immediately began calling THE PET BEAUTY SHOP regarding this situation with the injury to Peanut and begging to know what had happened during his grooming session .My father has left messages after messages for The Pet Beauty Shop REGARDING THIS SERIOUS INJURY TO PEANUT .NONE OF OUR CALLS HAVE EVER BEEN RETURNED !!!We can only speculate ( being since we have not yet obtained any possible video footage of the grooming session that may or may not exist ) that they may have dropped Peanut or he may have fallen from a table and landed on his back upon the floor after becoming spooked , or even possibly stepped on him.What ever did happened to PEANUT behind those doors, we are not sure of - but one thing is certain of - PEANUT WALKED INTO THE PET BEAUTY SHOP AND NEVER WALKED AGAIN !!!!My father is so terribly heart broken and PEANUT is PARALYZED and may likely have to be put down due this injury !!!!!Peanut was so full of life and so full of love - NOW HE IS SUFFERING !!!!Peanut did not deserve this to happen to him, and no other dog should be injured at the hands of these careless people .THE PET BEAUTY SHOP - HAS IN NO WAY, AT NO TIME OFFERED ANY ACCOUNTABLILITY , CONSOLATION OR REMORSE FOR WHAT THE HAVE DONE.SHAME ON YOU PET BEAUTY SHOP , YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE !

I have looked for a salon for my cat for so long. Most places don't shave cats. This salon not only keeps my cat beautiful, but also has a very good price. Cheaper than any place I've been. Very friendly also!!

I just moved to the area and took my shitzu chihuahua to get a desperately needed cut. They listened to EXACTLY what I said and gave him the best hair cut of his life. He looks so Cute! The staff was very friendly and also kind to the animals. Thankyou,,

We took our Bouvier there and he got a very nice Cut. He has been butchered a few time's...The Groomers did not know how to cut a Bouvier de Flanders. One time he looked like a giant Poodle and also like a giant Schnauzer. .This time we lucky ,the people are nice and very friendly and they did a great job on our Bouvier ...Thankyou Pet Beauty Shop !!

I board my dog Buddy there all the time when I travel at least once a month. They are super nice, he is well cared for. They bath him and put a bandana on him the day I pick him up.

They did a good job on the back haircut but didn't touch the face or ears. They did take my mother's dog w/out an appointment. That was a plus.
